- Enzo (10/5): - A acomodação é ótima, os quartos são limpos e o banheiro é fantástico. O quarto é exatamente como nas fotos, possuía frigobar, microondas, fogão de indução e pia na região da copa, auxiliando bastante na realização de lanches no local. Em relação a localização, é muito perto da estação Bayswater, cerca de 3 min de caminhada, e 10 min da estação Queensway o que permite acesso a três linhas diferentes de metro, facilitando a locomoção na cidade, além de também possuir pontos de ônibus próximos. O bairro é seguro e com várias lojas de suvenir e restaurantes próximos. Sobre o prédio, possui dois andares, os apartamentos do 1º andar possuem varanda, os do 2º andar não possuem, o que diminui um pouco o espaço livre, porém nada prejudicial para o conforto ao longo da estadia.
- Jennifer (8/5): Clean and perfect for 2, but pungent smell - Very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the mini-kitchen in the studio. The shower head was amazing (rain-type). The only problem we had was an odd, pervasive, pungent smell coming from under the sink in the kitchen. We had to keep the windows open when we were in the room because the smell bothered me so much.
- Nuria (10/5): - Muy bien, fácil de llegar, 2 estaciones de metro muy cerca, sitios conocidos a los cuales se puede ir caminando (museo de la ciencia, historia natural, Notting Hill, Hayd Park…), tiene plancha y mesa de planchar que para mí es un punto muy importante, la descripción en la página web se ajusta a la realidad. La recomiendo!!!
- Miki (8/5): - Most of them are fine. I’m satisfied. The room was clean. Laundry hunger was there. The only thing that I ask you that to post to smokers must be quiet while they do it around the entrance. They were so noisy. Unfortunately it was rainy days. Moreover I stayed there on business.

- Marcelo (10/5): Lovely place - We stayed here for 7 nights and have many compliments, starting with the wonderful location, close to everything! I also imagined that the room would be smaller but it is not. It still has a very functional bathroom and a kitchen with all the basic items we need for practical meals. The apartment is very safe, the bed is comfortable, and there is a fan and iron. When we needed help, the staff answered and helped us, this is also a positive point. We recommend the Studio to anyone wanting a good stay in London, and look forward to staying here again.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great room but not so great smell - We loved the apartment and enjoyed our 4 night stay there overall. Location is perfect, just a walking distance to underground stations and bodega. We had the lower floor room overlooking the front terrace and perfect for 2 people. The only thing we were uncomfortable with was the smell of the room. We weren’t sure where it came from because the smell was there from the moment we checked in until the day we checked out. everyday we had to use a room spray that my friend bought to make it less uncomfortable, turned on the ventilator in the kitchen when we were in the apartment, and even opened the window. We hardly use the kitchen as we were always out exploring London and only come back till late, but the bad odour was always there and we just ran out of ideas how to get rid of it. But other than that, our stay was nearly perfect.

In appartamento si trovano già piatti, pentole, una macchina del caffè, ebollitore, piastre a induzione, microonde... Tutto nuovo! Il bagno tutto rifinito in simil marmo, dispone dell'essenziale. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, ben collegata a tre linee metro e nella strada parallela si trovano differenti bar, ristoranti e supermercati. Siamo rimasti veramente contenti! Consiglio di mettere in appartamento una scopa o uno sweefer perché le pulizie non sono avvenute nonostante 7 notti di pernottamento. Per quanto poco, la polvere si crea.

Cependant la table et les chaises prennent beaucoup beaucoup de place et du coup même a 2 difficile d'y manger, on ne peux pas ouvrir le frigidaire, ouvrir le placard sous l'evier sans deplacer la table et les chaises ce qui est dommage et du coup parfois agacant! Juste 2 tabourets suffirait pr un gain de place. Et petit problème je pense d'humidité car dans la salle de bain ca sentait assez. L'insonorisation est quand même limite... heureusement que quand on vient a londres pour 3 nuits on a pas envie de se reposer ! Sinon super quartier a 5 minutes a pieds du metro, impeccable pour visite cette belle ville !!!

- Emma (10/5): Stylish apartment for a city break - The apartment was very stylish, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all basic equipment, including a corkscrew if that's a priority! Lovely hot walk-in shower too. We didn't see any staff during our 5 day stay and our apartment wasn't serviced in that time but we appreciated the privacy. We were in a location close to Paddington and ideal to get to Hyde Park and the museums in Kensington. The nearest tube was a few minutes walk away. We would definitely consider staying here again.

