La piscine est vraiment très sympa et appréciable après une longue marche dans la ville. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et le restaurant accessible le soir de notre arrivée un vrai plus. Hôtel très propre, personnel agréable, nous recommandons La literie est trop ferme pour moi mais ce n'est qu'un avis personnel. Mon conjoint a apprécié.

Сам отель устарел требует ремонта и химчистки, а также замены мебели п - Мне понравились сотрудники , очень приветливые и компетентные Отелю требуется ремонт и химчистка, номера уже потрепанные и старые, местами некоторые номера прокуренны. Пришлось от обычного номера делать апгрейд до люкс и люкс мягко сказать тоже не очень, матрацы уже от времени пролежаны, вмятины, шторы давно не стирались. В СПА центре стоит запах сигаретного дыма, сами сотрудники в нем курят. Ресторан хороший, выбор блюд небольшой но вкусный. Расположение отеля хорошее, но навряд ли мы туда еще вернемся.

• Alexandru Vedinas (8/5): It was ok - I liked the cleanliness and the comfortable bed. The staff was very nice and helped with any needs. The water pressure for the shower was great and also there was hot water immediately. The room was cleaned on a daily basis and we were given fresh clean towels and drinking water every day. Also the bedsheets were changed after 3 days, which is nice for a 1 week stay. The Hotel is positioned near tram public transport, and also you can walk 1-2km and reach a bunch of places that are a must to visit, like Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazar and many more. It can be noticed that the furniture and overall appliances, including shower and doors are old and have a bit of wear to them. I don't recommend the pool area, since it only has 4 loungers where you can sit, for 100+ people. The pool water was quite cold and not properly filtered since it could be seen from the underwater lights that a lot of nasty particles were floating in the water. Also the cave-like structure was full of mold which emitted an unpleasant smell. We only had a swim for 20 minutes and left due to this, and the next day we both caught a cold. Also, the included breakfast (which we paid for) was ok, but a bit repetitive and of course it contained cheap quality food - but this is understandable because a lot of people waste a lot of food.

Also, the housekeeping lady was very attentive and kept our room spotless every day. The only minor downside was that the pool water was a bit cold.

• Silvija (8/5): - Celkově jsme ocenili skvělé umístění hotelu – jen pár kroků od tramvaje T1, metra, památek, obchodů i restaurací různých cenových kategorií. Lokalita je opravdu velkou výhodou. Rádi bychom také vyzdvihli ochotu personálu. Každý den nám uklízeli pokoj, doplňovali vodu a měnili ručníky. Tohoto přístupu si velmi vážíme. Snídaně byly po celou dobu našeho pětidenního pobytu velmi jednotvárné. Ocenili bychom větší pestrost nebo alespoň drobné obměny, aby se nabídka neopakovala každý den úplně stejně. Rádi bychom také zmínili zkušenost se SPA, které jsme měli mít zdarma k pobytu. Bohužel bylo téměř neustále obsazené hosty, kteří nebyli ubytovaní v hotelu. Hammam jsme za celých pět dní nemohli ani jednou využít, protože byl vždy obsazený. U sauny chyběla sprcha a prostor na odpočinek byl velmi omezený – navíc část míst byla zabraná personálem, který tam prováděl masáže. Celkově tak nebylo možné SPA využít tak, jak jsme očekávali, a přitom to byl jeden z hlavních důvodů, proč jsme si váš hotel vybrali. Pokoj byl výrazně menší, než jak působil na fotografiích, a měl velmi nízký strop. Můj manžel měří 197 cm a u postele si musel doslova opírat hlavu o strop, což bylo nepohodlné a působilo velmi stísněně. Navíc jsme měli nepříjemný pocit, jako by byl pokoj špatně odhlučněný nebo jako by někdo byl v těsné blízkosti. Dalším problémem byla plíseň ve sprchovém koutě. To je hygienická závada, která by se v ubytování tohoto typu neměla objevovat.
• Briana (6/5): Great location but small rooms - The pool was a highlight for our family. Breakfast was convenient, but lacking in flavor and international options. The location is fantastic you can walk to basically all the highlights in Istanbul or jump on the tram nearby and even though it’s well connected to everything it’s on a quiet street so I didn’t hear any noise from outside. I also asked twice to two different front desk people if we could move to a larger room with a bigger bed which they said we had the biggest bed they have. I then saw ads in their hotel with a much larger room and a bed that looks much bigger then what we ha. I’m frustrated they wouldn’t let us know about it and we could pay to upgrade. The room size is deceivingly small you can barely maneuver around the bed and with more than one person it gets crowded very easily. Their beds are pretty firm and not very comfortable and they’re comforter size is very small so we fought over the sheet through out the night. Their shower was also very small. Included breakfast I felt was lacking an international options. however, they did have eggs and local dishes that they changed out regularly. Also, the staff was all very friendly. They also have a spa, pool and hammam down stairs which was a highlight for our family but the massage I had was a bit awkward. Their hammam is co-ed and your given a tiny towel to sit and walk around amongst other guest while you wait for your massage which made me feel very uncomfortable being so exposed. Then while I was getting an amazing massage by a talented masseuse the man at the front desk opened the door to talk to her which felt creepy and violation of my privacy as I’m naked clearly. She also had to step out in the middle of my massage without saying anything to me to help the man with something opening the door for everyone waiting outside to see me again naked on the table. That made me feel like it’s not a very professional spa and their just after money. Their prices were also different then what I was told from their reservation number when I spoke to them on the phone. But this is more on the spa not the hotel.

