• Verified traveler (4/5): 不便すぎます。 - フロントが無愛想 外に喫煙所置いてあるが、吸いに外に出ようとした際、外出なら鍵預けてと呼び止められるのが不快。 深夜1時に門限あるのも、不便です。 どこも24時間外出自由なのに。 大浴場もコロナ対策で整理券配布してますが、 特に見せずに入浴出来ちゃうので、やっていることが不明。 廊下で騒ぐ客がいて、夜中何度も起こされました。

• こぺなな (8/5): - 車で伺ったのですが新宿中心部なのに駐車場も広く完全敷地内で安心感があります。 またすぐ近くにコンビニもあり、多種多様な飲食店も多くあるのでとても楽しめます。 新宿駅も初めは遠いかなと思いましたが近くの地下道から行くと私の足15分位とすんなり行く事が出来てとても良好でした。 次回、東京に来る機会がありましたらまた利用したいと思います。

• Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel correcto. Relación calidad-precio top! - Hotel correcto. Calidad-precio bastante difícil de superar para ser Tokyo. La habitación con baño privado estaba suficientemente limpia, con todo lo necesario para una noche de paso. Habitación con frigo, secador de pelo, y tele. No recomiendo la habitación sin baño puesto que está en el sótano. Localización en una zona tranquila de Shinjuku, a 15min de la estación principal y a 6-7min de Shinjuku-gyoemmae.

• Thomas (4/5): - Hotel has a curfew of 1am! It’s ridiculous, also there is one communal shower room for the whole hotel and it closes at 9am and doesn’t open again till 5pm. I would not recommend this hotel for longer than one night.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 조용하고 편안한 저가 호텔 - 신주쿠역에서 걸으면 25분 내외, 신주쿠산초메역에서 걸으면 15분 내외로 위치는 괜찮아요. 호텔이 최신식 건물은 아니어서 세련된 느낌은 아니에요. 대신 가격이 저렴한 편입니다. 방에 개별 화장실과 샤워기가 있고 공용 대중탕도 있어요. 방사이즈가 크지 않은 반면 주변이 조용해서 꿀잠자기에 좋아요. 조식이 제공되긴 하지만 추천할만한 정도는 아니에요. 대신 호텔 바로 옆에 편의점이 두군데 있어요. 단 하나 조심할 점은 새벽 1시까지 호텔로 돌아와야해요. 새벽 1시 넘으면 출입 제한이 있으니 그점은 주의하셔야 되요. 조금 올드하지만 조용하고 편안한 느낌의 저가 호텔이라고 정리할 수 있을 것 같네요.
• David (8/5): - Good for a budget stay in Shinjuk. Comfortable small room for a single traveller, shared bath down in basement was only small inconvenience. Five minute walk to the centre of the entertainment area.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - 禁煙の部屋をお願いしました。確かに室内には灰皿などはありませんでしたが、今回だけ禁煙にしたのかもしくは過去に喫煙部屋であった様で室内にはタバコ臭が染み付いていました。エアコンをから出てくる風もタバコの臭いが残っており、ニコチンアレルギーの身としては辛く宿泊から数日間アレルギー性鼻炎の症状に見舞われました。そのため清潔感、快適度、コンディションは評価2とさせていただきます。 サービスについては、フロントスタッフの方々の対応が的確で、深夜の帰りにも対応していただけたので評価4とさせていただきます。

• drop (6/5): 大浴場♨ - 大浴場があり、ゆっくり浸かれるのがつかれが取れ、あたたまって良いですが、部屋から大浴場の間を、ペラペラの浴衣で移動したく無いので、しっかり服を着て行き、しっかり服を着込んで部屋に帰って来ないといけなくなるので、ちょっとくつろぎ感が薄れてしまいましたが。

• Ziv (6/5): Gone from good to bad in one year - Second stay here, place went downhill since my first stay last year. There was a very friendly foreigner at the front desk when I checked in, which was a nice change, but everything else was worse. They now have a curfew of 1 am and don't own again until 6 am (at a hotel? In kabukicho?! Really?!?!) - when I explained that this is exactly the time slot when I expect to be back, there was a lot of umming and urring, at the end of which they graciously let me in on the "back door secret" - meaning, if I go to the back door Andrew info the intercomm ("be patient, because the night guy might be sleepin"), I may get lucky ("if not, ring our phone number, he should hear that and come to open for you"). Elevators and corridor were smelly and dirty, and aforementioned night guy is a horror - argued with me when I asked for an extra tooth brush set ("but you have one in your room" - "yes, but I ran out of tooth paste" - passive aggressive "oh...ok..." - and when I came in with a friend to change clothes and asked him to come upstairs with me for five minutes, that same guy bounced out from behind the reception counter to demand that no one go up with me even for a minute, because they haven't paid ("they have to wait in the lobby!"). I felt like I was in a Thai hostel, not a Japanese business hotel. Not coming back.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 整體評價良好, 步行去地鐵站約20分鐘, 附近有不少食肆, 便利店及超市, 非常方便, 更有小型溫泉 - 本地職員英文程度一般, 溝通時須要多一點時間, 然而態度均親切友善, 另有一名外籍職員能說流利英語. 接待處凌晨一時後無人當值, 夜歸的住客須由特別出入口返回酒店及聯絡職員取房匙. 夜歸的住客要留意. 酒店設施有點舊, 但以這個房租價格及酒店職員的服務水平與免費小型溫泉等作平衡, 是合理的選擇, 會考慮再入住.
• CHIKAKO (6/5): Very basic, very small - Not a nice place - way overpriced, but that might have been the season - didn't see any hotels in the area that weren't overpriced when booked. Quiet little side street, but still a very comfortable walking distance to the hustle and bustle. A bit too far to public transport compare to other offerings. Service was meh.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Business Hotel with Public Bath. - This business hotel is located about 20 minutes walk from Shinzuku Station. It has a public bath in downstair. The size of the room is a little bit small. Hanazono Jinja is close from the hotel. It has a festival during this weekend.
• DAICHI (8/5): いいところを見つけた。 - コンビニが近くに3件もある。大浴場の設備もあって5800円はお手頃だと思う。新宿三丁目駅まで歩いて約15分ならば近いと思う。渋谷も地下鉄ですぐ。首都圏観光の拠点にするには十分だと感じる。 部屋はよくあるビジネスホテルの雰囲気。寝泊まりができれば満足の方にはオススメ。