- Amanda (10/5): - The apartment is located in a lovely location - 2 min walk from Bayswater tube station and about 6min walk from Queensway. The area is overall nice - there are loads of restaurants on the ”main” road and the apartment was really easy to find. Also walking distance to Notting Hill / Portobello road. I stayed in one bedroom apartment on the top floor. There are no lifts - but as i was only travelling with hand luggage it did not matter. The apartment itself was really pretty, modern and clean - just how i like it. I cant think of anything bad to say about my stay. Also eventhough there is not a reception desk the staff was very helpful - only a phonecall/email away. When you make a reservation you’ll get very easy instruction on how to get in. No problem with that! Eventhough i dont usually spent that much time on the apartments where i stay as i’m always exploring the city during daytime but i still want them to be clean, located in a good/easy location and to feel like i am almost at home. And this apartment ticked all of my boxes.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Veldig bra beliggenhet, lite men praktisk rom og det fremkom som rent når vi kom dit. Vi bodde der i 3 netter. Det eneste å trekke litt på er at det luktet råte/mugg fra dusjen, men er usikker på om det bare var sånn i området eller kun det rommet vi bodde på. Det var heller ikke rengjøring eller bytting av håndklær, men det var ikke noe problem å be om å få rene håndklær. Vil absolutt anbefale å bo her for kortere reise til London. Lett å komme seg rundt med undergrunnen i nærheten. Koselig område med mange spisesteder:)

You can’t even use your own - Internet is too bad phone bars very low can’t event talk in the room have to go outside this is ridiculous bathroom door is not closing and every body can see inside the room trough the window as I’m staying on the ground floor next to entrance and people is going in and out slamming the outdoor 24/7. I couldn’t even sleep in the night and call them for the issue. And they don’t care. Saying sorry for the inconvenience. This is ridiculous completely unprofessional. If you can’t do this job don’t do it will never come back. You will regret it ( some people smoking weed in front of the apartment
- Elgun (10/5): Excellent - Had a really amazing experience at this apartment! Looked to be newly renovated and extremely clean and modern. Quick and helpful response when we emailed with questions. This apartment was in a great location as it is a 5 minute walk to 2 different tube stations, and bus stops about a 5 minute walk away as well. There is a Tesco nearby as well as multiple shops and restaurants. Overall we had a great experience here and would definitely stay here again!!

- Patrik (8/5): Bra budgethotell - Positivt: + Billigt + Rent och fräscht + Bra sängar + Nära till tunnelbana och livsmedelsbutiker Negativt: - Renoveringen under vår vistelse. Detta kunde framgått när vi bokade hotellet. Hamrande och oljud, bröte utanför. En smal trappa (med en byggpelare) ledde ner till källaren där vi hade vårt rum. Det var inte trevligt att ta sig ner där med tunga och stora väskor eftersom det var så trångt. - Lyhört. Inte så kul att vakna av grannen som fönar håret vid midnatt. - Svårt att hitta en restaurang i närheten som INTE serverade halalkött. Något vi vägrade äta. Vi fick ett mail om att vi gett hotellet dålig kritik på grund av att vi inte kunde checka in tidigare. Något vi ställer oss frågande kring. Vi hade god mail och telefonkontakt med personalen och vi förstod att det inte var möjligt att checka in tidigare. Vi har inte givit hotellet någon negativ kritik på grund av incheckningen. Det är ett bra hotell om man ser till priset.

I never have hotel like that.they give you one small soap and body wash small tub.for four day to use .no clean up if over one week stay. No receiption can help. Easy self check in/out procedures. Fast response for any queries. Nice room and bed. Washer/Dryer easy to use. If possible to request first level rooms. No stairs to climb.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Klam og varm kjeller, men bra wifi - Enkel innsjekking, hvor du selv henter ut nøkkel ved hjelp av en kode mottatt på e-post. Ingen kontakt med noen ansatte, og rengjøring samt skifte av håndklær skjer kun når du bor der mer enn 7 netter. Fasaden på huset var under oppussing, og huset var dermed dekket av et stort stillas. Dette stod også nedover kjellertrappen som vi måtte benytte oss av for å komme ut og inn hver dag. En dag måtte vi også bevege oss under et lass med trestokker som arbeiderne holdt på heise opp. Dette føles ikke spesielt trygt. 4 av leilighetene ligger i en mørk kjeller, med liten mulighet for å lufte eller utsikt. Vi hadde dessverre en av disse leilighetene, og var plaget med varm, klam og dårlig luft hele oppholdet. Det var også få lamper på rommet, som gjorde det ekstra mørkt. På grunn av stillaset ble utsikten fra rommene enda mer begrenset enn hva den ellers ville vært. Stillaset dekket også for utsikten til alle de andre rommene i huset. Rommet var forholdsvis rent, og tekjøkkenet inneholdt det man trengte. Likevel fristet det ikke til å lage mat på rommet når ventilasjonen var så dårlig. Bra Wifi under oppholdet.

