Strolytė (10/5): Perfect stay and good sleep! - A lovely hotel with a caring and attentive staff. The breakfasts were minimalist but delicious. The bed was very comfortable — we slept wonderfully! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Trastevere and all the action, yet the room was quiet and peaceful with no noise.

Renée (9/5): On y reviendra mais en prenant une chambre supérieure. - La gentillesse du personnel l’emplacement de l’hôtel à 1/2 heure de marche du Vatican, du Colisée, de la fontaine de Trevi et dans le quartier Trastevere où on mange divinement bien. Les petits déjeuners copieux et les expresso à volonté. Le calme. La vétusté des équipements et la chambre un peu sombre.

La convivialité qui règne dans cet établissement accompagné d un emplacement idéal dans le quartier de Trastevere en font un ☝️ lieu très agréable. Les deux points d’amélioration seraient la literie un peu dure à notre goût et un rafraîchissement des murs/moquette/mobilier.

Robert (8/5): Wonderful property and staff, great location, but terrible mattress for those who like soft beds - The staff is so friendly and helpful, they speak English and Spanish in addition to Italian. My partner and I are American but both fluent in Spanish, and Spanish ended up being an easier option for all of us. I want to also specifically highlight the Dominican lady who runs breakfast, I forgot to ask her name but think I heard someone call her Ana? She is AMAZING, so sweet and kind, friendly and her breakfast spread was delicious. One morning we were a little bit too late to breakfast, but she brought us a plate of the pastries she had left and made us cappuccinos to sit outside and enjoy the sun. My partner and I speak fluent Spanish and another morning, we had a great time as Ana was telling us about her life as she moved to Italy from Dominican Republic many years ago. Overall you can tell the staff cares about the property and like their jobs. The room itself is basic but that's what we prefer - but cool design touches and very modern, very clean (we stayed in the 'annex' which is just down the alley from the main hotel building). Summer will not be a problem here - the air conditioning in our room works TOO well if anything, we put it on Auto to 23C and we were freezing! Pillows and duvets/blankets were comfortable and plentiful (bed is a different story). This is somewhat subject to personal preference, but the bed was the only bad thing about the room. It was honestly terrible for me, and I did not sleep well the whole visit. However, I prefer soft mattresses - the mattress is EXTREMELY firm. I had to take time in days after our stay to stretch my back out as I had back pain from it. However, if you like firm mattresses, you will like it.

Carolina (7/5): - Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Deixaram-nos deixar as malas no hotel depois do check-out para podermos dar uma volta por Trastevere. A localização é muito boa e é fácil apanhar transportes. A insonorização do quarto não é muito boa... ouve-se os outros hóspedes a entrar e sair do quarto de noite e de manhã, o que pode dificultar um pouco o sono.

George (9/5): I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Trastevere for six days and it was comfortable. - I love the location of the hotel. Close to restaurants, shops, and an easy walk to all the major sites. The breakfast was lovely with coffee, cappuccino, juice, croissants, cheese, and boiled eggs (which is a treat), and fruit. It was nice to be greeted in the morning by the warm and friendly staff. My only concern was that the bath fixture was not working properly. I should have said something during my stay, but I didn't. The room felt tight, but I managed to get used to it. Easy access to my room on the main floor.

Jennifer (10/5): - Sehr gastfreundliche Besitzer, auf meinen Wunsch nach glutenfreiem Frühstück ganz selbstverständlich eingegangen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut (auch mit Kindern) zu Fuß erreichbar. Trastevere ist ein tolles Viertel! Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Gastgeber sehr kinderfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Shraddha (9/5): A great experience thanks to the excellent service. - We had a very pleasant stay overall. The property is a bit of a hybrid between a hotel and an Airbnb. The highlight was definitely the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Especially the lady who serves breakfast, she was so lovely to my toddler all along. A couple of small improvements would make it even better: an electric kettle in the room would be very useful (especially for preparing baby food) and the bathroom was quite compact.

Stefano (1/5): - Posizione Abbiamo alloggiato in una palazzina accanto all’albergo principale, ma purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata del tutto positiva. La stanza era molto stretta, al punto da sembrare un vecchio ripostiglio riconvertito in camera, con spazi davvero limitati e poco confortevoli. Un aspetto particolarmente negativo è stata la presenza di una porta in ferro che dava direttamente sulla strada: l’isolamento acustico era praticamente inesistente e si sentiva ogni rumore esterno. Anche il bagno lasciava a desiderare: privo di finestra e senza ventola di aerazione, risultava poco arieggiato e non adeguato. Da segnalare però il personale, gentilissimo, professionale e molto disponibile, che è stato l’unico vero punto positivo del soggiorno. Nel complesso, sistemazione deludente e non all’altezza delle aspettative.

Raul Alejandro (8/5): - El personal fue muy amable, el desayuno aunque no había muchas cosas estaba rico y el café estaba delicioso. La zona de Trastevere estaba muy sucia y con demasiado graffiti, aunque si podías moverte en bus ya que las paradas estaban muy cerca, la vibra de la zona no nos encantó. Roma está muy sucia (hemos viajado antes y en estos momentos deja mucho que desear) y te cobran por entrar a todo! Hasta la fontana de Trevi. Creo que no volveríamos

Amy (5/5): Great location but no elevator readily accessible - The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was given great suggestions and directions to favorite restaurants. I was given opportunity to have staff walk me to adjacent building to access elevator. I didn't need the A/C but I saw one in the room. Heat was available during the evenings which is customary in Italy. No elevator readily accessible. You had to have staff walk you to the adjacent building to get the elevator to the floor with the rooms. A younger person probably wouldn't have a problem with the 25 steps, but I am older. Single Room: The bathroom was so small that I had to walk sideways to get in/out. Walls were thin and the construction somewhere in the building was very noticeable .

Fattori (8/5): Ottima posizione - La posizione è ottima si può raggiungere tutte le attrazioni a piedi e si trova proprio nel centro di Trastevere dove sono i locali. La struttura è un po' datata però la pulizia è ottima, anche asciugamani, biancheria e linea cortesia, metterei un pochino di carta igienica in più a disposizione. Il letto molto comodo. La colazione è semplice, ma buona. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il televisore, non c'erano le pile funzionanti nel telecomando, ma la signora della reception ha provveduto tempestivamente. Niente, solo l'acqua calda veniva poco, ma per una sola notte va bene

Herder (8/5): Great place would definitely stay again@ - Breakfast was excellent with good choices. Staff at check-in/out were very helpful. Let us leave our luggage both times. Location is great for restaurants and visiting sights. Just around the corner from the activities so nice and quiet for sleeping. Room is a little outdated.

Taiana (8/5): - Boa localização, funcionários muito educados e prestativos, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Quarto e banheiro pequenos, um adulto grande e robusto teria dificuldade de tomar banho no meu quarto, isolamento acústico ruim.
