Great room but unfortunately couldn’t sleep as constant humming sound which I guess was coming from the AIRCON even though we turned our off it must of been from the other rooms . Other negative was the breakfast, very long queue for hot drinks which is situated in a place where the queue takes up most of the room so difficult to move around to get your food & the milk for cereal is with the drinks machine so was almost impossible to get to, also a lot of food had run out (we went down around 9.30am) . But very friendly staff and very clean hotel. Nice airy rooms great bathroom & shower

Loads of restaurants/bars nearby and Westfield shopping mall G-Maps schlägt vom Bahnhof (Stratford) einen umständlichen Weg vor, obwohl man durch die Mall direkt zum Hotel gelangen kann. Dort fehlen allerdings Hinweis Schilder.

- Sarah (6/5): Great location with lovely staff - not so happy with strange smell of bedding & towels - The location of this hotel is fantastic, we often come to London via Stratford as it's an easy journey with plenty of parking. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious - really great options and high quality food. It's such a shame because the hotel is lovely, but when we got to our room we opened the door and we were overwhelmed by this awful smell. We couldn't put our finger on the smell, across between body-odour and washing that had been left in the washing machine for too long. Unfortunately we arrived really late at night and had young children we needed to get in to bed so didn't feel like calling reception to change rooms was a sensible option for us. We dealt with it - but smell transferred to our clothes and suitcase, I had to wash our items three times to get it out. It was definitely the hotel bedding and towels that had the bad smell so anything that touched these items then smelt too.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower had good pressure and it had a normal showerhead as well as a ceiling/waterfall one. Breakfast food was delicious overall with great variety. The breakfast was expensive (we didn't book it and only went one morning out of the two), and the pancakes were very thick and dry.

- anjoco69 (10/5): Another great stay - This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and it is still up to the same high standard it was last year. Very friendly welcome and quick check in. The room (and all public areas) were spotlessly clean. Our room was a Cherry Park View King. It is a good size with very comfortable king size bed. Bathroom has a big walk in shower (but some rooms, we believe, have showers over bath), good water pressure and always hot. Coffee machine and bottled water which was replenished daily. Breakfast is excellent, buffet style with a large selection of hot and cold options. Nice bar area in the lobby, good service and relaxing. Very good location for Westfield shopping centre, Olympic park, 10 min walk to Stratford underground station. Car parking is in the Westfield shopping centre with escalators to access it opposite the hotel entrance. This is now our hotel of choice when we need to stay in this area.