Tienes cerca dos paradas de metro (línea amarilla y verde y línea roja) Además, en la calle paralela hay muchos bares y supermercados, por lo que puedes desayunar y comer sin problemas. La habitación es pequeña pero estárea muy bien equipada (microondas, vitrocerámica, sartenes, plancha, secador...) El baño es muy pequeño, pero para pasar unos días es más que suficiente. La verdad es que en general la relación calidad precio (al menos en mi caso) ha sido perfecta. Estuve en la habitación 9, y tiene un balcón con vistas a la calle, pensaba que sería más ruidosa por los comentarios que leí, pero todo lo contrario. La calle es muy tranquila y se descansa de maravilla. Una estancia perfecta.

- Moni (6/5): Zentral gelegenes sauberes Hotel - Komplett eingerüstetes Gebäude. Das Zimmer befand sich im EG nach hinten. Das Fenster musste geschlossen bleiben, da es über das vorhandene Gerüst voll zugänglich war. Aussicht miserabel. Das Bett war für 2 Personen sehr klein. Die Ausstatttung ok. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos. Alles sehr sauber.

Jeg havde taget kopi af beskrivelsen ved min reservation. Tjekkede naturligvis straks om jeg havde læst forkert. Det var ikke tilfældet Da vi klagede til udlejer, blev vi gjort opmærksom på at det var Hotels. com der havde beskrevet lejligheden forkert Øv! Øv! Jeg har efterfølgende tjekket at beskrivelsen af lejligheden er ændret. Måske er der andre der har gjort opmærksom på denne fejl beskrivelse. Jeg må indrømme jeg har mistet tilliden til Hotels. com efter denne oplevelse. Lejligheden var valgt ud fra der var balkon eller gårdhave.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Super beliggenhed - På rejse med min teenage datter satte vi pris på den Fantastisk beliggenhed, til at kunne gå rundt til forskellige turist attraktioner. Derudover tæt på undergrund, supermarked og restauranter. Desværre mangler der dobbelt vinduer hvilket gør at der er en del larm fra trafikken, men indkøb af silikone ørepropper løste problemet.

Легко добраться из аэропорта Хитроу, и в то же время удобно добираться до большинства достопримечательностей (Гайд парк вообще менее, чем в 5 минутах пешком). Чисто, аккуратно. Есть мини-кухня (электро плита, чайник, микроволновка, холодильник). Необходимый набор посуды также присутствовал. Батарея отопления была с регулятором, что очень удобно. Когда приехали было весьма прохладно. Прибавили немного обогрев - и через часик уже было нормально. Из небольших минусов (скорее даже придирок). Окна выходят на заднюю стену, так что вида никакого. Но он и не нужен - целый день в городе, а ночью и без "вида" хорошо. Во время нашего пребывания заканчивалась какая-то стройка или ремонт здания - рабочие разбирали леса. В принципе, это не напрягало, но опять же некоторое временное неудобство было. Кровать стандартная. В принципе, удобная, но подушки оказались совсем неудобными (и ещё пара таких же лежала в шкафу). В целом - твёрдая четвёрка. Выбором остались довольны.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Greit. Ikke ok med en dobbeltseng der den ene personen må klatre over den andre. Kunne tenkt meg å ha et håndtak når jeg skal ut av badekaret. Savnet oppvaskklut og kost. Kun ett håndkleskift pr uke er for lite! Mange "klager" nå, men fordel at det var romslig.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice and functional apartment. Great location. - Our stay here was nice. Small studio but had everything we needed except the bathroom was small with no counter. Seemed to be recently updated. Even though there is no reception, the management responded to our emails and calls very quickly. Only complaint was the sheets did not seem washed... Hair and crumbs. We didn't let it bother our vacation though. Area is great and close to a lot.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Looks fine on the website but is bad - The announced double bed is just 110 cm wide. The matras is 9 cm thick and lays on a flat wooden board. The rest looks nice but the wall s like from cardboard and the doorlocks are lousy.