• Verified traveler (8/5): 低予算、寝るだけなら充分満足。 - 新宿駅から少し離れてましたけど、小奇麗で良いホテルでした。 ただやはり、女性なので部屋に洗面所、トイレはついてる部屋にしといたほうが良かったかなと思いました。 ２～３分の所にセブンイレブンがあり便利です。 ドライヤーは大浴場にあるのですが、部屋で使えるように受付した時に貸してくれます。 寝るだけなら充分です。また利用しようと思います。

• Andrew (8/5): Perfect for what was needed - Was perfect for one night before a mid-day flight. Dropped bags went out and hit the sauce. Was a bit worried as was advised that reception is closed between 1am-6am yet you have to hand key in when leaving. Wondered home about 5am and staff member was available so was able to get a few hours’ sleep before leaving. Room was clean and as expected.

• yi (8/5): 便宜但非常舒适 - 距离新宿车站走路20分钟，有白61路可以坐，三站地。 虽然厕所在外面，是公用的，还有洗漱间也是公用的，但是都非常干净，洗漱间有一台热水器，24小时供应热水和茶水，茶水是免费的。 虽然没有浴室，但地下一楼有公共浴室早7-9点，晚7-1点开放，水非常好，极其舒服。 1楼大厅有网线，可以有线上网，需要租笔记本。 虽然条件一般，但舒适度一点都不差，对得起住宿费呀，性价比真是非常高。

• Verified traveler (6/5): 그냥 딱 가격 만큼의 숙소 - 워낙 싼 가격에 급하게 예약한 곳이라 기대도 안했지만 좀 실망스러웠던 부분이 있어 몇자 적어봅니다. 공용 욕실인 건 알고 있었지만 사용 시간에도 제한이 있는 줄은 몰랐습니다. 아침 6시부터 9시까지만 샤워가 가능 하고 체크아웃은 10시 전에... 엑스트라 페이 내고 늦게 체크 아웃 하고 싶었는데 일일 숙박ㄹㅅ의 절반을 내도 두시간 밖에 연장이 안된다 하더군요. 여행 많이 다녔는데 이런 곳은 첨인 듯.. 여름에 에어컨 없습니다. 걍 싼 맛에 묵을 분만....
• mieko (8/5): 初めて利用して - 初めて利用させていただいたのですが、正直なところ、とても不安でした。部屋の様子がわからなくて、例えば部屋にはテレビはあるのか、寝間着になるものはあるのか、バスタオルは用意されているのかなどの疑問がありました。インターネットで予約した内容では、私の場合、シングルベッドのみと書かれてあったからです。 テレビもありましたし、浴衣も、バスタオルも用意されていました。 洗面所には湯茶の装置もあったので、そういうことをしっかり伝えてほしいです。 ただ部屋の時計が止まっていました。夜中に起きた時に時計を見てびっくりしました。気を付けてください。
• tom (4/5): 여자들이 이용하기엔 다소 불편 - 욕실은 지하 1층 대중탕을 이용해야 하고, 화장실도 한 층에 하나씩 따로 있음. 세면대도 ... 그 점이 가장 불편함 시설은 오래된 느낌이 상당히 있고 깔끔하긴 하지만 깨끗하다고 하기는 어려움 신주쿠나 신주쿠3초메에서 걸어서 이동가능하긴하지만 가깝다고 하긴 어려움
• Verified traveler (2/5): Disgusting smoke hotel - I booked a non-smoking room, but my room completely reeked of smoke anyway. I felt dirty just walking into the lobby which also reeks of smoke. They have a cerfew which means you have to be back at 1 o'clock, which is completely unacceptable for a "hotel". Only good thing was... nothing, sorry.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - 女性一人、２泊しました。 ・新宿の中心から歩いて距離はありますが、近くにコンビニが多く便利です。 ・パソコン持ち込みの人はパスワードをもらえるようですが、無料の無線LANがなく、とても残念。 　外国人を受け入れるには備えたほうがよいと思います。 ・共同浴場は広く、最低限の設備が置いてあり、清潔でよいと思います。 ・各階にあるトイレはリフォームしてあり良いです。 ・部屋の空調はラジエーターなので古さを感じましたが不便ではありません。
