• frankieej2026 (2/5): Avoid like the black plague - DO NOT STAY HERE staff are rude the apartment was so noisy we were unable to sleep there was no bath plug the shower head faces the floor and unless your 6ft 12 it won't touch you so you have to hold the shower over your head while simultaneously trying to wash the draw was full of dirty cutlery the cupboard full of dirty plates if you suffer asthma steer clear the dust on the window areas haven't been touched in years there black and when I brought it up to the hotel staff via email I got a rude response and then point blank ignored
• lorrainesZ5601IX (8/5): Spacious room, bed was too low and uncomfortable - We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of January into February. Couldn't access our room till 2 so we left our case and went for a walk. It was about 10 minutes walk to the edge of the old town. Initially I thought is this it, but once you go into the old town there is loads to see and do. It's also not as cheap as people think. Upon check in you have to pay local tax and then pay a £100 deposit for damages which will be refunded. The flat is spacious, bathroom with bath, kitchen diner, cooking facilities and a bedroom, was lovely and warm especially with it being minus outside. The downside, was mainly the bed and safe, im in my 50's the bed was so low to the floor and hard, terrible sleep, massive pillows as well couldn't get comfy. The safe was in the wardrobe on the floor, difficult again bending down entering codes. The rooms are a bit dated but do the job for the time your in there. If you want fresh towels they are 5 euros, they will wash for 100czech. No tea towels to dry. It is on a busy road and really noisy with sirens at night. We had a fab time. We ate breakfast everyday next door it was lovely defo recommend.
• Getaway04969490929 (8/5): Great budget stay - The entrance to the apartments can be quite hard to find, but the staff member on reception was very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and a very good size. The location is fantastic. Overall a great budget stay.

• gemmawD9231TB (10/5): Amazing place to stay for your trip to Prague! - Honestly could not fault Royal Plaza Apartments. It was just me and my young child travelling to Prague for the first time, the hotel staff were amazing and so accommodating. They frequently checked if I needed anything, opened doors for me to get the buggy through and made sure myself and child was comfortable. In particular there were two ladies who worked at the front reception and I want you up recognise how amazing they were during my stay. Room and amenities: The room was much bigger than I’d anticipated, had everything I needed, clean sheets and bed was comfy, bathroom and kitchen clean and very spacious for my child to run around and play with his toys. He also loved the fact there was a bath and shower as he loves a bath! We did bed and breakfast which was in the cafe next door, again, very easy process, a fair few breakfast options (not buffet style - menu style) which I kind of liked. Honestly, nothing I could fault and Prague is beautiful city. My child cried when we were leaving because he wanted to stay living in our new home (the apartments) which is a great sign that he loved it just as much as I did! Location: Everything was in walking distance but there were also options if you don’t like walking - we occasionally got Ubers to slightly further places such as the zoo (this was 25 min walk or 13 min drive) and the prices are very reasonable. The area itself had lots of restaurants and places to explore and it was around 10-15 minute walks to the Christmas markets. We visited two main markers which is the old town square market (16 min walk) and Wenceslas square (10 min walk) both were lovely but busy, which is expected in December! There were a few smaller markets which were less busy but still beautiful, one in peace square and one on your walk up to peace square which we found by luck! All in all it’s been a very busy few days as we packed a lot in but it was the most amazing trip Thanks so much Royal court apartments for making our trip stress free and giving us a homely place to rest! We will for sure be returning!
• 181simonn (10/5): Great place to stay - We have just returned from Prague where we stayed at the Royal Court Apartments , the location is great and a short walk into the center, staff upon arrival were very polite and friendly , rooms are huge and more than big enough for couples and are equiped with microwave, hob , pots pans and cutlery, there is also a large fridge, directly across the road is a mini market where you can buy everything that you need. Rooms at night are warm and cosy but the only downside which is no fault of the hotels is the traffic noise and sirens throughout the night , this did not impact our stay as after all its a city center!!!. Only on our last day we found two more markets closer than the main ones in tge square which are much cheaper and better! ( turn left out of the front door! And head towards Einsteins pizza house). We absolutely loved our stay here and would definately recommend this as an ideal base to stay as there are lots of bars and restaurants close by, try the Czech classic dishes as these are amazing and very reasonably priced! Thanks to all the staff here who made us feel very welcome , just one thing to note there is a city tax none refundable and also 100 euro deposit that you get back when you check out . • 670teganh (8/5): Perfect loaction! - The apartment is spacious and has nice decor, great facilities to cook with and wash up etc! Had great central heating too and was pretty quiet on the 5th floor aside from being able to hear the lift during the night but it wasn’t too much of a bother. Only reasons we’re giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to there being a bad smell in the bathroom that did not go away so had to keep the door shut always. The shower in the bathroom would also go from cold to hot to cold again which was annoying! Additionally the pillows weren’t great and the bed was a bit hard, sofa a bit uncomfortable due to the choice of it being a sofa bed but aside from this we were really happy with the apartment and would stay again! The location was perfect literally walking distance to everything and if we had done too much walking we’d get an uber which cost nothing really. Had a restaurant opposite that did good priced food and drinks, aswell as a mini supermarket and coffee shop next door. The staff were also really lovely and accommodating! Thank you for our stay :)
• CoryA1 (8/5): Friends Birthday trip - We stayed as a group of ladies, celebrating a 60th Birthday. We had the top floor apartment, which was spacious enough for us all and was nice and clean. There is a kitchen, if you wanted to cook food. There's a coffee shop attached, but personally, I would take a short walk around the corner to Paul's Cafe. Much nicer. There's a nice pub across the road called Legenda, good food, drinks and atmosphere. Apartments are a nice walk away from the main square. We didn't use any public transport, walked to see all the main sights. Overall a nice place to stay at a reasonable cost.
• DianeB784 (6/5): Should have stayed in Old Town, this area doesn't have much to do! - Not the best. Had a studio and it was spacious. However, everything is quite old and towels were threadbare. On a busy street so it could be noisy at night. Not close to much, we should have stayed in Old Town but didn't know since our first time in Prague. The front of the hotel is a travel center so we didn't feel quite comfortable with people coming and going all day.
• 549jeremyp (4/5): Budget accommodation. Room on 4th floor was very tired and was not comfortable. - Room tired with rough towels not fit for use. Bring spares. We found Stains on the pillows though later changed the next day. Generally it was not really comfortable. Our Apartment was on the 4th floor avoid, the Lift was very very small, we mainly walked the 4 flights. Very helpful receptionist with travel advice appreciated. Excellent location for the tramway stops. So buy a 3 day pass as you arrive bought from the metro pay station. Be careful with signage and tramway lighting, the UK has better but you will get the hang of it. Be careful booking transfers from the airport, avoid those that cannot access the toll roads as your journey will be an hour long of country roads and harsh braking,

