- bac1985 (8/5): Nice and convenient location - Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. Walking distance to Business Bay Metro station and about a 20min walk to the Dubai Mall. Large apartment with sitting/TV area and kitchen with separate bedroom, bathroom and second toilet. Room on the 7th floor, no real noise. Taxi was about 20dh (£4) to Dubai Mall they also run a shuttle bus from the hotel. The only thing of concern was the fire extinguisher and fire blanket in the kitchen appear to have not not been checked for 5 years, I started to wonder what other safety features had been overlooked?

The location is very convenient for me, closer to most of the venues I attend while in Dubai, especially closer to the Business Bay Metro station and the Dubai Mall. The employees are very welcoming. - nawab (10/5): - Our stay at the City Premier Hotel Apartment Business Bay was truly exceptional, and we were particularly impressed by the staff, who provided outstanding service and were incredibly respectful and helpful throughout our visit, from the reception area to the swimming pool and valet parking services. The hotel's convenient location, with the metro station within walking distance, and the availability of 24-hour local restaurants and a pharmacy, added to the overall convenience. Furthermore, the rooftop swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and well-maintained gym were easily accessible and added to the enjoyment of our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Dubai.

- Shabnam (6/5): - Stayed here for 11 nights. The heating system doesn't even work no point even trying. They don't give heaters if you are cold. Booking shows tourism tax and the hotel take double the amount as the exchange rate they use is very very low. Curtains are NOT actually black out curtains. The biggest lir was that the room is sound proof. You can hear the trains going every few minutes, and you can hear the cars driving as well.. Also work was being done outside which could be heard all day. The hotel have written the information wrong, probably to get extra money. For a 4 star hotel the amenities are non existent. All you get is one bottle of water per day. Once you have booked and paid, be prepared to be ignored. They don't answer the phone or emails. Expedia are unable to do anything about this. Book this hotel at your own risk! Not expedias fault.

- MissHK2009 (8/5): Good Location (one station from Dubai Mall), Large Room with Kitchenette - We stayed 6 nights here and love it. Location good, 6 mins on foot from metro station (on the red line which is the main metro route, the station is called "Business Bay" which is the next stop from Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa). Two 24-hr supermarkets (SafestWay and West Zone) within one minute's walk. There is an eatery of quite good food nearby too. Our room is one-bedroom with a spacious balcony from where we could see the Burj Khalifa. The dining and living areas and kitchenette are very spacious and comfy. There are 2 toilets, one has a bathtub. Also 2 TVs, one in the living area another in the bedroom. Other amenities include toiletries, slippers (but appears not that clean so we didn't use), hairdryer, safe, usual things that a kitchenette has, and washing machine etc. There are imperfections however: 1) flushing is poor and weak. We used the toilet bowls carefully and tried to put used toilet tissue papers toit as less as possible, yet still blocked twice. 2) no towel and detergent for cleaning dishes Buffet breakfast are delicious with variety. But it's quite cramped with tables fully packed. The restaurant offers dinner too. There are swimming pool and gym room which look nice although we didn't try. Room rate reasonable. Staff helpful and nice. I walked alone back to the hotel and felt safe. Still many people on the street. I think safety is not much an issue in Dubai overall. The weather in January is wonderful, sunny, cool with wind, so cozy. Overall highly recommended.

- nimoa355 (4/5): Extremely Disappointing Customer Service - I recently stayed at City Premiere Hotel Apartments - Dubai, and my experience was far from satisfactory. It’s shocking how such a well-rated hotel failed to handle a simple situation professionally. The customer service, especially toward loyal guests, was utterly horrendous. Here’s what happened: I came for breakfast, thinking it was included in my booking. Upon checking my details, I realized that while breakfast wasn’t included, there was a discounted rate of 55 AED instead of 79 AED. When I showed the gentleman at reception the email confirmation, he outright dismissed it, claiming no such discount appeared in their system. When I explained that I am part of Booking.com’s Genius program, which provides specific privileges like this discount, he responded rudely, saying my booking was through a third-party supplier which was hired by booking.come and not directly via Booking.com, so they couldn’t honor the discount. His tone and demeanor felt accusatory, as if I were trying to cheat the system, which was absolutely not the case. Paying 79 AED wasn’t the issue here. What made this experience devastating was how the receptionist ignored my confirmation details and went into defense mode instead of resolving the matter professionally. I had already spent significantly on my two-night stay, and to be treated like this over breakfast was disheartening and insulting. City Premiere, you need to train your staff to handle guest concerns better. Ignoring details and dismissing a guest’s valid query is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who values respect and professional service. This experience has left a bitter taste, and I sincerely hope you take steps to improve.