- Albert (8/5): A steal in central London - Incredible location in central London near 2 tube stations. Extremely convenient. Room is well-equipped with stove / microwave / convection oven. Close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. Many grocery stores nearby. Excellent value.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Affordable and convenient apartment in London - Room was clean and pleasant. Although it is small, it is expected when you stay in London. Amenities were adequate for usage. Can't really rate the staff service since I did not meet any. :) Overall, location was ideal as the apartment was close to 2 metro stations (Central, District, Circle Line). Lots of restaurants to eat (a few halal options available). Good base for your visit to London.

- Andrew (8/5): Nice apartment with great location - Overall the apartment is located near many great restaurants and public transportation. It is a safe neighbourhood and the shower was large and ran hot. The bathroom was small otherwise but the rest of the room met all our needs. We were located on the basement floor which made it a bit dark and had some noise from the above apartment but otherwise good value for the money.

- GK (4/5): Too noisy! - Good location next to Kensington Park and Notting Hill, a bargain for London, but it was noisy! It was hot in the tiny room so the window had to be kept open. There was loud traffic noise, loud grinding plumbing noises anytime a toilet was flushed, loud groups of people talking outside. The double bed was tiny, the shower stall was tiny, there was no elevator. Slightly better than a hostel, tiny inside cruise ship rooms are more comfortable.
- Carol (8/5): Accommodation clean and sufficient for short stays - Three night stay for special occasion. Would suggest a towel rail in shower room as we could not dry them in the room and I did not expect to have to use drying facility which I believe had a charge.
- Georgiana (8/5): Compact but clean, in good location - A small but clean room with the basic essentials for cooking for two. The bathroom was compact but not cramped. We had a somewhat slow-draining shower but we told the staff on check-out and they promised to attend to it immediately. We hardly heard our neighbours however were aware of the odd conversation in the hallway. On a pleasant street which is mostly hotels, a very short walk from Bayswater station on Queensway, and five minutes' walk to Kensington Gardens at the end of the street.
- moa (8/5): Bra läge och bekvämt - Rent, fräscht och nära till tunnelbanan. Nära till restauranger och supermarkets. Badrummet var mycket litet.
- bodil (8/5): Fint hotel men vi var nær ikke kommet ind - Hotellet var rigtig fint, men vi var nær ikke kommet ind, da hotellet er ubemandet og udlejningsfirmaet ikke havde sendt en mail med info med nøglekode. De sendte en mail om at de manglede billede af id kl 14 samme dag som vi ankom, dvs at den så vi først da vi loggede på hotellets wifi. Heldigvis ankom vi i deres kontortid ( hverdag inden kl 16) så vi kunne få fat i dem på tlf. Så obs at man modtager mail inden afrejse
- vicki (6/5): Great location - Would of been nice if you could store your luggage on site before check inn. Great location for site seeing and close to train stations. Great grocery shop near by and also nice pubs.
- Carlos (10/5): Very nice studio - Bed was very comfortable, the room quite clean and the kitchen with everything you might need to cook. The only down side was the I was on the ground floor next to the entrance, and the main door to the building got slammed a few times during the night, which woke me a few times.
- Martin (8/5): Meget godt til prisen - Dejligt ophold i Bayswater, tæt på Hyde Park og Bayswater tube station. Hotellet var meget godt til prisen. Standarden af lejligheden var middelmådig, som man kan forvente i London. Ind- og udtjekning fungerede upåklageligt. Lidt larm fra vejen, men ingen problemer med at sove.
- Mark (8/5): Great little place from a very fussy traveller !! - If you are looking for a great little room at a very decent price in a great area then look no further. I am working in London in the week and have booked to stay here for as long as I can. I have stayed in many of these cheaper 'Serviced Apartments' in the paddington area, many I would not go back to but felt this apartment deserves a good review. I stayed in appartment 10 on the first floor, great room, nice little balcony, very good shower. Internet was ok but could possible do with a booster and it would be nice if there were some tea and coffee making facilities but other than that, cant fault it for the money, small but perfectly useable. Very close to Bayswater and Queensway tubes which is great for both central and circle lines. So much to do around Queensway and Bayswater, every type of restraunt and pub you could wish for. I had a couple of times where I needed to email reception whist I was there and all dealt with very efficiently - Well done, keep up the good work....
- Anthony (6/5): Au Nord d'hyde Park, hyper bruyant - Nous avons passé deux nuits dans ce petit appart'hôtel. Le concept est très bien. En effet pas de réception sur place. Vous recevez, après envoi de la copie de vos passeports, toutes les instructions par mail (digicode de la porte d'entrée, code du casier où récupérer vos clefs, horaire de check-in & check-out, consignes particulières...etc). (EN ANGLAIS) La chambre pour 2 est petite et la salle de bains minuscule, rien pour poser vos affaires ni pour faire sécher les serviettes. Il faut se faxer derrière la porte pour l'ouvrir. Et vous ne pouvez vous sécher les cheveux dans la SDB car il n'y a que des prises rasoirs La kitchenette contient le minimum pour faire chauffer ou réchauffer quelques plats( Micro-ondes, plaques vitro et nécessaire basique de cuisine) mais en même temps on ne comptait pas faire de la grande cuisine sur place. Le lit fait 120cm de large autant dire qu'il ne faut pas un seul obèse dedans. Malgré cela, la literie n'est pas mauvaise et les oreillers sont bons. Le vrai problème c'est le bruit. Voisins de quartier et circulation ne seront pas vos amis car nous sommes dans un immeuble typiquement anglais avec des fenêtres à coulisses verticales vraiment très mal isolées. Prévoyez les bouchons d'oreille. La chambre est très propre et correspond très bien aux photos que l'on avait vu. Il y a un grand placard dans l'entrée très pratique. La station Queensway est à 200m et il y a des petits commerces à côté Bref allez y mais avec des bouchons
- Verified traveler (6/5): Positiv vistelse, likt förväntningarna - Bodde i rum 3 i fyra nätter. Mysig liten liten lägenhet med tillräckligt som behövs för ett par över en långhelg. Nära till tunnelbaneförbindelser som man sedan enkelt kunde ta sig till de centrala delarna av London med. +fräscht, rummet samt badrummet verkade relativt nyrenoverat +stort ljusinsläpp trots källarvåning +Nära till restauranger samt två bra tunnelbaneförbindelser -Hård säng, bäddmadrassen tycks ha glömts läggas dit? -Lyhört I helhet en väldigt positiv vistelse. Det enda som drar ner på betyget är sängen. Betyg: 3/5

