My room was not on the front side, so i didn't hear rhe street noise. Staff was friendly and helpful. The walls are not so soundproof, so i heard some noise of the next room, like tv, talking. Also, some mosquitoes in the eoom.

- Franklin (8/5): Friendly staff, comfortable room, good location, sketchy at night, not family friendly - The staff, Ryan, was great. The room was comfortable, neat decor, sufficient amenities but could have used a little set with shampoo, body wash, and toothpaste. The room was close to good restaurants and cafes and bars, and that photo area behind Da Bao restrobar. There's a brothel next door. As you exit the hotel, directly to the right there's a small shuttered door. They open it in the evening/night and there's men who stand/sit outside and I was assaulted by one, they yelled at me and tried taking my cellphone. I told the staff in the hotel and they told me that those are bad people, black market people and to avoid them. So, exit to the left, avoid the right side.

- Supergdl (1/5): Bad - The location is good. It's in petaling streen. Convenient to other places. The wifi is really bad. One day the WIFI was acting up whole day, when I approached to the stuff in reception desk, he said it is normal and asked me to watch TV... How can you stay in a hotel without wifi nowadays? And I don't know their language in TV! And this hotel required for payment on arrival without going through booking.com. Since money has been gone into their pocket, there is no way to get refund and change hotel. Be cautious!

- They provide free hot and cold drinking water on the 1st floor - They don't accept payment by card, they required us to pay in cash right on checking in, and I have to find the ATM to pay them at 11:30 PM night
- I booked the room with 2 double beds for 4 adults but they said to me this room was full and asked us to get the room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed (3 adults). THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ANY RECOMMENDATIONS, JUST ASKED US TO CHANGE WITHOUT SORRY

- When I checked out, they required us to return them the air conditioning remote and the used towels (it is so weird to return the used towels). When I said I left them in the room, they threw the card room IN FRONT OF ME

Booking.com need to take this Hotel off their list of places to stay in KL as it gives a very bad first impression. Very different reality than from the pictures.
Extremely smelly room. No ventilation. No window (we didn’t know). Hair on walls and on the floor in both bathroom and main room.
Dirth ceiling. Dirty desk. Dirty chair. Dirty towels. Dirty door. Dirty DND sign. Stained bedsheets. Broken room key. Weird lobby. Presence of COCKROACHES
The 2 elderly men at front desk were unprofessional and not necessarily nice.
Booked this very last minute around 10pm as our flight was delayed and we simply wanted a place to nap from 10pm-2am.
We left after 3minutes.
They refused to reimburse us despite the repulsive room.

- Tomasso4now (1/5): NO-NO ho-tell room by OYO - This hotel should called NO-NO. The most disgusting duvet you will ever see. The place smells horrible from the entrance up. Claustrophobic room, no window, painted dark green. Stains everywhere. Most disgusting was obviously the bed. The room looks like a crime scene. It also expensive, so fork out a few more dollars and stay in a luxury. I was tricked by OYO in this case. Firstly, when I was booking this disgusting room the price for the night was £9, than £10, and after booking I see £13, plus they charged me 10 ringit for tax. But that's okay, if the room was any reasonable standard but it is just disgusting. I sent them a photo of a duvet. Pillows also sub standard but this is just unacceptable. I don't even want to mention other issues now. This place should be removed from Bookings.

The electricity was cut during my stay. 1) I don’t like the receptionist (the old guy) I’ve told him and even show him the proof that I’ve made a payment through Booking.com using my credit-card and he still insisted for me to pay cash in order to get in. I’ve waited 1 hour (+) and even called OYO Group to confirm about my payment but the receptionist refused to listen.
2) The receptionist told me I couldn’t get in if the Manager is around because of the price that I got from Booking.com is too low. I’ve explained him that I’ve always book hotels with Booking.com, the perks that I got from Booking.com that helped me to give cheaper price whenever I book a hotel. (As I’m at the Genius Level) Thanks to Booking.com
3) What kind of a hotel that close their gate at 11PM and open by 7AM? There’s curfew for staying in this hotel.
4) Electricity was cut during my stay for about 30 Mins (?)
5) Please change the Receptionist because he doesn’t understand and really know what a Front Desk should do.

