ZHAO JUN (3/5): 立地は良いですが、安全面に問題があります。（The location is good, but there are safety concerns.） - 唯一のメリットは、海遊館に近いことです。 The only advantage is that it’s close to the Osaka Aquarium. 設備は非常に古く、ベッドサイドには充電用のコンセントもなく、不便です。さらに深刻なのはドレッサーのコンセントです。使用すると充電器が急激に発熱し、約6分後には大きな電流音とともに火花が発生しました。これは極めて危険な火災リスクであり、重大な安全問題です。宿泊を検討している方は、慎重に判断することを強くおすすめします。スタッフの日本語能力には問題があると感じました。 The facilities are extremely outdated, and there are no charging outlets by the bedside, which is already inconvenient. What is truly alarming is the outlet at the dressing table. When in use, the charger overheats rapidly. After about six minutes, you can hear a loud electrical buzzing noise accompanied by visible sparks. This is an extremely dangerous fire hazard. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice. No one should have to worry about their safety, let alone the risk of a fire, while traveling.

Teruhiko (1/5): Péssima - Nada Tudo! o hotel está inabitável, deveria ser demolido muito sujo nada funciona, está tudo quebrado, escada rolante, chuveiro, paredes, o ar condicionado não liga, não tinha tomadas, apenas 2 e remendada parecia que ia pegar fogo, tinha bicho no secador de cabelos, minha filha preferiu sair de la e pegar outro hotel vizinho porque esse não tinha condições, estava muito muito sujo, não tinha ventilação no quarto, foi dinheiro jogado fora e os coitados dos atendentes não conseguem resolver nada foi melhor ir embora e nem ficar.

TAMIKO (6/5): - ４人で1部屋の利用で、アメニティセットも人数分そろっており客室は清潔でした。ただベット周りは枕元の頭の上に電話がありましたがベットに横になると届かない高い位置で、枕元にスマホやメガネを置けるちょっとした段差やコンセントが無いで不便。また無料のお茶セットがコップ2つ,コーヒーカップ2つでスティックの煎茶が4つだけなのが残念でした。コーヒースティックもあると嬉しい。朝食も種類が少なかったように感じました。主食は菓子パンとご飯でしたがトーストやバターやジャム、シリアルも欲しかったです。おかずも焼き魚や海苔、ベーコンも無くせめてこれらは必須だと思いました。