- Come già mi era stato descritto via email non c'è reception. Tutto comunque è stato molto chiaro sia come recuperare la chiave e come posarla. Per qualsiasi problema bastava chiamare ad un numero sempre indicatomi tramite email. Le pulizie le fanno cambio cliente o una volta a settimana. Comodissimo il posto vicino a due fermate della metro, volendo anche a piedi si possono raggiungere molti posti interessanti. Comodo l'angolo cucina con forno e frigo. Buono il segnale wifi. Deludente la pulizia, senza nulla voler togliere agli inglesi ma hanno un altro concetto di pulizia rispetto a noi italiani. - Laetitia (8/5): Idealement placé - Idealement placé, quartier très sympa, personnel agréable, chambre très petite mais propre, salle de douche minuscule. Mauvaise isolation phonique. Très bien pour une courte période 2/3 jours
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location and clean apartment - In a city where hotel rates are ridiculously sky high, these apartments were considered really good value for money in my opinion. Check-in was relatively easy and the apartment was well equipped and very clean. Location was also fantastic as it was near a wide variety of restaurants and supermarkets which open late. Only cons were that we couldn't get proper internet connection as the signal was weak, and that the walls are pretty thin. I'd definitely stay here again!
- Charlotte (4/5): Long weekend - Well situated in Bayswater, within the proximity of Hyde Park and South Kensington. However, the room was sadly rather shabby, not very clean and extremely hot and the Wifi was out of order.
- David (6/5): Good room, but road noise is bad - Great location, right next to one of London great parks, around the corner two tube stations on different lines and a great bunch of restaurants right there. It was a well setup but small (typical London) room. Biggest issue is only ventilation is via the door to the balcony, street seems to be a favourite of motor bikes during the night. If it was winter it wouldn't be a problem but when it is mid summer then it is.
- oscar (6/5): Excellect location - Great location close to Queensway and Bayswater tube. Good value and size for London Standards. Not too many amenities provided but modern and clean. Minor maintinance issues were attended to promptly. No staff on premises so no other services. Self contained. Excellent free Wigi. Can be noisy depending on who is staying in other flats
- Niilo (8/5): Viihtyisä hotelli keskeisellä sijainnilla - Oikein mukava hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Huoneessamme olisi ollut tila myös parvelle, jolloin ns. oleskelutilaa olisi ollut enemmän mutta tätä tilaa ei ollut hyödynnetty. Se ei kuitenkaan haitannut lainkaan. Saimme sellaisen huoneen jossa oli terassi puistomaiselle kadulle, oikein mukavaa! Hyvä, rauhallinen alue, viihtyisä majoitus! Alkuun hieman jännitti että mitenhän kaikki toimii kun hotellilla ei ollut respaa ja sähköpostilla sai koodit ja tiedot miten huoneavaimen saa mutta kaikki meni mallikkaasti!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Não é um hotel. - Uma coisa precisa ser ressaltada: isso não é um hotel. Trata-se de um aluguel de quartos. Não há qualquer recepção, qualquer serviço, nada. Ao contrário, as paredes são finas, ouve-se tudo de um quarto para o outro, e inclusive há proibições quanto ao uso do secador de cabelos (e outros barulhos - o que faz sentido) em horários que eu gostaria de fazer uso de um secador. Não sei se perdi alguma coisa mas durante a minha reserva não percebi que estava alugando um quarto em um prédio com zero de serviços. Justiça seja feita: tive um problema com as chaves do meu quarto, liguei para o número de emergência e fui bem atendida mas se você não fala inglês isso pode ser um problema. A localização, perto do tube, é boa. Opção para viagem low cost, sozinho (é pequeno), e se você manter tudo no lugar e só.