- Sarna (6/5): - Disappointed with my stay here. There was an issue with my booking when I had booked for 3 adults but expedia send me booking for 2 adults only. I called the hotel and told them and they said to me that was fine and no extra charges was mentioned. I had stayed with them on the 29th of September and we mentioned our booking for the 23rd to 29th of October with 3 adults and were told it was all good. When we arrived on the 23rd the reception said the booking was for 2 only and we had to pay extra 150 aed per night for an extra bed which wasnt mentioned before. After a lot of discussion we were finally allowed to check in even though we had paid the full amount 6 days in advance. The guy at the reception refused to give us an extra bed and was not nice. The porter mentioned the sofa bed to us and told housekeeping to gave us extra blankets. We used the sofa bed which I’m sure had bed bugs us I was bitten terribly by something. Also the plumbing on the toilets were terrible it kept blocking mention to reception twice but no improvement. I had stayed at this same hotel in 2019 and my experience was better than it was this time. The porters are very helpful but that is the only positive I found.

The place is perfect very near to metro station which is the business bay.The staffs from the restaurant name Phyu was very accomodating and very kind.He helped me to make my meal easy and very nice to guest. - Abrar (10/5): - We visited for two nights. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children. Pros: - Location: on Sheikh Zayed Road. Close to Dubai Mall, Museum of the Future and a metro station. There is a grocery store in the adjacent building. - The apartment is spacious (we took a premium 3-bedroom apartment on the 35th floor). -The rooms and bathrooms are clean. - The kitchen is complete: refrigerator, oven, microwave, pots, plates and utensils. - The used dishes are cleaned by the housekeeping service. - Room service dishes are reasonably priced. The manager, Mr. Nabil, served us graciously. Cons: - The breakfast buffet has limited choices and its level is average or below average. - We requested a car to take us to the airport from the reception, but it was not requested until the bellboy visited us to take the luggage, which led to our delay due to miscommunication.

I commend the privacy of the area and easy access to local tourist spots including the Dubai Mall and fountains, gardens, Museum of the Future among other places. The concierge has a vast resource of activities to keep you and your family engaged. I will most certainly return. I forgot my toiletries (cologne and stuff), but I'm guessing those are long gone.

- BridgetS365 (8/5): My wife really liked it. - We stayed here for five nights and the hotel is situated about a 10 minute drive from the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa which is a must visit and close to a metro station (Business Bay Station - note that if you are taking the Metro it is worth paying the extra for a gold carriage - much less crowded and very comfortable). The hotel staff were friendly and helpful even though we did not really need that much from them. Didn't try the breakfast and the only food we had was a room service pizza which whilst cheap was not the best (bland) but it was late after a long day and we were starving. The room was extremely big with a cooker, fridge, lounge area and balcony in addition to our bedroom - comfortable rather than luxurious but the bed was great and you cannot hear the traffic below (we were on the 13th floor) - it is best described as functional and inexpensive. It suited us very well and if you are looking that type of hotel you could do a lot worse. My wife has just told me that I have not been effusive enough - she really liked it.

The toilet ran the whole time I was there (9 days). I reported the issue. Maintenance arrived to produce a toilet flushing demonstration/ tutorial. The noise ceased temporarily, which I told him would occur. No one followed up.

The apartment is huge and we benefited from the gym and sauna. But there are some details that need to be taken into consideration by the management: the balcony and the furniture in it are not maintained/cleaned, in the bathroom the sanitation could be improved, the functioning of the TVs should be checked.

