Le jour de notre arrivée à 19h je n'avais toujours pas reçu les codes d'accès, j'ai dû appeler et faire plusieurs messages avant de les recevoir. - IGNAZIO EZIO (5/5): negativo - posizione ottima dato che conosco Roma poiché lavoro per un’azienda farmaceutica del posto, Premetto di dire che anch’io fitto un’appartamento sul lungo mare di [link removed] primis non si affitta un’appartamento appena tinteggiato(soprattutto quando ci sono dei bambini) e nell’armadietto ho trovato ancora i pennelli della tinteggatura,le tv non hanno segnale come il Wi-Fi funziona solo uno verso la cucina dato che i cellulari hanno poca linea.Poi ho trovato dei bicchieri opachi(forse meglio non metterli prorio consiglio spassionale).Umidita' tremenda,grave non aver trovato nessuno sul posto sia per il chekin e checkout,tapparella rotta senza maniglia,letti scomodi,specchio enorme appoggiato al muro non per design ma non in tempo di fissarlo dopo tinteggiatura e pericoloso per i bambini. - Lipcsei (10/5): Remek helyen van. - Képtelenek voltunk működésre bírni a fűtést. Értesítettük chant-en a szállásadót, és 5 percen belül megjelent egy fiatal srác és 1 perc alatt bekapcsolta. Nem volt hiba, csak mi voltunk fáradtak. Rendkívül gyors, udvarias segítségnyújtás! A parkolás nehéz, de szerencsére az utca elején van egy parkolóház, igaz nem túl olcsó, de mindig van hely. Sajnos az utcán feltörték az autót ezért végül a parkolóházban tartottuk.
- Lara (8/5): Buena ubicación - El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, era comodo y la ubicacion perfecta. Del personal no puedo opinar porque no había recepción. Tenía una parte para desayunos hacer café y eso pero había una cinta que prohibía el paso El punto en contra es que al ser el lavabo privado pero exterior, depende a que hora vayas supongo que molesta a la habitación contigua ya que las puertas chirrian.

It is in a common area and we had to constantly open and lock both the room and the toilet doors. It was also difficult to take a shower because you had to get dressed in the toilet and there was no proper place to hang things. The condition of the bathroom should definitely be stated in more detail. I don't believe that the bed sheets and towels provided were ever clean, they smelled very bad, we were extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not work.

L'insonorisation pas terrible. Des verrous intérieurs chambre et salle d'eau éviteraient le bruit avec le trousseau de clé... surtout la nuit. La chasse d'eau et le sèche-cheveu à revoir.

- Baram (1/5): - I am requesting q full refund for my stay. On Nov 13 till Nov 16. Unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. First there was a persistence issue with the automated keys which repeatedly prevented me from locking the door and to get in I had to wait at 11 pm at night on Nov 14 for 15 min until the neighbor from upstairs assisted me in addition there was no hot water available on Friday Saturday and Sunday morning. The woman from the air b and b text me that she would refund me one night with is insufficient but then vanished. This lack of amenities make me feel uncomfortable and caused me issues with my business meetings. Moreover the television didn’t not function all my stay at all and the internet is as on and off.given being a member 3 privileges in booking com the host didn’t give any refund and will all those major issues that occurred and the rude behavior of the host and the assistant I am requesting a full refund for my entire stay. Thanks.

- Anna (10/5): Love my stay - Absolutely loved my stay! The room was bright, beautifully decorated, and incredibly clean. The location was perfect and the host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. recommended!
- Anonimo (10/5): Exzellent - Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur 5 Minuten von der Spanischen Treppe und dem Trevi-Brunnen entfernt. Mein Zimmer war geräumig und das Bett komfortabel. Es gab nützliche Kochutensilien und einen Herd. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und die Unterkunft sauber und gut erreichbar. Ich kann sie wärmstens empfehlen.