- Treidi u. Iris (8/5): Zentral gelegenes Hotel - Hotel ist in unmittelbarer Nähe der U-Bahn-Station Bayswater. Gute Anbindung auch zur Busstation ca. 5-8 Minuten zu Fuß. Empfehlen kann ich die Oyster-Card. Einfacher geht es nicht. In Nähe des Hotels gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt). Hotel sehr sauber, Größe des Zimmers ausreichend und die Ausstattung (Fön, Mikrowelle,Kühlschrank) bestens. Meine Tochter und ich waren für 4 Nächte in London. Da wir auch Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, war es ein tolles Erlebnis. Meine Erwartungen (ich war das 1. mal in London) wurden voll übertroffen. Kommen gern wieder auch in dieses Hotel :-)

Appartement propres et rénovés, situé à 5 min à pied de Hyde Park, ainsi que du bus, métro, magasin ouvert H24 (pour les petits déjeuners ), et des bureaux de change sans commission et aux taux intéressants. L'équipe de gérance est disponible, réactive et de bons conseils. Possibilité de laisser vos affaires les jours de semaine en cas d'arrivée dans la matinée. Seul bémol, l'isolation phonique est à parfaire.

- Lisa (8/5): Convenient, cute room with a terrace - Great value for the money. Somewhere mixed between a huge step up from a hostel but not quite a hotel. Loved that it was independent and self catering. The terrace was wonderful, but unfortunately attached to others so I didn't keep my door open at night. Very close to grocery store, tube stations(circle line) and restaurants. Only downside is with the old building, the walls and ceilings are thin. I could hear and feel someone walking in the room above me. I'd stay again with earplugs!

- Jaffa (6/5): Review of basement flat 4 - Great location, 5 minute walk form Bayswater Tube station. The room was clean and instructions to get there were perfect and wifi was excellent. Nice and warm as well - considering it was sub zero outside. However, there were a few issues which need addressing. Firsty don't go by appearances - the room we stayed in is not in the photos on this site. Its clean and ok but not what I would call conceptual. Secondly the floor by the entrance to the toilet/shower is a problem as the laminate floor has expanded leaving an unstable surface with a bit sticking out that can catch you unawares, particulally in the dark. The double bed isn't generous and is pushed against the wall making it difficult to get in for one person. I know sapce is a problem but there was room for the sidecupbaord to be on the wall side making access easier. There could be a mirror with access to a powerpoint for hair styling.Generally there is a bit of a shortage on the power points. Also the lobby area smelt of fish - there are washing machines there - so don't know if its a plumbing issue. Finally the exterior door was never closed proerly by whoever else was staying in the apartments. This was a real concern for security reasons. On the main entrance there is a notice reminding people to secure the door there should be one on the entrance to the basement too.
- Sandy (8/5): Enjoyed my stay. Would stay again when on business - These little apartments are as good as you'll get for the price in London. In fact, haven't seen better for the money. Email correspondence was good. 1 minute walk to Bayswater underground and late night shops. Used the kitchen each night to keeps costs down and to eat healthily. Would stay again. Much better than a hotel of equivalent prices. Wifi was good for FaceTime home to the kids also.

- Neil (4/5): OK Apartments - but was burgled ! - The apartment itself is OK, although the appliances didn't work. MAJOR problem, if you are on the ground floor, don't leave your window open at night as I was burgled...even though I was asleep on the bed.
