- Carmen (7/5): Buena estancia para unos días en Osaka - El personal era amable, llegamos antes de la hora del check in y dejamos las maletas, a la vuelta ya nos las habian subido ellos. Muy amables. Y la ubicación está bien, se podria ir andando a Dotombori. 30 min aproximadamente. Super bien. Todo bien, pero el baño quizá necesitaba alguna limpieza a fondo. Pero volvería a quedarme en este hotel.

- Okan (5/5): Kötü - Kahvaltı almadım. Oda çok eski ve duvarlar dahil çok kötüydü konumu hariç bu oda bu kadar para etmez. Bir daha konaklar mıyım hiç sanmıyorum. Odanın tadilat görmesi gerekir. Bu haliyle satışa uygun değil. Japonya standartarının altında. Bu yüzden otelden bir gün erken çıkıp Daiwa Roynet otele geçtim.

- IMARI (8/5): 安くて十分なホテル - 最低限揃っていること、価格が安いが問題ないこと。 ３月下旬、朝晩とお昼の温度差があるので、暖房しか使えなかったのは少し難点。空調が整っていれば何も言うことはなかったです。 駐車場利用させて頂きました。真ん前に止めれるので良かったですが、一度声をかけにいかないとどこに停めるかわからないところや台数が多い(大型の車)と止めづらく、前の道も1通なので注意が必要です。

- Akira (6/5): 総合的には良いです。 - 清潔感があり、交通のアクセスも良い 2泊3日で宿泊しました。2日目の朝に外出し、その日の夜に部屋に戻ると、オートロックのドアが完全に閉まっておらず(1cmほど開いた状態)、私の部屋にカードキー無しで誰でも入れる状態になっていました。部屋は清掃されていたので、清掃担当の方がドアが閉まっているのを確認せずに出たものと思われます。幸いにも盗難には遭いはしませんでしたが、不快に思いました。

- Hippolyte (9/5): Good location, good normal Western-style hotel, decently sized room. Good value overall. - Good location: it is a bit far from the metro stations, but you can walk to most of the major Osaka attractions from there, and even go take the train to Nara easily. The slippers that are shared, not single use. Beyond that, nothing major to complain about.

- Obregon (9/5): Buena - Es un hotel muy lindo, cómodo, organizado y te dan regalitos de skincare para y otras cosas para uso personal, toallas, todo súper lindo. Uno de los recepcionista me mintió sobre el cuidado de maleta que si venía incluido, quería hacerme pagar 6000 yenes por eso, así que cuando cambió de turno, mi amiga preguntó a la chica de turno, y efectivamente si podíamos dejar las maletas en resguardo. Del resto todo bien.

- Eline (8/5): Fijn hotel en locatie van hotel. - Het is een fijn hotel met lief personeel. Fijne locatie 5/10 minuten lopen naar een tram of treinstation. Licht lekker centraal voor buursteden te bezoeken. Dit is meer en luxe maar de kamers zijn wat kleiner dan we hadden verwacht maar alsnog dikke prima.

- TOSHIMITSU (4/5): 寝るだけなら有り - 安価で良いホテル 風呂の排水が悪かったです シャワー浴びている側から排水溝抜けないお湯が溜まり至極不愉快でした あとシャワーの圧力も激弱 ドライヤーも陳腐以外何物でもない 風圧弱すぎです 髪の長い女性だとかなり時間かかると思います 性能の良いドライヤーくらい導入してもバチは当たらないと思いますが 後枕が合わなくて一睡も出来ませんでした 枕に関しては個人的問題ですが

- Sage (7/5): - The hotel is on a quiet side street and is fully sound proof, even with the window open it wasn’t loud👍 There are lots of convenience stores close by but most of the main attractions are a 25-30 minute walk away. Good amenities and the staff were helpful, It is good value for the price! The pillows and mattress were quite hard (this is just a personal preference)

- Widya Prihesti (7/5): Okay hotel in Osaka - There is 7-11 in front of the hotel so that was very handy. Microwave also available in the room. The staff allowed us to store our luggage prior to check-in and after check-out. I did not hear much noise during my stay, so I appreciate that too. A bit far from metro station, since it is located in between 2 metro stations - both are like 500 m away. It sounds close by but it is not if you are bringing luggages.

- Matthew (8/5): - Free laundry service. Provided free daily needs like shaver, comb, laundry bag etc. There was no aircon available for cool air as the central system was switched to heater mode. There was no dual mode for you to choose from for the room. There was kitchenette for you to do your cooking.
- Kirill (10/5): Замечательный отель, замечательным расположением! Советую всем друзьям - Отель и номер полностью соответствует описанию. В номере идеально чисто, уборка проводилась каждый день в то время, когда мы уходили из номера, каждый день меняли полотенца и халаты. Сотрудники отеля очень дружелюбные и отзывчивые!

- Francesco (5/5): - Il personale dell’hotel fatica a comunicare in inglese. Davanti ad alcune richieste è diventato difficile avere risposte. Solo l’intervento del manager della struttura ha risolto le richieste, e per questo lo ringraziamo. Colazione sia dolce che salata, e posizione ottima.

- Sergio Román (2/5): Habitaciones minúsculas y muy poca limpieza - La experiencia no fue buena. La habitación estaba sucia y daba sensación de poca higiene general. Por suerte, no tuvimos chinches, pero si tienes alergia o dermatitis, este no es tu hotel: el polvo y los ácaros se notan mucho, y la piel y la respiración se resienten. Algunos días hacían la cama bien, pero el último día la dejaron mal, probablemente porque ya nos íbamos. El baño es muy pequeño y está situado bastante alto, así que si eres una persona baja te costará entrar cómodamente. Las sandalias que suelen dejar en la habitación es mejor no utilizarlas: son las mismas para todos los huéspedes y las que nos tocaron estaban casi rotas. Mejor no te quites los calcetines para caminar por la habitación si aprecias tus pies y tu piel. La ubicación tampoco es ideal si planeas moverte desde la estación de Shin-Osaka, ya que tendrás que coger taxi. Además, está a unos 30 minutos caminando del centro de Dotonbori; no es demasiado problema porque es prácticamente una calle recta, pero conviene tenerlo en cuenta. El desayuno tampoco merece la pena. Solo lo probamos el primer día y los tres siguientes preferimos hacerlo fuera. La oferta se limita a albóndigas, patatas fritas, arroz y fideos, nada atractivo si buscas un desayuno más variado o tipo continental. Por último, al hacer el check-out nos cobraron 1.000 yenes por una supuesta tarjeta de habitación perdida, cuando solo nos habían entregado una. No aparecía indicado en ningún sitio y fue un mal cierre para una estancia que ya de por sí dejaba mucho que desear.
