• Milko (8/5): Good location with plenty of things to do. - The location of the property. Very close to Vatican City, Castel Sant'Angelo, and Piazza Navona. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Very communicative regarding transport and connections to the city center and main attractions. Very happy with the overall experience. Maybe the wifi. The size of the front door.

• Lily (9/5): A really enjoyable stay overall, with a perfect location, super comfortable beds, and lovely, friendly staff. - The location was excellent and very convenient. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There wasn’t much to dislike overall; however, we were a little disappointed as the apartment we stayed in was different from the one we originally booked, and the two looked quite different. Additionally, there was a safety concern with an area of the apartment where there were bars without a proper barrier by the steps. This posed a potential risk, especially as I was traveling with a five-year-old.
• Antonella (6/5): Sauber, zentral und ideal, wenn man keine grossen Erwartungen and die Unterkunft stellt. - Die Lage war perfekt! Wir konnten alles zu Fuss erreichen. Für ein Städtetrip empfehlenswert. Das Zimmer sah überhaupt nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Es war sehr, sehr klein und die Fenster waren auf einen kleinen Innenhof gerichtet. Wir hatten leider gar kein Tageslicht. Schade.. ☹️ und es war zuweilen etwas laut, da ein Restaurant unten angesiedelt ist. Ausserdem ist noch zu erwähnen, dass dies gar kein Hotel ist. Ab 15.00 Uhr ist kein Personal mehr da und es wird einfach eine Instruktion per WhatsApp geschickt, wie man die Türen der Unterkunft öffnet. Normalerweise absolut kein Problem. Aber jede Nacht hat uns jemand durch heftiges Klingeln aus dem Schlaf gerissen, weil sie nicht wussten wie die Türen geöffnet werden. 🥺

Les photos de l'établissement sont trompeuses, la réalité est loin de ce standing. Les chambres sont soit dans les étages et quasi aveugles, soit en sous sol et donc humides. Il n'y a pas de réception 24/24h comme indiqué mais seulement de 9h à 15h. Le personnel ne communique avec vous que par whats app (ils connaissent ni le mail, ni le SMS).

• Szilvia (10/5): Perfect place for visiting Rome - Fantastic location — ideal for visiting all the main sights. We stayed in a clean, well-equipped, beautiful rustic apartment on the 3rd floor. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff were kind and very helpful. We had a kitchen with a refrigerator and coffee provided for every day. It’s easy to get here from the airport by bus, so we ended up not taking a taxi. There are plenty of restaurants, breakfast spots, and supermarkets in the area We will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. The property could use a bit of renovation, but it wasn't bothersome, apart from that there’s really nothing else to report.

Location was superb if you're interested in walking the old city while also being close to the Vatican. Rooms were super clean and well provisioned. We rented the two bedroom apartment. There was a funky sewer gas type smell coming from an old basement door. Not a huge issue but it wasn't great. I mentioned it to the management and they said they were working to get it fixed and were very apologetic.

• Eva (8/5): A very clean and centrally located accommodation with great service, though somewhat noisy at night - We stayed at this accommodation for a week and had a very pleasant experience overall. The place is very clean. If desired, a cleaner comes in daily to tidy the room and the bed linen is changed every other day. The location is excellent, very central and within walking distance of great restaurants. We especially enjoyed Ristorante No.1 (reasonably priced, generous portions and very tasty food). Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. The beds were comfortable and we slept okay. Overall, I definitely had a lovely week here and would book this accommodation again. One downside for us was the noise from outside and within the building. When doors slam, you can definitely hear it, and since the accommodation is close to a busy street, we heard ambulances several times in the evening (with closed windows). With earplugs, the noise was much more manageable. Additionally, there was a streetlamp directly opposite our building, and the curtains were not blackout curtains. As a result, quite a bit of light came into the room at night. We also weren’t able to close the wooden shutters outside the window. Fortunately, I had brought a sleep mask, which helped a lot, my boyfriend unfortunately did not. I would therefore recommend bringing earplugs and a sleep mask, better safe than sorry!

