• Stefani (9/5): - The room had all the basics, it was clean and cozy and situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Everything was discreet, no noise, easy check-in, staff was friendly and helpful. City center is 30 minutes away by foot, bus station is 20 minutes away, tram station just around the corner, so it was a great base for people that come to Amsterdam to explore the surroundings, and really only need a bed and a private bathroom in their room. There was a big window for natural light but it couldn't be opened, instead every morning the air-conditioning automatically turned on and you couldn't really regulate the temperature but we later found a way to turn it off. Other than that a bit more noise isolation for the toilet would've been nice.

Only two stops away from central station and 2 minute walk to the tram itself- tram is so cheap. Got a taxi one night from city centre and was only a tenner anyway! Staff were all super lovely and accommodating. Felt very safe. The rooms are on the smaller side but you know this on booking. When we got there the room was ready but regardless was a €25 charge to check in so we opted for the €5 charge to store luggage. The storage did fit a suitcase and two bags.

Чистые полотенца и мыло для рук есть. Очень удобное месторасположение, мы пешком ходили до центра, совсем близко метро и трамвай. Магазины также близко, кафе и рестораны. На завтрак можно выйти буквально две минуты пешком. В целом тело очень хорош, единственное очень чего мне не хватало, это отсутствие какого либо стула, полки, вообще некуда положить вещи. Только либо на пол либо на кровать. Очень не хватало стула. Также в номере нет ни фена для волос, ни чайника для чая. То есть только комната для сна. Отсутствие какого либо стула, шкафа, вообще некуда положить вещи. Пожалуйста, поставьте хотя бы стул для вещей.

La posibilidad de poder alquilar una powerbank es un servicio que no me esperaba y que me encanto como servicio. Cama muy cómoda para dos personas. Tambien hicimos uso de los secadores disponibles en recepción y buena experiencia. La televisión de la habitacion tenia la posibilidad de ver la Champions League a través del canal de ZiggoSports. Solo habia un enchufe al lado de la cama. No habia perchas para poder colgar la ropa. No habia "publicidad" para poder conocer los sitios que visitar en esa ciudad, me faltaría un mapa y que, a través del hotel, nos recomiende los mejores sitios para visitar, comer, pasear, tomar algo, ...

• Malika (10/5): Voor wat je krijgt voor de prijs is het prima. Als je meer wilt moet je gewoon duurder boeken. - Prijs was laag en als nodig kon je extra’s bijbetalen. Omdat wij nooit gebruik maken van services (zoals het opslaan van je spullen, roomservice, ontbijt etc) betalen wij bij andere hotels voor dingen die we niet gebruiken. Hier niet! Douche is weg oud en daardoor vies, neem slippers mee.

Notre chambre était très bruyante car accolée à l’escalier et nous entendions les allées et venues de personnes peu précautionneuses presque à toute heure de la nuit. La salle de bain aurait pu être plus propre (nous avons dû tirer la chasse d’eau car manifestement ça n’avait pas été fait par le dernier utilisateur). Le lit aurait pu être + confortable également.
