Towel wasn’t changed at all for whole of our stay! 3 nights! Just to stay the night probably ok! But aircon is a must!

• pisica (4/5): hotel très decevant. - Hotel qui n'en est pas un car reception à un autre etage sans rapport. le chauffage (au mois de février même à Rome il ne fait pas chaud) ne se déclenche qu'à 19h et s'arrête à 7h. la télécommande de la télé ne fonctionne pas, tout faire à la main.*la salle de douche aurait pu être agréable par sa dimension mais wc, douche, et lavabo plein de tartre et de ??? pas de produit d'accueil. lit sans alèse sur le matelas et drap et couvertures (qui est passé avant nous?).

• Rebecca (8/5): pleasant stay at inncentral - Very good for accessing localities by tram/metro. the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and good for what we needed it for although we didn't spend a lot of time there. It easily accessible and in a well known area.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Clean Hotel - The room is very clean and spacious. But the hotel is not easy to find. It is located on a third floor in a building without any signs or wordings. Guests have to ring the bell to get in the building. Also, we need 3 different keys to get from the main door to our room, but that is fine for us. When we arrived the hotel, the staff asked for the payment of the room. I am very sure that I payed the full fee but he insisted he has never received our money. Luckily I found my bank transaction and proved to him, then he checked his record and realised we had already paid. I think it was just a misunderstanding and he didnt mean to take more money from us. But do make sure to check have you paid the full fee before going there, to avoid paying a double price foe the stay.

El hotel está en un edificio antiguo en un barrio con muchos inmigrantes aunque no hemos tenido problema de robos. Por llegar a la noche, sin previo aviso por hoteles.com ni comentarios en la reserva, nos cobraron 20€ de más por esperarnos. El último dia se embozó un desague del pasillo y nos entró agua con pipi en la habitación. Lo solucionaron rapido pero fue incomodo el olor.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - The room was clean and tidy and fairly quiet, free wifi. The hotel staff helpful when they were around. The room was made up each day but towels were changed only every three days and toilet paper was rashioned. The beds were cots, and uncomfortable and no reliable cable. The location while being convenient to Meto was not great. The hotel is in a neighbourhood that is definitely inner city and has nothing to recommend it and it came complete with street people burning garbage in the city bins at night. While it didn't feel overly unsafe it was definitely not a nice area of the city. If you just need a place to sleep and don't care about the inner city feel it's your hotel ( it's little better than a hostel). I would not stay ther again.

• Pareja joven (2/5): Nada recomendable. - En primer lugar, no es un hotel como tal, sino alquiler de habitaciones. Mala ubicación, situado lejos del centro. Lo que más nos llamó la atención fue que entraron a la habitación cuando nosotros no estábamos para quitarnos el mando del aire acondicionado. Mucho ruido y falta de limpieza en el baño.
• Stuart (4/5): Disgusting area spoils great value hotel - The area completely ruined what was a great value hotel. My partner and I immediately felt self-conscious because of the staring we received by locals. The area was covered in graffiti, the park on the door step was filled with the homeless, and there was even human feces on top of a power box. In the evening youths were kicking balls onto cars and taking drugs. We stayed one night before leaving to stay at another hotel closer to the city centre where there is more foot traffic.

• brinley (4/5): Inn of Disappointment. - We arrived at 10.30pm and were greeted by Luigi who promptly charged us €20 (as it was late). There were several disappointing things, but most of all was Luigi's attitude when we pointed these out to him. Not a likeable chap.......... But hey we came to see Rome!!
• MATHIEU (4/5): HOTEL A EVITER !!!! - j'ai séjourné dans cet hotel pendant 4 nuits. L'hotel se trouve dans un quartier bruyant, non propre, et mal famé (2 vols a l'arraché sous mes yeux en 4 jours). Il est situé au 3éme étage d'un immeuble pas trés propre et avec des odeurs désagréables. Le personnel était présent lors de notre arrivée mais ensuite je ne les ai jamais recroisé. La chambre ne correspond pas à la description, cafetière et bouilloire prévues à l'origine n'existaient pas, climatisation hors service, tv non utilisable car seulement 5 chaines et en plus elles sautent tout le temps, pas de télécommande d'ailleurs pour la tv. Dans la salle de bain, pas d'échantillons de gel douche ni shampoing c'est la premiere fois que je vois çà et les serviettes ne sont changées que tout les 3 jours. Chambre trés mal insonorisée avec les bruits des chambres voisines comme si vous y étiez, bruits de la rue comme si la fenetre était ouverte, et pour finir bruit de la femme de ménage a partir de 07h le matin. Le seul point positif que je pourrai tirer de cet hotel est sa proximité avec un arret de métro. A ce prix là je vous conseils une seule chose, fuyez !
• Bobby (8/5): Basic and simple - The hotel room served its purpose. It had a very nice shower and decent beds to sleep in. The gentleman at the front counter answered all my questions regarding the room and how to maneuver around the city.