Beds very firm! Good kitchenette area. Lift tiny!! Bed linen was stained and pillow case ripped. 10% off at the cafe next door. Excellent food. Book. Would I stay here again? No!
• owendavidson1998 (10/5): Nice apartment to stay in - Great place to stay only around 30 min walk from main square/attractions, apartments were nice and clean with comfy beds and decent shower, never interacted much with staff but when we did they were super friendly and helpful, also recommended some places to eat Czech cuisine. • A5021VIpamelac (10/5): Great little hotel in the centre of Prague. - Trip with a friend, double bed and sofa bed in the room, both very comfortable. Good size room, plenty of storage, well equipped kitchenette. The hotel has a small tourist information on the ground floor, the staff were really helpful and friendly, and they all spoke English well. The hotel is about 15 mins walk from the National museum, close to the bars and restaurants, and about 30 mins walk from the river. A metro station is almost next door and the IP Pavlova tram stop is aprox 10 mins walk. So it is well placed for exploring Prague. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but you get a discount at The Coffee Factory cafe next door. There is a convenience store just across the road, very convenient.

• 659carriea (10/5): 5 day city break - The appartments are located next to the underground tube station just next door to the hotel. You would miss it if you didn't know that the main door is to the tourist information office, the hotel is part of the office. Very clean and friendly. The rooms are massive and clean only one down side is the traffic outside 24/7 noisy traffic I won't miss that! Only solution is to get better double glazed windows

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left everyone was super helpful. The apartment is huge and spotless clean. Highly recommend these apartments. Special mention to Roman and the lovely young lady from the Urkraine. Sorry I didn't get your namw but you were so kind.
• Thijs_W_L (10/5): Great apartment at good location! - I feel blessed to have experienced this gem! Clean big apartment with kitchen and bathroom. PVC flooring for hygiene and a window that could open. The building itself is beautiful in its own right with all the intricate tiles in the hallways for example. It’s a stone’s throw away from public transport. Bus,tram and metro are at you fingertips to explore the wonderful city of Prague. Shoutout to all the wonderful people working here at all times. Making my stay feel special with good tips where to eat and a welcoming smile whenever I returned from a long days walk. Thank you!

There is lots of nice bars and restaurants close to the hotel but the town is in walking distance (all up hill on the way back though). The room was huge and clean, amazing value for money. And all the staff were so friendly and helpful with recommendations and information.

