It wasn’t too bad for me but one eve people were chatting in the hallway and the walls are so thjn you could hear everything. Some staff don’t speak English which can be an issue.

- Celine (9/5): Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would still consider staying here again, hopefully at a more competitive rate - One aspect I particularly appreciate is the location, as it is conveniently situated next to Ximen Station. One drawback is the inadequate soundproofing, as noise from neighbouring rooms can be heard when occupants speak loudly. Additionally, there are dance classes conducted on the upper level, which may contribute to the overall noise level. However, this is acceptable for us, as we will not be in the room during the daytime.

- MsTangWY (6/5): Noisy property. - Excellent location smack in the middle of Ximending. The property is situated on the 7 and 8 floor of the building. There is a nightclub on the 9 floor and the music goes on non stop till 9pm every night. Also lots of traffic noise cos it's beside the main road. The lift to the 7th floor is only open from 8am to 6pm. So you'll have to go to the 8th floor to get them to open the gate to the lift if you have luggage to move or a wheelchair.

No noise from other lodgers. Close access to the metro station and various shops and restaurants. Lack of laundry amenities. They should meet us halfway by selling succulent soap and fabric softener. Renting adapters would be nice. Maybe there were a third party laundry service available.

No breakfast is available in hotel but guest can easily find food around the area. Many places to eat just outside of hotel. We have to pass thru a "housekeeping area" like a storage room where they keep supplies/linen etc. from the elevator to our room. The storage room should be out of sight of all hotel guests.
