• Cristina (5/5): No lo recomiendo en absoluto - La comunicación con el personal y que atendieron nuestras peticiones sin problema alguno y de forma rápida (pedimos más nórdicos y toallas). La ubicación, andando se puede ir a ver lo principal de Amsterdam. No me gustaron, en absoluto, las condiciones del apartamento, (al menos el que nos tocó a nosotras), estaba en el sótano, las dos camas que tenía eran minúsculas, una pegada a la otra y sin tener margen de maniobra para poder separarlas ya que no había más espacio en la habitación, de tal manera que tuvimos que sacarla al salón, en el cual entraba todo el ruido al estar en pie de calle y sin ninguna insonorización. Apenas entra luz natural (al ser un sótano). La decoración fría y desoladora, deprimente en cuanto ponías un pie en el apartamento. Más que de vacaciones te sentías cumpliendo un arresto. En las fotos es imposible apreciar el apartamento a como realidad. Nada recomendable, sería entendible si pagarás como si estuvieras en un hostel o un albergue, pero no es el caso. El precio de la estancia es una barbaridad teniendo en cuenta todo.

Way too expensive…(so much so I wouldn’t be able to stay again) Zero view & too basic for the hefty price. Also , my partner left a t shirt there and “ no one found it” … was either binned or taken!!

Très déçu, le logement été sale ( invasion de fourmi) , très compliqué pour joindre quelqu'un...arriver sur place et être contraint d'attendre plus d'une heure avant d'avoir le code pour pouvoir entrer dans le logement. Pas de torchon, ni assez de serviette, couette sale... c'est la première fois que je vois une location dans cet état, très très chère !!! Pour la prestation reçue !!!

Имаше заредени кафе капсули, захар, сол, зехтин. В банята имаше заредени шампоан, балсам, лосион за тяло. Като местоположение е на около 15 минути пеша до идеалния център. Може би бих избрала апартамент на етажите, защото dockside flats са малко под нивото на приземните етажи, което е нормално за сградите в Амстердам.

Het was geen flat noch appartement, maar een studio, alles in 1 ruimte (geen apparteslaapkamer was in de kelder gelegen met halve ramen. De ramen konden niet volledig open en er kon moeilijk doortocht gecreërd worden om te verluchten. Prijs-kwaliteit zeer duur.

Ne-au oferit un alt apartament mai mare. La prima vedere tot ok. Dar si aici erau SOARECI. La sfarsitul sejurului am cerut o rambursare cel putin partiala ca nu pentru asta am platit sa stam in conditii insalubre. Asteptam un raspuns din partea proprietatii. Alte minusuri ar fi: geamurile nu se deschid, nu se aeriseste camera se aude galagie de la vecini miros urat de la canalizare

No igniter to light the stove so we had to buy a lighter, the kettle did not stay on and the switch had to be held down to work. There was no way to open the windows. The apartment was nothing like the photos online.

• Zoe (6/5): Good experience - Nice apartment with plenty of space and close enough to central Amsterdam On our second day there was loud construction noise from around 10am when we arrived back to change for the evening the noise was still on, we also had no hot water from 3pm-8pm so this meant we couldn’t have showers before the evening or use any hot water

The bed was comfy and all appliances worked well. The bathroom was nice and large and the shower was great There was some noise from other rooms but not too disruptive

There was also a strange bit of carpet outside the bathroom door which then kept getting wet. the walls were thin & you could hear other guests speaking in the room next door. The oven was also unclean which wasn’t great.

• bisasam (6/5): Sehr billig und auf Durchgangsverkehr ausgelegt. Nicht gut gereinigt. Nicht Mal richtig gesaugt. - Die Lage und die Ausstattung waren okay. Keine Rezeption, alles online über eine App, leider nicht sehr praktisch und unser Zimmer war schwer zu finden, weil es ein Keller Eingang war. Die Tür war fast kaputt und schwer zu zu machen. Am besten bei dem Zimmer was wir hatten eine bessere Wegbeschreibung.

• Janith (8/5): - Posizione tranquilla, appartamento ben pulito, fornita di tutti i comfort per un week end veloce in città. Purtroppo è suonato l’allarme antincendio che è durato per circa 1 ora, tramite whatsapp abbiamo segnalato ma abbiamo dovuto attendere che cessasse in automatico, ovvero dopo circa 1 ora. Abbiamo provato a chiedere un late check-out fino alle ore 12:00 ma abbiamo ricevuto solo la risposta automatica con il link per il pagamento per posticipare il check out fino alle 13:00. Sarebbe stato carino avere la possibilità di estendere la partenza per il disguido avuto la sera dell’allarme.

• Alessio (7/5): - La posizione è veramente ottimale, di fronte a Nemo e vicinissimo al centro. L'appartamento è minimale ma comodo. Anche la cucina piccola ma efficace. Avevamo prenotato due appartamenti ma in uno (quello più grande) dallo scarico della doccia risaliva acqua marrone e pertanto non abbiamo potuto utilizzarlo. L'host ci ha fornito un altro appartamento sempre nello stesso stabile di categoria superiore (grande e comodo) ma a partire dalla seconda notte. La prima notte ci siamo dovuti arrangiare a far dormire gli occupanti (i nostri figli) in albergo a nostre spese con la promessa da parte dell'Host della restituzione della prima notte non goduta nell'appartamento prenotato. A parte la prima sera che ci hanno lasciato senza soluzione fino alle 22:30 direi che hanno rimediato egragiamente. Il bagno è un po troppo piccolo e la doccia non scaricava bene l'acqua. Non è stato possibile regolare il termostato per il caldo. Non c'è nessuna finestra apribile pertanto non potevamo cambiare aria all'interno dell'appartamento.

• Patrícia (8/5): Acolhedor - Relativamente perto do centro, 10-15min a pé da central station. Check in super fácil e rápido acesso ao apartamento. Tudo limpo e ambiente quente acolhedor. Os colchões das camas e o sofá cama não são muito confortáveis, mais do que 3 noites pode se tornar incómodo.