• WinfieldL6 (10/5): Excellent Service By Amalia & Roman! - Excellent Service By Amalia & Roman! To be honest, we were very unhappy when we had to shift from the hotel to this apartment. We were complaining alot but Amalia was very understanding of our situation n did her very best to clam us n provide us with all the support she could which makes us feel so much better. The next day Roman greeted us with birthday wishes as its our birthday ( this really surprised us) n assured that he will provide us the fulfilment to our request n even gave us a small birthday gift that’s very thoughtful 👍🏼 When we thought our 1st trip to Prague was gonna be a not so good one…These two wonderful n nice staffs really changed it to be a good n memorable stay! • LightPacker317112 (8/5): Great Apartments - Great stay at the apartments. Although Love Holidays had sent the wrong information so we ended up with a Studio instead of the 1 bedroom apartment. Studio was spotless and beds were comfortable. Kitchenette was well stocked. Location of the apartments was great! 5 minutes from Wenceslas Square. Receptionists were very helpful. And we're able to leave luggage there and explore before the flight home. If using the Metro, remember to validate your tickets or you'll get a fine off 1000czk each! Wasn't aware of this before going.
• Voyage563106 (10/5): Great Location and Stay! - The studio apartment was bigger than expected. Two double beds, wardrobe, kitchenette with a table and a large bathroom shower too. Comfortable beds, sheets and towels included. The staff were very friendly and greeted you everytime you entered the building. Lovely apartments and experience - wouldn't hesitate to return!
• Dandy71Hull (8/5): Great location and staff. - Great location with a short walk to the tram/Metro, attractions and local mini markets even a Tesco Express. Apartments were clean and well equipped with kettle, hair dryer, TV. Take some t-bags/coffee as none supplied. Lovely adjoining coffee shop which caters for the apartments guests and offers 10% discount. All staff we encountered were extremely helpful and friendly and offered local knowledge and suggestions. It is based on a busy road into the centre however it didn't detract from a good night's sleep. We would definitely use the apartments again.

• billeeedee (8/5): Ideal Lotion and Well Equipped Apartment - We stayed here for 3 nights during our tour of Europe by train. It is ideally located only a 20 minute walk from the main train station. The reception staff were warm, friendly and very helpful but a different member of staff was on duty each day. Both the room and bathroom were large and clean and our only negative comment was the height of the bed which was less than 35cm high which is not ideal for older people. There is a cafe next door which serves breakfast and a nice choice of snacks throughout the day and your room card entitles you to a 10% discount.

Full kitchen (but no kettle) for use and only 20min walk from old town. Lots Wardrobe space & hairdryer! Can pay an extra €5 for more towels but are changed every 2/3 days! Highly recommend!

• Paul (8/5): City break - Great location, helpful staff. Only grumble was the placing of a towel heater next to the toilet in room 17 meaning it is impossible to actually sit properly on the toilet. Oh and the taking out of rubbish at 0530hrs on Monday morning that must have woke everyone up in a half mile radius. About a 10 minute walk to the top of the square, plenty of bars and restaurants though nearby still providing plenty of money. When I visit Prague again I will certainly stay here but perhaps request a different room.

• Lea (10/5): - We had 4 people in our group (3 adults and 1 child). The apartment was just right go our needs and very clean. It was also within 2-3 minutes walking distance to some fantastic restaurants!! If you like pastries, visit the IPPA cafe and if you like Indian Food try the Masala Indian Restaurant!! We also enjoyed being close to the tram to be able to explore the whole city. Easy transportation. Prague is the best!
• David (8/5): Great location for exploring Prague - Lovely spacious apartment with separate areas for dining, cooking, sleeping and a bathroom with large shower cubicle. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed for our short break. The best thing is the location. The IP Pavlova metro station is right next door and only a few stops to the old town, you can be there in 10 minutes. Plus there is a tram stop a 3 minute walk away too where the number 22 takes you across the river in the same amount of time. The only slight downsides were it is on a busy street which can be quite noisy and we wanted to use the spa but was told it was no longer in use which was a little disappointing. I would still recommend a stay here though as the pros definitely outweigh the cons.
• Magnolia (10/5): - As a family of 5, it is hard to find accomodations that won't break the bank. When I first came across Royal Court Apartments and saw the price, I thought "no way!" But this property did NOT disappoint! Communication was amazing in the days leading up to our stay. They answered every question we had with amazing speed. Upon arrival they met us early so that we could park before check-in and get our sightseeing started. The receptionist gave us several recommendations on where to eat and information on the local area. Parking was TIGHT but we managed. (We were told they could find us another spot if we couldn't fit.) Apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed including extra blankets and pillows. We have nothing but amazing things to say about this property!!