- NicoleBeaulieu (4/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - PROS: I think the only positive thing I can say about this place is the location is good - central and close to many attractions. CONS: The stove in the kitchen must have been 50 years old. There is nothing stocked in it. Although there is a dining table that seats 8, you have dishes and flatware for 2-3 at most. There is no dishwasher, so once you use your allotted 2 tiny glasses you have to wash them to re-use. And there is no dishwasher and no dish-washing supplies of any kind. No dish soap, no dish cloth or dish towel. We called the front desk on day 1 to ask about supplies for washing dishes and were told someone would bring them. We asked a half dozen more times over the next several days and at no time did any every show up. The bathroom was disgusting. The grout between the tiles on the floor and walls and in the shower was dirty and moldy. There is no outlet in the bathroom where you can plug in the hairdryer. The only place I could find near a mirror was at the desk but the hairdryer cord is too short so had to slink down in the chair to try to both reach the outlet and see a bit of what I was doing. The shower has a pane of glass that reaches maybe half-way so water goes all over the floor from the shower. We had 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 0 facecloths. Again, asked for more and were told they would be delivered but they never were. The quality of the towels was also super crappy - it was the same thin scratchy stuff the bath mat is made of. Lighting in the bathroom is also very poor. Actually lighting everywhere is poor so good luck trying to apply makeup. The furniture in the living room is extremely old and equally uncomfortable. The most frustrating of all was the washer/dryer. We specifically selected this place so we would have one but at no time during our stay did it work properly. It was a washer/dryer combo unit and would wash (sort of) but then would not dry no matter how many hours you left it. The whole unit bounced and thrashed all around while it was running through these bizarre cycles of spinning at a thousand miles per hour and then would stop dead before resuming what seemed to be a regular tumble. We complained to the front desk multiple times per day every single day and though they were very pleasant, they were obviously incapable of actually resolving any issues. The maintenance department actually completely changed the unit out for another one twice during the 6 days we were there. None actually worked. I would never stay here again in a million years. There are definitely much better options in Dubai. Save yourself the headache and find another option.

Burj Khalifa and Mall are minutes away . Shopping is just across the street. ** this place resides on a major roadway and there is no where to cross except through metro bridge . All taxis and Uber need to loop around to pick you up .

Can use the Metro to go down to major tourist sights fairly easily eg the Museum of the Future is just about visible from the hotel. Also operate a shuttle service to the beach that drops you off within walking distance of the Burj Al Arab. Nothing fancy about the hotel itself; it is next to undeveloped land with a few convenience stores nearby. Location is excellent but if your looking to be pampered and enjoy the finer things in life there probably are better options

The room itself maybe a little bit outdated as far as furniture but overall it was a great room. And most of all we enjoyed the view and all around balcony. Will definitely book this hotel again

- Shivani (10/5): - I was there for a short period of time but the service was great! Everyone was very kind, helpful, and quick to respond. The 2-bedroom apartment itself was huge and in great condition with a great view. I will say I had to pay unexpected taxes (more than the remaining balance that Expedia had shown for the ‘pay at property’ value). The hotel manager said the taxes and fees remaining balance to pay at property listed on Expedia was for a 1 room apartment but since I had booked a 2 room apartment, the taxes amount had to be paid per-room. I’m not sure if this is a glitch in Expedia’s system or if I should have only gotten charged the amount listed on Expedia. Nonetheless, would highly recommend the city premiere hotel apartment!

Never coming back hopefully - Everything was going fine and smooth until a very very rude and disrespectful person (Mr.Pitambar) nocked on our door and started shouting. I request to look into CCTV camera. Yes my mother is old and just got to dubai after a knee replacement surgery. I agree there could be a possibility of bed wet as she is a patient. I should have communicated to hotel before as a daughter but i didnt know about anything what was happening until 20 november morning A man came yelling at our door the housr keeping person - Pitambar pointing a finger out straight into my 66 years old father face is non appropriate. screaming in a hotel lobby is highly disrespectful.Getting into an argument rather blackmailing and out right questioning in an absolute rude tone is very inhumane. I was ashamed and embarrassed that i hosted my parents as my guest at city premier. My parents are senior citizens. Old people who do not deserve disrespect on any level but Pitambar barged at an open door screaming and shouting as it was his housr,his towels & He had the right to speak the way he liked . I never knew in my 35 years of experience that hospitality industry exists of such kind of employees. it's saddening,shoking and very disappointing to have such an experience. my parents do travel often but forget the rudeness of an employee of the hotel,no one even came with such a complaint. It was an experience to remember and learn to not trouble hotel city premier with our existence again. Amen! 🙏🏻

- Peter (10/5): Dubai Short Stay - My wife and I stay for 3 days after a cruise and were delighted with the hotel overall. Reception allowed an early check in and the room was very spacious being a one bedroom apartment that included a fill size kitchen, lounge and 1.5 bathrooms. All staff were extremely friendly and spoke English which made communication hassle free. There are two supermarkets close by (one operates 24 hours) and a pharmacy is also only metres away. The Metro Station Business Bay is less than 5 minutes walk and is visible from the from of the hotel. Trains run every 3-5 minutes. This we found very convenient for exploring the city.

