- Arusa (8/5): Comfortable stay in great city location - The room has enough space, the view outside the window is not so much but it's ok. The bed is super comfy, temperature is right. And I love the round bathtub and the water pressure here. The location is nice, have to walk a bit (not short but not too far) to the bus stop or metro station but then it's easy to access all the attractions. 7-11 and Family Mart are very close but for more food choices, you will have to walk further a bit. The area feels safe and not loud, which is good. The staffs are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is the same everyday and the western food is pretty basic. They didn't make up the room every day, which is probably written in some policy that I didn't read. (they changed to towels everyday but didn't wash the glasses / only made the bed 1 time in 4 nights)

The staff are helpful, the airport shuttle is good value and the location is close to the train station, 7/11 and Familymart The hall and room smelt damp, there were a lot of dehumidifies running everywhere. They are re-doing the carpets soon so that might help. The breakfast had good coffee, but didn’t have many western options. Also no Netflix streaming on TV and lift often congested

One set of chargable working washing machine and dryer in basement (but need to walk across main lobby to go down). Simple breakfast included from 7 to 9am. Check out till noon was helpful. Walkable distance from metro but not near, especially with luggage. One receptionist was rude during check in and always seemed grumpy. Condom found in drawer, so not sure if it is a suitable hotel for families with kids. Bedsheets had stain and burnt holes. Floor was uneven. Entrance to our room was at the bathroom. We could hear street traffic noise in our room.

- F.Yan (9/5): 謝謝工作人員的用心整理 - 地點位於中山站附近，晶華酒店隔一條街，雖要走大概3-5分鐘，但因沿途有不少商店，基本上會買到忘卻了要回酒店的路。房間算乾淨，床都舒適，謝謝工作人員的用心整理。早餐簡簡單單也不錯，如果有少量水果會更好，如果怕難以管理的話放幾根香蕉、葡萄、小蘋果讓住客自己啃也就夠了.. 隔音一般，但不影響睡眠。因本人跟友人都是需要全黑才能入睡的體質，第一晚也因飛機晚到沒怎麼去試每一顆鍵，因為不知道哪一個鍵是逃生燈的鍵，很傻地用手去踫了一下，但因燈罩原來破掉的還被電了一下哈哈哈，然後用東西蓋著才能入睡但睡得也不太好。因為住過外國一些酒店是不能關逃生燈的以為這家也是，還好第二天早上知道哪一個鍵是關掉它的，希望有個指示/貼紙提醒一下哪一個鍵是逃生燈。 然後，雖然這次我是跟女生朋友各自一人一床的，但看到電視櫃桶裡有一個保險套，this is good actually，但在想，或許..放床邊的抽屜裡比較合適吧^_^?

- 玲 (7/5): - 房間雖然不大，但蠻乾淨的 飯店有附早餐，用餐時間是7:00到9:00但差不多8:45左右服務人員就急著收客人桌上的碗盤好像在趕客人一樣，感覺不是很好，正常都是要用餐時間結束才整理打掃的，我們能體諒工作人員的辛苦但這樣的舉動讓還在用餐的客人壓力很大

The gym was nearly nothing except for the treadmill which was basically unnecessary since we do a lot of walking anyway. Would have been nice to have some free weights.
