• Maximiliano (9/5): Excelente atención, limpieza, habitaciones y servicios en general. - El hotel muy limpio, habitaciones espaciosas, hacen aseo todos los días, personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar a sus pasajeros. Cuentan con agua y fruta disponible durante todo el día. La ubicación queda bastante lejos (40 - 50 minutos de sitios turísticos) pero se compenza por el precio y la buena atención. El punto negativo fue solo la ubicación, pero teniendo en cuenta que lo escogimos a pesar de la distancia, es un factor que ya se sabía.

• Krešimir (8/5): Good value for money, with a great location and helpful staff, but the room condition and bed comfort need improvement. - The location was very convenient, close to a DLR station and with easy access to central London, which made getting around simple. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled drinking water available at the hotel, as well as free coffee and tea in the room. The room itself was an okay size and had all the basic amenities needed, including bathroom essentials. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, as there were black hairs found on the bed upon arrival. The shower had a fixed head only, which made it less convenient to use. The bed in room 16 was also uncomfortable and appeared to be broken on one side, creating a dip that made sleeping less comfortable.

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Rezeption, die flexibel und kundenorientiert auf Wünsche eingeht – insbesondere auch bei einem gewünschten Zimmerwechsel. Insgesamt ein positiver Eindruck.
• Gareth (9/5): Great little Hotel - I booked a room only rate which was excellent value for money. It is literally a 5 minutie walk from ExCeL. They had secure spacious parking facilites (great if you have a van). The staff are super friendly and welcoming. I'll be returning thats for sure.

• Guy (8/5): Excellent hotel close to Excel London - The Prince Regent is a great hotel situated just 15 minutes walk from Excel London. My room was immaculately clean with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is also included and there’s a car park. Largely my fault, but the room was initially cold and I hadn’t realised I needed to turn on the radiator.

• Andrea (10/5): Exceptional all around and very short walk to Excel - The staff were so friendly and genuinely helpful. Location 7mins walk down same street to elevator that goes to Excel East or 10mins to Excel West Elevator (dont trust Google, it tells you to walk around train tracks but elevator and bridge goes right over it all in 2mins total). Went for concert and was very relaxed to be able to walk even with toddler. Breakfast was fresh cooked to order. Fresh fruit and bottled water available at all times for free was a lovely surprise. Laundromat across the road also handy, spent an hour there final day and had fresh clothes for a change on return travel. Room was clean and comfy, had all amenities plus was cleaned daily. Another massive positive for the staff, literally every person from front desk to cleaners were so nice. Really above and beyond. Super delighted to have discovered this hotel, wouldn't stay anywhere else for future Excel events.

• Dreamer21889462457 (10/5): Nice cheap hotel with friendly staff and comfy bedrooms. - Very near Excel centre. During busy hour buses go past very regularly. It’s free breakfast and the rooms are super comfy with nice bed linen. It’s very clean, and secure. There is free parking here which is a major plus. The staff are very friendly and community spirited. The area is also quite safe.
