Stanze molto pulite, le pulizie sono state effettuate quotidianamente con il cambio degli asciugamani. Purtroppo la stanza non era insonorizzata ed avendo la finestra sulla strada principale il rumore delle macchine, ambulanze etc. era frequente e fastidioso. Per il resto nulla da segnalare.

• Andrew (8/5): Wonderful hotel, very good staff, my go to hotel when in London - The location was excellent in regards to transport connections. Directly over from a park which was nice for a walk. The room was nice supplied with tea coffee and shower items. The breakfast is excellent both cooked and buffet. Reception and general staff were very good and the check in was very smooth. I like this hotel as apart from the above the front desk is manned 24/7. Fully recommended.

• Sara (8/5): Perfect - Great location. 5 mis from tube station. Bit noisy at the front of the hotel but it was a Saturday night. Clean room could do with a fresh coat of paint. Will definitely stay there again Mattress could do with being harder but thats my choice

Me gustó el ambiente familiar y el desayuno muy bien atendido. La habitación era correcta, pero un poco justa en tamaño y comodidades. Para dormir un par de noches está bien pero la veo algo incómoda para estancias más largas.

• Thomas (7/5): Needs improvement. - Breakfast was good ,but no consistency with what you were given stayed a few nights and then breakfast was different every morning one sausage one morning two the next ,one slice of toast one morning 2 the next .and so on. The room was far to small for two single beds no room in-between them quite a experience . Smallest hotel bathroom I have ever been in ,been in bigger.on a aircraft,the shower did not go hot matter how long you wait.

• Geraldine (8/5): Bon hôtel rapport qualité / Prix pour un court séjour ! - Bien situé, proche de la station de métro, et de bus, donc bien desservi par les transports. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant. La chambre était correct pour 4, avec une salle de bain en plus sur pallier si besoin. Petit déjeuner anglais copieux de quoi tenir une bonne partie de la journée. Bon rapport qualité / prix pour un weekend. Portes un peu bruyantes (portes coupe-feu lourdes, qui claquent si on ne les retient pas).

Kitchen staff were respectful and friendly The bathroom is very small, no space to really move around especially for someone who is big bodied. The carpet in our room has seen its days, probably needs a revamp. Drainage in the shower was very slow, pillows were not comfortable, we asked for another pillow and we were told the hotel was full and there were no pillows to give us, we did not expect the hotel not to have extra pillows despite the occupancy

• Julia (1/5): - Only positiv thing i can say about this hostel - because this is no hotel in my opinion- the staff was friendly and tried to help . NEVER EVER AGAIN! I have been to many hotels, hostels in and outside of Europe, this was the worst of it all. - You'll stay in a no go area of london- with a lot of drugheads, every night 2-3 police/ ambulance right in the direct nighborhood. - The rooms are tiny. REALY TINY. A foot between bed and wall. - Beds are tiny as well and old- hygienic ? I doubt it. - The whole room had better days- the TV is holding on for dear life, the carpet is black and stiff from dirt , the paint of the walls came of, you cant close the window properly, the walls are thin, you can hear absolutly everything. Can not close the blinds properly. Only one socket for plugging in your devices. Over all the whole room is dirty - had to clean the shelves by myself- the wipe was black after it. - The heater in the room is absoultly disgusting and stopped working - mind you its winter- so we had to get a portable one. - The breakfest option is not worth it- we eated outside.. Only thing okay was the bathroom, because it was cleaner than the room- also the size of an shoebox

• Baboucarr (7/5): - Its good if you eat pork. It's not okay though. Cereals and juices are there. You don't actually see any of the cooked food. The staff come and ask you if you want a full English breakfast or not. If you say yes the portion can even vary. One morning I got a half decent portion and the next morning was much less. And because you can't see the food you feel weird asking for another plate. Breakfast set up wasn't for me.

• Jason (7/5): You get what you pay for - Was very clean breakfast was good and good value for money Tv was hanging off the wall and not stable to watch and asked for extra pillows as only one each on bed gave us two more but refused anymore which i needed due to having a recent spinal operation and need a lot of support for my back

• Charlesa69 (6/5): Good. - Everything went well except for the fact that I'm used to 4-5 Star hotels and as this was a last minute booking I took it just for the morning excellent staff. I'm not used to sleeping in a single bed etc. etc. but it was great for the money. I overslept because no alarm - You could add some more amenities and charge more for them. I can pop in a do a full review at £1,000 per full day. The receptionist was amazing. Thanks All my answers are above..
