Breakfast had a lot of options and all really nice. We had an apartment room so came with a washing machine and ideal for a family stay. Conveniently located out of down town with easy links to major roads or major shopping malls, main mosque etc. Would use again and recommend.

• Zakir (6/5): - The wifi connection inside the room was terrible always disconnecting. IBIS can always improve on that . The Washroom sitting is very uncomfortable , and water comes out whilst taking shower and the complete area near the sink is water logged .
• Mariam (6/5): - The Expedia listing for this hotel is inaccurate. Make sure to contact the hotel ahead of time to make sure you know what you're getting in the room. I booked an apartment style room for 1 month for me and a family member who was in the country for urgent medical care. The listing says that the room comes with a Queen bed and a Double bed, but this is not the case. We found out on arrival that the hotel has no apartment style rooms with both a Queen and a Double. The hotel staff were nice enough to get a cot into the room, but this is not what I paid for. Not to mention that we had to deal with the added stress of not getting what we thought we were getting at an already stressful time. The hotel staff are very friendly, but don't seem to know much and can't help with troubleshooting issues. They couldn't help us figure out how to use the washing machine in the unit (an obscure brand no one has ever head of and we had to look up instructions for on Youtube), they couldn't fix the TV after multiple visits from the in-house technician (seems really silly but remember we were there for a month and my family member was recovering from a surgery, so TV was a much needed distraction), and they couldn't help fix the Wi-Fi (which was inconsistent, SLOW, and wouldn't work if we went into the bedroom). Nothing against the staff, just think the property is badly managed, or maybe not prioritized because Ibis is attached to Novotel which is a 4 star property.

The hotel is 1 star at maximum , charging high prices for broken beds and curved mattresses a price of high quality hotels. The room was very small and tight, I checked out in the middle of my stay and looked for a different hotel. It’s a ripoff for what a hotel should be. The AC was hot, the TV was smaller than an airplane TV, the furniture was not changed since 2012 or even before. I regret using this hotel, never again!!!
• Abdullah (2/5): - Stayed here one night despite booking a two night stay. The room was very noisy, the bed had one single pillow, the shower was leaking and had one towel! I called the room service staff around midnight and got no answer. The window was broken and had no handle to shut it! I spoke to the front desk staff in the morning and explained the situation and was tossed from one person to another. The staff told me a manager would talk to me after she leaves her meeting, which she did. The manager; Tatiana spoke to me and made it seem as it the guest responsibility for the maintenance of the room! Horrible experience all around. I check out immediately after the first night and vow to never use ibis on any trips. I’ve been at several Accor hotels in the past but this one was by far the worst. I never leave a bad review as most facilities make it right once an issue is brought to their attention. The staff and management cared less about the guest and played a defensive role rather than resolve the situations I will never be back and would not recommend the hotel. Abu Dhabi is a beautiful city. What a shame hotels like this aren’t maintained and where the staff needs education on world class customer service.

It seems like it is mostly for people coming for work, as I encountered many who were coming from work. The rooms are small and so are the bathrooms, outdated and not well talking care of.

We paid, unwillingly, and asked to get the receipt (to show expedia). We have been told that they can not give us receipt saying 120 was charged for breakfest (only a receipt saying we paid 120 extra for that night). didnt feel good.

The housekeeping team topped it off - Suroj, Asish and Dhival were excellent. The security team was very warm and friendly particularly a gentleman from Africa who always had a smile and he’ll always wished you a good day or good night - what a fine young gentleman. Mohammad and Mary from reception were very efficient and helpful. The room needs a bit of touch up (the floor boards). Gym is excellent - airy and large with good equipment. Keep up the good job.

A process I would assume should be very smooth by now after months of weekly check-ins. Then i went up to my room to find out garbage everywhere in front of the doors and the elevators as if they dont have housekeeping services or the place has been left out for ages. The next morning the garbage was still there and the smell was horrible! I complained to the receptionist upon check out and he Couldn't care less. This hotel used to be one of my favorites and i used to come every week. This time it was a big disappointment at the least!!!

Went to the bar although we put credit to our room we were told their was no money to the room back to reception waiting inline System had not been updated after 3 hour of checking in. Hotel and staff apart from the one individual we spoke to on the phone were lovely breakfast average restaurants good Unfortunately we were off to a poor start so on that note we would not be back

I had a great meal at the Italian restaurant, I think it’s called Gabbianos. My husband and I also really liked the room. My only issue is that the bathroom is a little small and they don’t provide toiletries other than soap. It would be nice to have body lotion and shampoo and conditioner as many hotels provide. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel.

You can do a 20 minutes walk to a bus stop and take #22 that travels to the whole abu dhabi and gets you to Abu Dhabi Bus Terminal and Al Marina Mall and many more to explore. there is a gas station close by around 10 minutes walk that has a burger king inside.

Rooms have very tiny bathrooms one cannot fit in. Water leakage inside its very disappointing and aspecially for someone travelling from ither counrty this is not leasure its terrible.
