Der Inhaber dieses Hauses dürfte sein Personal fair und gut behandeln, was sich in der gesamten Atmosphäre spiegelt. Ich habe mein ganzes Berufsleben in Hotels verbracht und reise noch immer gerne mehrmals im Jahr, aber selten eine Unterkunft bewohnt wo ich keinen Fehler entdeckt habe. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade von Junior Suite zur Suite, um zum Garten hinaus das Fenster öffnen zu können. Das Abendessen war sehr gut, ebenso das Frühstück (mit breitem Buffet-Angebot). Das Schwimmbad noch etwas frisch, aber groß und gut. Das Personal der Bar war ziemlich unaufmerksam.

H. (9/5): Tolles eigentümergeführtes Hotel als Ausgangspunkt zur Stadterkundung. Sehr empfehlenswert! - Eine wunderbare Ausgangsbasis, um Tirana gut erholt zu erkunden. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, trotzdem war unser nach hinten gelegenes Zimmer ganz ruhig. Tolle bequemen Betten, gut zu verdunkeln, alles was man braucht. Und ein schönes Frühstück morgens noch! Das Frühstück ist toll, es wird aber nicht gerne gesehen, wenn man draußen frühstücken möchte. Da könnte man nachlegen und draußen auch zumindest ein paar Tische decken.

Day staff at the desk is really nice and helpful. the rooms are clean. One, thing people who clean the room they enter your place irrespective of DND sign which was not a very nice experience. The breakfast is good. Overall it is good place to stay. The Night Manager at the desk, he keeps saying I am working here from 20 years. Not once once but he keeps repeating and ignores what the guest is saying. I felt completely ignored and disrespected. The truth is that he did not look sane to me or to put in simple word he was under influence of something. We were 4 guests waiting for check in and he kept rambling and blabbering whatever was coming tinto his head. he mixed our passports and credit cards and when we told him we are two different parties. He say's I am working here for 20 years. Fortunately, we were all guys and then to felt uncomfortable, what if the guests are ladies how would it look. apart from this incident everything was good. I wish I could have taken his name but I forgot to do so.

The bellboys were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a very positive first impression. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt safe and relaxed at all times. The location is perfect, just a short walk (around 5 minutes) to the Pyramid and right in the city center. The breakfast buffet was fresh and offered everything you need to start the day. Overall, a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. -

The room was comfortable and the breakfast needs a special mention - it is very good indeed with a wide choice. If I come back to Tirana (whether for work or leisure) I will definitely be booking here again. There was nothing I didn't like and little that could be better. I really enjoyed my stay here.

serena (8/5): Central classic hotel with impeccable service - Hotel Rogner is ideally placed right in the centre of the centre of Tirana you cannot find a better location. It is an old style hotel with impeccable service and comfort. It also has a lovely refreshing garden where to meet relax or even work. The hotel is aging and in some places could do with a refurbishing. Carpets on the corridors of the first floor certainly need replacement. The small but pleasant gym could be more modernly and adequately equipped. The breakfast room whist keeping its quaint charm would need a renovation. Generally though the charm still works and should be dearly preserved

Sofie (8/5): Prima uitvalsbasis om het centrum van Tirana te ontdekken - Goed gelegen, verzorgd hotel. Nette kamers, vriendelijk personeel. We verbleven hier twee nachten om Tirana te ontdekken. Prima uitvalsbasis. Het ontbijt is voldoendd gevarieerd en heeft ruime openingstijden. De bedden in de tweepersoonskamers zijn aangenaam breed. Wanneer je in een kamer aan de straatkant logeert en je wil met het raam open slapen, dan heb je last van het lawaai van de verkeerslichten bij groen licht voor voetgangers.

Kerry-Ann (5/5): 50/50 experience - The reception ladies were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond helping and even organised a birthday treat for my friend. During my stay, I encountered a member of the cleaning staff (possibly beautition) 50/50 who behaved in a way I found unexpectedly rude and aggressive. The interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, which is not what I would expect in a relaxing spa environment. I understand that staff can have busy and stressful days, but guest-facing interactions should remain respectful at all times. This situation disrupted what was meant to be a calm and enjoyable visit. I hope the management addresses this, as the rest of the hotel and spa facilities were very good.

helena (9/5): - Staff was extremely friendly. Location was perfect. Parking available and for free next to the hotel. Breakfast had good choices. Nothing really. Maybe a bit expensive, but the location and staff made up for it.

evelina (7/5): Perfectly fine but not 5* - Central location, onsite parking Wouldn't call it a 5*, more like a Radisson or holiday inn but it was clean and renovated and perfectly fine for our one night in Tirana. The staff were friendly but not very helpful in booking a car and driver for us for an excursion. We ended up finding someone but it would have been nice to have the hotel's assistance.

PAUL (9/5): Lovely Hotel in the heart of the city with amazing staff! - Friendly staff, who would do anything to help you. Also happy to give you advice and tips if you haven't been to the city before. I can't think of anything I didn't like. Maybe the spa (Sauna/jacuzzi) could be a bit bigger with some access to a cold shower/plunge after.
Philippa (7/5): Good breakfast - Very good breakfast, with lots of variety. Very comfortable pillows. Good shower. Also, I got an instant appointment with the hairdresser. Convenient location in the centre of things. The hotel was quite generic, on a busy road.
Massimo (9/5): - Albergo più che buono.nel centro di Tirana. Alcune camere un po' vetuste. Ma comunque curato e pulitissimo.

Olga (10/5): Ein sehr gutes Hotel im Zentrum von Tirana - Ein gutes österreichisches Hotel im Zentrum von Tirana. Der Garten ist sehr gemütlich und die österreichische Speisekarte hat für eine angenehme Überraschung gesorgt . Das Zimmer ist top ausgestattet, das Fernsehen hat fast alle österreichische Sender (was in Albanien sehr selten ist). Rundum ein solides Haus mit kostenfreien Parkplätzen . Gerne immer wieder.