• Steve (10/5): Great location - This place was located very close to the tram and metro. It made getting around Prague so easy! It was clean and spacious not cramped like other hotels we have stayed in. The shower was not great though. The tub was old and a bit stained and there was no way to hang the hose up to be able to use both hands. You had to put the hose down. And be careful when you do that because the water pressure is fantastic! You might have a very wet bathroom to clean up. 😜

• Alexander (10/5): Nice apartment decent location. - Can not complain about the Royal Cout Apartments, they were clean and very spacious, The Legenda bar close by is very good for food and down stairs there is a lovely bar with good atmosphere. It is a 15 min walk to the old town square and about a 25 min walk to the Charles bridge so location wise not to bad.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - The location of the apartments suited us really well with easy access to public transport only one corner away. There was the tourist information centre downstairs alongside a fantastic cafe (all contained within the building) where we could have a terrific and inexpensive breakfast each morning as well as have any of our questions answered by the staff. We were able to book a full day walking tour through the team at Royal Court Apartments and had the most fantastic guide with an impressive understanding of Czech history. Most of the staff at the apartments were young and fluent in English, and were extremely perceptive of the need for friendliness and customer service - they were absolutely outstanding! The building itself is a lovely old one but very well maintained with modern conveniences (the exception being only the lift which was small and a little slow - definitely manageable, though). Our apartment was fabulous and spacious with excellent kitchen facilities. We would have liked to have had laundry facilities but again, this was manageable for us at this stage of our travels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would most definitely book again. Everything felt warm and welcoming and the area around us was full of wonderful authentic Czech restaurants and the local Christmas markets - such a great vibe!

I found the mattress a bit too cheap, the double bed frame was very low, and there were no bedside tables. The shower should NEVER have a shower curtain but a glass or acrylic screen instead. Shower curtains are disgusting in their best days. But the staff was amazing and made it all good.

• Lynne (10/5): Another great stay. - Fourth time at these apartments, and as always we found them clean, tidy and ideal for our stay. We arrived several hours before the check in time but we were able to store our luggage so we could go out and enjoy the city. Staff were very friendly.

Had no Air-con for first 3 days and was expecting 2 separate bedrooms with a communal area. Made it difficult when getting up (if one was up then all were up)

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Good size room, clean, facing a great internal courtyard, allowing to sleep with windows opened. adequate kitchen facilities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The little cafe provides decent snacks/breakfasts although not exciting. While outside the old town, the hotel is located 5 meters (!) from a tube station, and access to the town centre takes less than 20 minutes Only issue: the bed was much too soft for me, and I woke up with significant backache. One potential issue: Rooms facing the main street might have to deal with a fair amount of traffic noise.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Royal Court Apartments is an excellent place to stay in Prague.  It is away from the crowds of the touristy sections, but has great restaurants, bars, currency exchange, a subway stop, and a hop on-hop off bus stop close by, as well as a daily farmer's market.  The coffee shop on the first floor is very convenient.  The individuals who staff the lobby are friendly and helpful, and speak English.  It is very well kept, and the cleaning staff are helpful as well.  You will need to leave a deposit if you want a second key, which was a little off-putting.   Note that if you have mobility concerns, this is not the place for you.  There are steps, the elevator is very small, and the shower/tub are difficult to navigate.  (There are no grab bars.). Also, the beds are low.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Very centrally situated and entrance to metro is actually next door. Apartment very spacious and well equipped. The only issue is that there is a lot of extra bedding quilts etc stuffed into wardrobes which are very dusty at the bottom and dust under beds too. Not a major issue and we would be happy to return. Young staff were always very helpful.

• Ahmed (8/5): - This place is a nice one, its location is one of the best, 10 minutes far from downtown. It is very clean. In general, it is great. I just have one comment related to the reception. there is a sort of lack of communication from the reception. For example, I asked the receptionist in the morning if I can receive my colleague from work at the cafe in the reception around 8 pm. She told me the cafe will be closed, so I mentioned I would invite her to coffee at my apartment especially the place has a separated living room. She told me "no problem". At night I was surprised while my colleague arrives, the receptionist told me in front of her that she must be registered if she spent the night, this embarrassed me and my colleague was shocked. I told the receptionist she would not spend the night. The following day I explained what happened to her colleague at the reception, complaining that she needed to talk to me privately about if my colleague would spend the night or not. What he mentioned was confusing, he said my guest must be registered if she would spend the night or not, I replied: "what you mention is different from your colleague said yesterday". After back and forth, he accused me of talking arrogantly to him and at the end, he changed the rules again to be consistent with what his colleague mentioned the day before. Another Incident: when I booked the all inclusive Prague tour with them, the receptionist forgot to tell me that there is no drop-off in this t

Check-in time was very strict but they had free luggage storage. Pictures are very accurate! Apartment felt clean and safe. NOTE: Apartments during our 3-week trip in Europe had very reduced spaces and small showers. This was NOT true of this property.

Central heating worked very well. Kitchen was well equipped for a short stay. Staff on desk were mostly interested and helpful. The only point i raised wss lack of english chanels on tv. Had we stayed in the summer months the tv would not been as issue as we would not have spent the evenings indoors . In late november however we preferred to get back to the apartment around 8pm We thought as the hotel has smart tvs the apartment would too. This was our only complaint