• Susann (6/5): Zentral und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Gebucht für zwei Nächte, Preis ist ok da sehr zentrale Lage. Zimmer war wie beschrieben, geräumig und sauber. Allerdings liegt die Pension mitten in einem Wohnhaus. Es sind mehrere Räume in einer großen Wohnung, dadurch auch sehr hellhörig. Nachts kann es schon mal etwas lauter sein, wenn die Nachbarn nach Hause kommen. Am Abreisetag gab es nur kaltes Wasser. Ansonsten ok für 2 Nächte und nur zum schlafen.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Be aware... - The room itself, the first minute you get in, looks fine. Then you start the AC and realize it won't make the room cooler than 27 degrees or so. It was really leaking so the floor would get wet, not really clean environment. Then the answer of the manager when I told him it was hot was: go outside the room and walk in the city (we were out from 8 am to 6 pm then shower and leave again around 8h00 pm!!!) He also mentioned that all room have the same AC problem. I guess, if it's winter, you could stay there, but I would be worried about the mold on the door. The wall was also kinna oily... other than that, it is conviniently located in a ok area. I have been to other 2 stars in Italy, but this one is a NO!.
• Michael (2/5): Falsk reklame - Ankom sent. Starter med at få skældud af receptionisten, der truer med slet ikke at lukke os ind. Sengen er helt igennem elendig. Der er LCD tv på værelset, som kun kan tage radio kanaler. Der er stort brusehoved på bruseren, som ikke virker. Til gengæld lå det tæt på stationen og der var rent og aircondition virkede.
• Shelia (6/5): Bit Disappointed - The location is great - right on the metro. The room was so hot, I couldn't sleep. The owner said a repairman told him, "That's the we all of the air conditioners work." Of course, that's not true as I have had working ones before and since that time in Italy. He also told me I should have told him sooner (instead of 10pm at night). I told him I told two of his workers earlier in the day and they said they would take care of it. He told me that I should have come to him. We went back and forth a little about why his workers weren't enough to tell (they should report back to him, I would think). The manager did give us a fan which was ok. But, since I specifically booked a place with air conditioner knowing it would be one of the hottest days of the year, I was disappointed. The manager manages another place on another floor, so you have to go down to the other place since no one is ever at the desk in this one. Everything was very clean, however. Except this one glitch with the air conditioner, I think I would have rated the place pretty well.

• Eliska (8/5): Clean room, goog price, messy neigbourhood. - This hotel was ideal for this money (207 EUR for 3 nights), also great is the location of hotel (just 4 stops from Termini Railway STation or 12 min walk). The neighbourhood of hotel is little crazy (multicultural mix of people who do not work, so they are wasting time in park in the midle of Piazza Vittorio Emanuel, so there is little bit messy...). But the room was clean, with nice bathroom,hair drier, air condition, TV, Wi-fi, clean towels every 2 days and nice receptionist.So I can recommend this to young people who do not want to spent a lot of money just for hotel and rather spent if for great italian meals and dishes! :)
• Verified traveler (6/5): Reasonably priced - Good, reasonably priced place to sleep for a couple of nights while sightseeing Rome. Location is quite close to some sights (Coliseum etc) and access to Vatican by Metro is quite good. This is not a hotel. Located on about the 3rd floor of a within a large building, there is a small reception desk, with a number of individual rooms with own bathrooms. Our room was not fancy, but was clean, tidy and spacious. Bathroom was fine. The larger building is quite old and a bit neglected, which can be a bit off putting when arriving.
• MDunn (10/5): Great location - Staff and location. 2 minutes to the Metro. 1 minute from stores of all types: clothing, shoes, jewelry, supermarket. Hotel is directly across from a beautiful park with an outdoor restaurant that operates both during the day and evening. This is an experience that should not be missed.
• Flora (4/5): Convenient but rough neighbourhood - Not the best neighbourhood for female tourists as there are alot of immigrants roaming about in the streets around the building, it seems like a rough neighbourhood and there were police patrolling about. We made sure we returned to the hotel early before sundown. However, it is very near the train station and metro station so convenience is great. They were willing to change our room as we were afraid of noise from the front room. They also provided a tiny kettle when we asked for it.

The desk is not always manned, so best to go Early. The room is basic, but the bed is comfortable And the bathroom nice. Looks from the outside can be deceiving. Much better inside the hotel than expected from outside. It's close to termini station and has free Wi-Fi. I would happily stay here Again especially for eu35 per night.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Hotel at first was a little scary. Walk up to the hotel was dark but once into the hotel it was okay. Staff was very friendly and helpful but they are not 24 hours. So if you need them at night they are unavailable. Overall hotel was nice for a place to rest your head and wash up.
• Danish (8/5): Very close to Metro station. - It was in a very quite environment and was close to many restaurants, attractions like spanish steps and colosseum was just a station or two away. Staff was very nice and flexible. Tram stop was also very close.
• kc (8/5): Inn central - budget hotel - Stayed for 5 nights. Booked this budget hotel (£50-£60) per day. As long as you don't have too high expectations, this hotel has all the necessities for a hotel (Ie. Hairdryer, clean bathroom, TV. Etc). The pictures make the hotel look much better then it actually is. Location excellent , we walked everyday and you can get to the coliseum in 10 minutes. In a relatively poor area of Rome however we never felt in danger. The staff are okay, however if you want helpful information than go elsewhere. Very quiet however this will change depending on the other guests in the hotel. We only wanted a comfortable room to sleep in which was close to centre however I would not recommend for those who have high hotel expectations. But what you get is what you pay for, it was the cheapest hotel around. The extra money you save can be spent on food, museums etc. Hope this was helpful
• artist in Rome (10/5): Roma Artist - Hostesses where wonderful, SUPER CLEAN , simple room to American Standard. Great Location 10-15 walk from Termini train station with luggage, Metro and Buss stop right out side the building, if you are looking CLEAN, SAFE, Great LOCATION this is it.NO coffee maker but there is least 7 Coffee bars around the Park, Highly recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive hotel and rather spend your money on the town than hotel.
• Richard (8/5): Gay friendly hotel. - Generally pleased with our stay. Staff could have been a little more friendly, but were otherwise fine. Was a gay friendly hotel. The area is a bit rough. but if you're just using it as a base its absolutely fine, close to termini.
