Miguel (10/5): Best Location and excellent host - The property is centrally located, room remodeled and very safe. Also, Romantic service provided was very convenient and wife loved it. Also, Florencia was an outstanding host. There is still some construction, but it is well managed and not noisy!

The Petit Prince (5/5): Grandi potenzialita' ma.. - La struttura e' grande, vicino a tutto, potenzialmente molto bella con un concierge molto gentile. La struttura necessita' di maggiore manutenzione, flusso d'acqua non sempre forte con acqua calda non sempre disponibile. Il bidet sembrava non attivare la caldaia interna, il lavandino si. Il bagno e' cieco e non c'e' ventola di aspirazione.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel itself is lovely, room was very clean. Panagiotis (8/5): - Location was great. The room was clean. Due to some maintenance going on, there is no place for breakfast. So they send you to a Caffè on the other side of the building. First day we went to that Caffè for breakfast, they told us that we were only allowed to have a coffee and a croissant for free, as part of their agreement with the San Carlo Suites. When returned to the hotel, we informed the reception about it, and to their good will they took the necessary actions to correct it. From second day we could order from the menu and the hotel was covering the cost. I must say again that the hotel personnel took care of it immediately.

I carefully turned the knob as I have one at home but wanted to make sure that I turned the correct way so was careful. The plug did not lift and the plastic knob fell off in my hand. I left it on the side for the cleaners to see. The following morning the receptionist accused me of being heavy handed and they charged me £100 euro. Later reducing to £60 euros . This is disgusting and I did not agree but they stole the money from my account as they had pre authorised my card. Nothing really. The bath is pointless. On arrival I tested the water temp. Maros (10/5): Estremo relax nel cuorum di Roma - Si riconosce da subito la ricerca per i minimi dettagli, l’intrattenimento che si vuole dare ai propri clienti. L’essenza vera di San Carlo Suite è quella di far sentire Noi, al centro. Lo staff è ben organizzato e molto accogliente. Qualsiasi tipo di richiesta viene esaudita e si denota una profonda etica professionale. La location ti permette, appena si esce dallo stabile, di immergerti nel cuorum di Roma. Il prezzo è pienamente equilibrato con i servizi offerti. Raccomando pienamente Unica cosa negativa è il wifi, che non prende bene o affatto a seconda di dove ci si trovi nella suite. Opterei per wifi extender secondari, per far sì che i clienti possano navigare ed essere pienamente connessi con il resto del mondo. Un altro consiglio che mi sento di dare è il proiettore nella zona idromassaggio. Opterei per un proiettore con la possibilità di proiettare Netflix, per godere nell’estremo relax ogni tipo di intrattenimento. Il consiglio finale che mi sento di dire riguarda i cuscini; Ottima la possibilità di avere più cuscini nella stanza, ma quasi tutti sono un pò andati e mancherebbe, in questo angolo di paradiso un pò di memory foam, che ci aspetteremmo.

mohamed fady (2/5): Unpleasant - Location - cleanliness The room I was assigned overlooked the back area of another building, which was not disclosed/ clear at the time of booking. In addition, there was ongoing renovation work in the building, resulting in significant noise throughout the day. On one occasion, members of the maintenance team carried out work directly outside my window without any prior notice, which was highly disruptive and inconvenient. Furthermore, the shower heater was only producing warm water rather than hot water, making it uncomfortable to use. Due to these issues, my stay was far from satisfactory, and I decided to leave one night earlier than planned. Unfortunately, I was not offered any refund for the unused night when i asked for and staff was not flexible with this issue

Noemi (10/5): - Struttura curatissima nei minimi dettagli. Contesto silenzioso e intimo. Proprio quello che stavamo cercando. Staff molto disponibile e gentile. La camera con spa interna é favolosa, aggiungerei solo alla funzionalità del proiettore la possibilità di vedere film direttamente in vasca.

Natalia (10/5): Chambre avec jacuzzi idéal pour les amoureux. - La chambre très confortable avec le coin jacuzzi. L’emplacement hyper centrale au cœur de la rue commerçante. Nous n’avons pas apprécié la salle du petit déjeuner, sans fenêtre et avec un bruit de ventilation permanent et qui ne reflète pas le standing de l’hôtel. Nous avons du prendre le petit dej ailleurs.

How they calculate the tourist tax is not correct (need to insist and check the rules and pay correctly).

No easy to find , when you entered the builder on the 2nd floor it says another name than san Carlo suite , also on google map it’s not easy to find whatsoever ! The cleaning lady dropped cleaning detergent on my first cost which was in the closet hanging and they didn’t even refund us for the damage !

L’ambiente è curato in ogni dettaglio, dagli spazi comuni accoglienti alle camere moderne, luminose e perfettamente pulite. Il personale è sempre gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza, capace di far sentire gli ospiti davvero benvenuti. La colazione è ricca e varia, con prodotti freschi e di qualità che soddisfano ogni gusto. Ottima anche la posizione, comoda per raggiungere facilmente sia il centro che le principali attrazioni della zona. Un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole, che ha superato le aspettative. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca comfort, professionalità e un tocco di calore in più. Tornerò sicuramente

Personeller güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Oda konforlu ve rahattı. Duşta bulunan duş jelinin koyulduğu aparatın vidası kırılmış odayı giriş yaptığımızda sallanıyor ve kullanılamaz haldeydi. Açıkçası biz odaya giriş yapmadan önce bunun kontrol edilmemiş ve odanın bize bu şekilde teslim edilmiş olması iyi değildi. Ancak sonraki gün biz bir şey demeden odayı temizleme esnasında fark etmiş olacaklar ki akşam odayı geldiğimizde onarılmıştı. Bu da iyi.
