- ICHIRO (8/5): かなりコスパいい - 立地がいい。チェックイン、アウトのとき、ガイドしてくれた人がすごく感じいい。全体的に清潔。 自分の部屋だけかもしれないけど、シャワーヘッドの角度がおかしい笑。シャワーヘッドをホルダーに固定すると、ほとんど水平にお湯を噴射してきて全部顔に直撃。お湯が体に当たらない。体を洗うなら結局手で持ち続けなきゃいけなくてやりにくかった。

- Taha (3/5): Poor - disappointed with the service they have some sort of attitude, photos are catfish apparently we booked the family room which was definitely not a family room didn’t even have a kitchen, the room has hot air coming from somewhere you can’t turn off & we couldn’t control the AC we kept the windows open the whole time. Once you walk in they tell you have to pay an extra fee for tax? & let’s not forget the blood stain & yellow stains they had on the beds & when it was time to check out we had forgotten 1 of our key card in the hotel room but we got locked out because of our automated check out time when we tried to explain they told us we had to pay the “missing one” which was $10aud & mind you they are not lenient nor kind enough to let us check out 1 hour later so we had to pay an extra $40aud, stingy on their water bottles aswell. basically you can put all the money you spent on this trashy old hotel you can spend it on atleast a decent one with nicer staff.dont let the reviews fool you

- Becca (6/5): - The stay was affordable and budget-friendly compared to other rentals in the area. I was pleased with staff and found them friendly and helpful with the check-in/out process. With that said, our unit was rather cramped and dingy. There were scuff marks on the wall. Lights are bright and fluorescent. Reminds me of college dorm life in the US-- not very welcoming or comfortable, but it did the job.
- Monica (9/5): Very very pleasant - Very comfortable, clean and with a nice view. Bathtub was nice size. Only issue was that they misunderstood me and did not clean my room, due to the language barrier Iguess, and that walls are thin, otherwise excellent.
- Pia Jane (10/5): - No complaints at all room was exactly as described and expected for a cheap Japanese business hotel. Very conveniently located and the staff were great at helping a very jet lagged first time solo traveller out.
- Anna (10/5): Comfortable stay - It’s clean overall I live in Japan for more than two decades and first time to encounter staffers who just stand and didn’t welcome guests. They just look every person enters the hotel with serious face expressions, though there’s one person helping a guest to check in. In Japan when someone enters a shop or business premises, they would welcome you and say thank you when you leave. When we checked out, I even said “arigatou gozaimasu” means thank you but didn’t hear any reply. You can also hear loud voices outside your room. They should put “no loud noises” especially at night. Also they only have one pillow.

- Ivan (3/5): Good location. Meh everything else - The location of this place is quite nice but that's pretty much it for my experience !!! In the morning I had a severe allergic reaction. My face was swollen, red and itchy. I have never had anything like this happen to me in my life. I assume it was the detergent or softener they use on the pillow cases. !!! The staff greeted me with "What do you want from us?" Kind of attitude. I'm standing with luggage at the reception - I want to check in. I did not feel welcome at that place from the get go. I also had a parking spot reservation with them. Via email I was notified of one price (~1500 Yen a day) but in person it now was 2500 Yen for some reason. Not a biggie for me financially but it doesn't feel nice to be charged extra all of a sudden. When I came to my room and started showering my day off the reception clerk knocked on the door to let me know he forgot to issue me a parking ticket that I'll need in order to check out. The rooms were meh compared to another place I stayed in while in Tokyo and the breakfast was absolutely not worth it. The day of the check out I needed to extend my parking for 2 hours. After check out time. I heard multiple different numbers from different people and in the end when the time to pay came they charged me another 2600 Yen for 2 extra hours (more than a full day parking). I was not gonna argue my way around in a foreign country but I want anyone else considering this place to be prepared for the kind of thing and attitude they have going on there. I will not be coming back and I would recommend others to look elsewhere.
- Jason (6/5): - Not a bad hotel given its price and location. But I do feel like the room is dated. It is spacious but it just feels old compared to the lobby. Also, the bathroom was a bit cramped, especially the bathtub.

- Toro (10/5): Great place to stay i recommend it. - It was a quite place, friendly staff, good instalations and near from a metro station. The neightborhood is quite and safe, also you have party district very near from the hotel. I really recoommend it.
- Alberto (8/5): - This hotel was the first hotel I stayed in Japan. I’m very glad to say it was the right choice, however my only criticism is the cleanliness of the rooms and building. Other than that this hotel is a brilliant place to stay in. You can walk to mid-town Tokyo and the Chiyoda line. A perfect place to stay as a tourist!
- Parsa (10/5): - Stayed at Akasaka Yoko Hotel and had a great experience overall! The staff and fellow guests were very friendly, making it a welcoming place to stay. The location is fantastic—amazing walking distance to multiple stations yet still in a quiet area, which we loved. Rooms are quite small, but they were fine for our needs. The only downside was the breakfast; we tried it for two mornings but found better options outside for the rest of our stay. Despite that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it—5/5!