I was quite happy with my room, looked like to be clean, not too broad, but comfy enough for a night. Once I came back from dinner, I found two mice on the table right where I had my candies and snacks. The receptionist men were kind and respectful enough to come to help me packing all my stuff and they moved me to another room, on another floor. The second room was just a bit better then the one in the first floor.

We arrived at 1.25pm, the receptionist said 'wait until 3pm'
I said we have booked a Standard Room with window as pictured on thev Agoda booking page and repeated throug the booking process ( pic below) . I was so wanting a window room after 2 previous no window stays so as well as the picture for confirmation I requested a 'window room please'. The retort was Standard room no window. Deluxe room has window. Ohh I said, so it's not like the picture? Turns out the Deluxe room was the same price on the day. I said 'easy fix' , 'move us to a Deluxe Room'.
I can't do that only Standatd room. "Can I speak with the manager' ? "He's asleep". We waited more than 2 hours for the manager who arrived from upstairs in his underwear. in the lobby and knowing about 8 words of English said 'Standard room no window. Call police. " agressively. I said Window picture displayed on Agoda. Reply "Agoda put pics. "Getting nowhere, we left to pound the streets for a place for the night.

Dont ever stay here - Worst hotel. They cancelled our reservation without prior notice. They even closed the door without letting us in. They advertise the hotel in Booking.com but they did not want to be responsible, they ask us to cancel and deal with Booking.com ourselve. Abusing customer right. The man that treat us also look like gangster, worst experience ever. Dont stay here. They even deny our waive for cancellation fee, so we still have to pay eventhough they cancelled us
- NINGNING (10/5): a nice stay - we stayed only one night since we were just transferring. The hotel room has no window (not as it's shown in the pic), but it's not a big issue for one night stay. The uncle at the front desk was super nice.
It's in a very good area for food and sightseeing. If I go again to KL I will stay here again.

- Coupletravel2 (2/5): Ms - We booked and paid this hotel online by Hotels com. When we went there for check in Chinese owner was very rude, unfriendly. He didn’t said hi or something. He seemed angry. He asked our reservation number, when I gave what I had got from Hotels.com he started shouting for us that is wrong number. I checked email what I had and number was same. Then he lost total temper and started screaming ; foam came from his mouth that I must give a right number even he had yet found my reservation with name. He acted aggressive and run out and back inside, maybe tried calm down.i tried explain that Hotels.com using Expedia and they using different numbers.. . he came same side with me and I started cry because I was so afraid of his aggressive action and screaming. I said I don’t want stay this hotel and I want my online payment back. He screamed :go out from my hotel, I don’t pay back. We said that we can call police.when police come he still shouted to police. Police asked do we report of him. We went to police station and make report to her back our payment( it wasn’t much but for principal!) I recorded video clip of Chinese owners acting and showed that for police. Police were very kind for us. We don’t recommend this hotel for anyone!

- 793anastasiat (8/5): Non covered Petaling str., less noise!!! - First time in KL we decided not to stay at the plexi roof covered part of Jalan Petaling, we immediately chosen this hotel, some 100m further on same str., for their very good offer at 20€ plus taxes, for a double a/c room with window and bathroom of course. So, absolutely good value. Good service. Pretty friendly. Totally chinese, of course, nicely decorated lounge, as chinese new year coming soon. The room was O.K., the matress almost O.K., equipped with TV and a very noisy a/c. The view to Petaling str. always interesting. The room needed maintainance though, we noticed the board outside asking for maintainance workers. Pretty clean. Chinese! In the heart of KL Chinatown. Many shops around plus very interesting restos of various origins, even halal chinese and Nonia food nearby! You name it. Quite a few brothels downstairs. Many cafes and drinking bars all around. Hot shower available. Refrigarator, microwave ovens and ironing facilities in the lounge. Smelling good. So, Kong Si Fa Tsai!

2. Sound proof system not good
3. No safety box
4. No fridge
5. The floor is not equipped with carpet...is wooden floor, they do not provide floor mat at toilet area as well. So, you may expect wet floor