- newfloridafan (10/5): Great apartment, great location - Just had an 11 night stay at City Premiere Apartments in Business Bay, Dubai. On arrival (which was late at night) the staff were very welcoming, coming straight out to collect our luggage. The check in process was swift and pleasant. We were charged a small "resort fee/local tax" which I was aware of but was under the impression I had already paid it with my booking as it was not mentioned on my particular travel agents site when I booked (all others noted it was either included or to pay later) but that's another story! Our room on the 4th floor was lovely and spacious, it's like a little apartment with full kitchen, lounge area, breakfast bar with stools and small dining table. The bedroom and bathroom was through a (lockable) door and there was a separate second wc/basin. Main bathroom had good shower over bath tub with removeable shower head - ideal for just washing hair. First impressions are it's a little "tired" in places with a couple bits of wallpaper missing and the oven and fridge freezer were looking a little old. The bed was very big and clean but a little on the hard side. There were plates, bowls, kettle, toaster, cooking equipment and cutlery, although if you like a big cup of coffee I suggest taking some mugs or reusable coffee cups as there are only small tea cups in the room. The cooking pans were a bit old and scratched but were ok to make basic meals or breakfast, which we did with bits purchased from the local supermarkets. There is also a safe, iron and ironing board. There was a hair dryer however there was nowhere to plug it in in front of a mirror! In fact there were 3 large mirrors in the apartment but none had a socket near them! I ended up sitting in the middle of the kitchen and using the microwave door as makeshift mirror. If I stayed there again I would pack an extension lead (and a tea towel to dry the dishes - I did take washing up sponge and liquid). We used most things including the washer dryer however the dryer was not working in fact made our clothes wetter so had to re-spin them and hang around the room to dry. Th apartment air con was very good and easily adjusted to your personal choice - rooms were serviced daily with clean towels every time, staff were always very pleasant. We looked at the pool but didn't have time to use it but looked nice. Same with restaurant and gym. The location is very good - 5 minutes to the Business Bay metro stop which is really cheap and easy to use to get around. 20 minutes or so walk in the other direction to Dubai Mall (we walked straight down the road to the Dubai Mall metro stop then walked into the Mall from there in the cool (this is the longest bit of the walk!). We walked there several times as the Big Bus and other things depart from there not to mention the Burj Khalifa, The Fountains, Aquarium and the Mall itself with a huge food hall. There are 2 small supermarkets and a convenience store very close to the hotel (used them all) and by the Business Bay metro station (5 mins away) there is a KFC and Burger King as well as some other shops. There is a bit of open ground around the hotel as it's on the less developed area of Sheikh Zayed Road but I am sure this will be developed in the near future. The area was quiet and very very safe. We felt safe in our room and there was always staff in abundance in reception who were happy to help with anything. There was a free hotel bus to the Mall a few times a day (but not back) which we used several times as it drops you right where the Big Bus departs from and the food hall is also quickly accessible via the Mall car park from there, also there's a free daily bus to Jumeirah public beach - we used this once and is a really good service if you want some beach days! Overall, If I went to Dubai again I would have no hesitation in staying there again. Has everything you need for a home from home stay - with the two toilets being an added bonus! Any negative points were easily outweighed by the good ones!

- 532begumm (2/5): Fire, flood and food poisoning - Fire risk, major flooding of the kitchen, stale food. Avoid at all costs. The manager said he would try to refund "even if it's a little bit" after we explained the number of kettles, toasters and iron that we had to request them to replace including kettles that kept boiling with no stop on. The last day the sink have way causing massive flooding. Desperate place needing such an upgrade, health and safety risk assessment- clearly putting families at risk.