• Marku (5/5): - Το προσκοπικό στην ρεσεψιόν πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό! Πολύ ωραίο σάουνα και πισίνα ! Το ξενοδοχείο ειχε 24 ώρες καλοριφέρ και το δωμάτιο ηταν ζεστό συνέχεια! Ηταν 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο το μεγάλο μπαζάρ ! Η καθαριότητα θα έπρεπε να ηταν καλύτερη και να μας δώσουν μεγαλύτερο δωμάτιο ήμασταν 4 ατομα 2 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά και ήταν πολύ μικρό για εμάς! Μας άφηναν πετσέτες μονο για 2 ατομα και δεν έβαζαν χαρτί υγείας επίσης δεν σκουπίζαν καλά το δωμάτιο..☹️

Konstanz, Qualität und Herzlichkeit werden hier wirklich gelebt. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir wieder sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Besonders wichtig für mich: Meine Frau, mein Kind und ich fühlen uns hier jederzeit sehr wohl und auch sicher. Das ist für uns ein entscheidender Punkt – und genau dieses Gefühl vermittelt das Hotel jedes einzelne Mal. Ein ganz besonderes Lob möchte ich erneut an Emirhan und Emre, die beiden Brüder, aussprechen. Sie sind außerordentlich nett, respektvoll und extrem hilfsbereit. Egal welches Anliegen oder Problem wir hatten – uns wurde sofort geholfen, ohne Zögern, immer mit einem Lächeln. Genau solche Mitarbeiter machen ein Hotel besonders. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und ordentlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, ebenso die allgemeinen Bereiche. Der hohe Sauberkeitsstandard fällt sofort positiv auf und bleibt während des gesamten Aufenthalts konstant. Was das Hotel Amethyst besonders auszeichnet, ist der klare Fokus auf Qualität statt Quantität. Man wird nicht einfach abgefertigt, sondern persönlich betreut. Man merkt, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird. Weitere positive Punkte: • Sehr freundliche, familiäre Atmosphäre • Hoher Sicherheits- und Wohlfühlfaktor • Schnelle und unkomplizierte Hilfe bei jedem Anliegen • Hervorragende Sauberkeit • Konsequent guter Service über viele Aufenthalte hinweg Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen: Wir kommen immer wieder gerne zurück. Das Hotel Amethyst ist für uns mittlerweile eine feste Adresse, der wir voll und ganz vertrauen. • Houssam (1/5): Very bad experience - I didn’t like anything. Everything was very bad Very bad experience. Everything was extremely disappointing. Cleanliness was very poor and the price does not match the quality at all. The same towels were reused and not replaced properly. Most of the staff do not speak English, especially during the evening shift. They did not provide drinking water in the room, and basic amenities like shampoo, hand soap, and toilet paper ran out and were never refilled. I would not recommend this hotel.

El vigilante de seguridad es muy amable junto al personal de limpieza tambien. De los mejores hoteles para alojarse en Estambul, cerca de todo lo que necesites. Lo recomiendo mucho.

• Manel (10/5): Magnifique séjour, merci - L'hotel est super bien située , tram metro à quelques pas Les bureaux de change en bas de l'hotel offre le meilleur taux de change Nourriture au petit dej raisonable , Serviettes et chambre hyper propre Personelle au soin , communication trés facile , le room service magnifique , Je tiens à saluer la femme de mlenagé qui a galere avec nous car on avais un petit bebe SPA gratuis incus dans notre tarifs Je recommande fortement pour les personnes qui veulent faire plein de chose à pieds ( visite d'aya sofia , mosqué de sultan ahmet , le souk egyptien , tous ça peu se faire à pieds , plein de magasin dans le quartier afin de faire son shopping , car qui dis truquie dis nourriture et shopping) Wifi pas tres captivant depuis notre chambre , La chambre etais un peu petite par rapport à nous , une famille de 3 (bagages et peu d'espace pour circuler)

Это наша первая поездка в Турцию, мы долго искали хороший отель и не прогадали, я бы с удовольствием вернулась сюда снова! 🥰 Всё супер, но номер на троих был немножечко тесноват))

• Borisz (9/5): Jó elhelyezkedés, jó ár-érték arány, kényelmes ágyak. - Jó elhelyezkedés, tömegközlekedés közel van, a személyzet kedves, segítőkész, a szoba tiszta. A reggeli bőséges. Az reggeli néha hideg volt, és az izek sem voltak túl jók.
• Kocadag (6/5): Rent och fint hotell men inget vi skulle välja igen! - Det var ett rent och fint hotell och trevlig personal. Nära och lätt att hitta till hotellet ifall man bor i detta område. Vi valde till slut ett hotell där recensioner om en utmärkt frukost och läge var höga. Frukosten var ganska basic och inget extra alls. Juicer som serverades var blandad saft och inte juice. Inta bra kaffe. Det kunde ha varit större utbud på pålägg och bröd och alternativ att tillsätta till yoghurten. Matsalen otroligt liten och trångt mellan borden. En besvikelse! Av 3 nätter fick vi första natten bo på annat hotell. Våra väskor lämnades av där med oss men vi fick ta oss med väskor själva till detta hotell dagen efter. Vi skulle fira en familjemedlem som fyllde 30 år och blev lovade tårta och någon överraskning men det såg vi inte av. Dock fick jag som bokade uppgraderat till deras svit. Vi bokade taxi via hotellet då de skulle hjälpa oss att få det smidigt och billligare som kompensation för att vi fick bo på annat hotell en natt. Det visade sig vara dyrare och vi fick vänta 1,5 timme innan chauffören dök upp. Troligtvis otur men de hade kunnat se till att vi fick något som kompensation och för att få vårt humör lite bättre.. Med facit i hand skulle vi valt ett hotell på asiatiska sidan (Kadiköy) då utbudet av restauranger, barer och pubar är begränsat och svårt att finna kring detta hotell.