Ημιυπόγειο δεν κοιμόμασταν από τα βήματα των περαστικών και των από επάνω καμία ηχομόνωση σχετικά καθαρό αλλά είχες κάτι ιστούς από αράχνη ! Δεν είχε κάτι για να μας καλύπτει το φως από το παράθυρο ή σόμπα που διέθεταν ήταν σπασμένη ( επικίνδυνο )

Zdjęcia w ogłoszeniu nie mają za wiele wspólnego ze stanem rzeczywistym. Żaden z pokoi nie wyglądał na żywo jak na zdjęciach. Mieliśmy dwa pokoje dwuosobowe i jeden apartament. Byliśmy rozdzieleni w dwóch budynkach o czym nie mieliśmy pojęcia przy rezerwacji. W apartamencie unosił się smród pękniętej rury co uprzykrzało pobyt. Ściany jak z papieru, a okna nieszczelne.

Aún a posteriori mirando en su edificio lograr contactar con ellos con un telefono que vimos por ahí ellos no le contestaron a booking por mail lo cual nos hizo perder la reserva y tener que detener nuestra visita para arreglarlo, sin hablar que el precio que ofrecian por mantenerla era superior de lo que tuve que pagar por booking.

• Valentina (6/5): - La posizione è ottima, come anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Joshua e Mikaela sono cordiali e disponibili anche se non sempre reperibili. Ho avuto problemi con la camera e mi hanno offerto una soluzione alternativa, non il giorno stesso ma il giorno successivo al mio arrivo (meglio comunque di niente) e per scusarsi hanno omaggiato la colazione (anche se non ne ho usufruito, ho molto apprezzato). La stanza che mi è stata data non era presente nel "catalogo" dell'hotel. La mia azienda ha prenotato qui, basandosi sulle foto della struttura ma all'arrivo mi è stato dato un appartamento invece di una stanza. Appartamento molto vecchio, tenuto male e con seri problemi all'impianto idraulico del bagno, un fastidioso rumore di caldaia e strano odore all'ingresso.

• Antonia Spinelli 82 (4/5): - La posizione, giusto di fronte al ponte pedonale per Castel Sant'Angelo e a 5 Min a piedi da piazza Navona. Per chi arriva in auto, parcheggio di fronte a 40 euro al giorno con personale cordiale ed affidabile. Non ha colazione, anche se il bar è di fronte. Ma la cosa peggiore è che all' arrivo abbiamo saputo di essere allocati in una dépendance sulla stessa stradina. Una camera è pari strada, l' altra su primo piano. Non sono insonorizzate e di notte si sentono i rumori esterni. I bagni non hanno bidet né dotazioni per appendere gli asciugamani. Il bagno della camera al piano superiore è spartano con un wc alto, idem il lavabo e una doccia con piatto, ma con tenda. Alcune prese non funzionano (nel bagno e vicino al letto). Non c'è TV. Il materasso sprofondava In pratica le foto su facebook non corrispondono a queste stanze Micaela situate al civico 36. 200 euro a notte a camera è un prezzo del tutto non adeguato.

You also get access to a great breakfast at a downstairs bar for a great price. Check in and check out was very easy as well and there are easy to navigate bus stops nearby.

The property has an elevator to alleviate baggage strain. Market and restaurants all in easy walking distance. Hop on/Hop Off Bus stop around the corner. And Eduardo in the office and the Team took great care of us.
• Claudia (7/5): Great location, but bring earplugs - The location was great, we didnt take public transport in all our time in rome. Our accommodation was not in via paola, but in another building by the main street. Our room was at the ground floor, with the window right next to the road, so it was very noisy. Also, soundproofing could be much better, we were able to hear conversations from the room next door and all noises coming from their rooms.

Vale a pena? Sim vale muito, o custo benefício . De ter que fazer check out.
