• Nadezhda (6/5): На одну ночь пойдет, если нужно больше ночей - лучше выбрать более комфортный и новый отель. - Самый дешевый отель, который нам удалось найти на одну ночёвку. Персонал дружелюбный. Цена/качество для Германии оправдано, но в целом в стране подешевле никогда бы не остановились в таком. Завтрак скудный, но наесться можно, если захотеть. Комната была грязная, под простынью были черные волосы, полотенце было с огромными желтыми пятнами, душ забит и воняет сыростью. Мы не посмотрели, что это за район и нам было очень дискомфортно от контингента вокруг.

Las camas cómodas, la supletoria para mi hija un poco dura ya que es un sofá cama sin colchón arriba, pero nos turnamos para usarla. El desayuno completo. El personal súper amable a pesar de no hablar español nos entendimos muy bien. No sabíamos que había que abonar tasa de turismo. Pero no llegó a los 15€. Sin pegas... todo súper!

• Linda (10/5): Immer gerne wieder - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf Anfrage haben wir noch ein 2. Kissen zum schlafen bekommen, da wir persönlich nicht so niedrig liegen können, auch das war kein Problem. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich, die Dusche war super - schön groß. Unser Zimmer lag im 4. Stock, aber kein Problem, denn es gibt einen Aufzug. Außerdem gibt es einen Außenbereich wo man sich tagsüber oder auch morgens beim Frühstück aufhalten kann, interessant für Raucher: in dem Bereich ist Rauchen erlaubt. Das Frühstück war auch ausreichend und lecker. WLAN ist kostenlos in der Unterkunft vorhanden. Ein paar Meter weiter der Unterkunft ist direkt eine U-Bahn Station, wo man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen kann. Außerdem gibt es ein paar Spätis nahe des Hotels, sodass man auch mal eben schnell dort was holen kann, wenn einem was fehlt. Nichts zu bemängeln

Die Zimmer sind optimal eingerichtet, obwohl sie nicht sehr groß sind (Altbau) Wenn man sich nicht auskennt, sind die Parkplätze nicht so einfach zu finden.

Obsługa hotelowa mimo naszego zapytania o możliwość parkowania przy ulicy nie poinformowała nas o markecie odbywającym się co piątek w uliczce za hotelem to skutkowało odholowaniem samochodu i sporymi dodatkowymi kosztami. Była to informacja która obsługa hotelowa przekazała nam dopiero po fakcie mimo wcześniejszych rozmów na temat parkingu.

The cleaning staff did not change the soap for the shower (which had been removed on purpose because it was finished). No way to contact the reception from the room If not going down to the ground floor. The phone was not connected to the power without even having a power supply.

• Ilean Carolina (10/5): Perfect place for short stays, young and vibrant neighborhood - Está en una excelente ubicación en el barrio de Kreuzberg, en una calle principal muy transitada. Sales del hotel y tiene comida, bebidas, mercados todo en la misma cuadra. Sin embargo, no escuchamos ruido no tuvimos problemas para dormir en las noches, además que terminas muy cansado de todo el día estar fuera. El personal del mostrador fue amable, y tambien hablan inglés. La habitación es pequeña pero no se necesita nada más si solo la utilizas para dormir y bañarte. La regadera tiene agua caliente ilimitada. La relación precio-calidad definitivamente lo vale!

We should complain to the staff right away but didn’t have the energy to and other rooms probably look the same. Me and my friend are not picky but this was really the first and last time staying here.

Mit genügend Vorlauf zum Aufenthalt habe ich die Unterkunft angeschrieben und um Berücksichtigung von Allergien/Unverträglichkeiten bezüglich des Frühstücks gebeten. Das wurde von der Unterkunft mit Hinweis auf die Vermeidung von Mehrkosten abgelehnt. Das ist mit zuvor nie passiert. Meine Nachfrage, ob das Bettzeug für Menschen mit Hausstauballergie kompatibel ist, wurde damit beantwortet, dass die Bettwäsche von einem externen Anbieter zur Verfügung gestellt werde und man deshalb die Frage nicht beantworten könne. Auch das habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Das einzige Manko, der Kaffee war kein Highlight. Ansonsten haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt, auch die zentrale Lage ist natürlich top. Gerne wieder. Kaffe aus Thermoskanne lauwarm bis kalt.Abgezählte hartgekochte Eier, ebenso lagen dort nur 3 Sorten Wurst,ebenfalle abgezählt, eine Sorte Käsescheiben, kalte-offenbar tiefgekülte Brötchen. Sehr beengt, sodas bei weitem nicht alle, die wollten auch Platz gefunden hatten. Zwischdurch dann wieder Gäste, die zur Rezeption wollten. Und das ganze zu einem Preis, für den man ein 1.klassigies Frühstüch in einem angemessenenRaum erwarten muss. Nie wieder.!!!

Vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist das Hotel Prens aber absolut in Ordnung, mein Zimmer incl. Bad war sauber und gepflegt, das Frühstück völlig okay und der Staff durchweg freundlich. In der Umgebung hat man auch alles, was man braucht. :-)

A Disastrous Experience – Avoid This Hotel! SEE PHOTOS ATTACHED BELOW I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay at this hotel was beyond unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the property is poorly maintained and lacks basic hospitality standards. The Room The room was incredibly dirty and felt neglected. Specifically: Hygiene: There was visible mould on the bathroom ceiling, and the window was filthy. Maintenance: The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the curtains were torn and stained, and the heated towel rack was broken. Even the room "number" was just a piece of paper taped to the door. Amenities: Despite booking a double room, I was provided with only one single-sized blanket and one pillow. To make matters worse, the towels provided were old and had holes in them. Service and Staff The reception staff were cold and unfriendly, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest. Breakfast The breakfast was appalling. It looked like the cheapest possible cold cuts from a discount supermarket (like Netto) just thrown onto a plate. The vegetables were not fresh, and the coffee was practically undrinkable.

Das Hotel selbst, Nähe zur U-Bahn, Schiffsanleger am Landwehrkanal, viele Ausgehmöglichkeiten, reservierbarer Parklatz und sehr freundliches Personal. Beim nächsten Mal in Berlin wieder hier! Hier könnte man höchstens den Frühstückstaum nennen, in dem es etwas eng zugeht. Dafür sitzt es sich im Außenbereich ganz prima. Das Frühstück selbst ist nicht üppig, aber absolut ausreichend.
