- Angyal (9/5): igényes, jól szervezett szálloda kitűnő helyen - Nagyon jól éreztem magam a Grand Durmaz Hotelben, különösen tetszett a központi elhelyezkedése és hogy minden könnyen elérhető volt a városban. A személyzet és különösen a takarító kollégák rendkívül kedvesek és készségesek voltak, a szoba pedig szép, kényelmes és tágas volt. Nagyon jól esett, hogy minden nap friss ásványvíz, gyümölcs és kávébekészítés várt a szobában, a reggeli pedig bőséges és változatos volt. Negatívumnak talán csak annyit tudnék mondani, hogy az első reggeleken a közeli mecsetekből hallható müezzin hangja számomra meglepően intenzív élmény volt 😄 Pár nap alatt azért hozzá lehet szokni. A hangszigetelés lehetne egy picit jobb, illetve a SPA részleg működése számomra végig egy kisebb rejtély maradt 🙂 Én csak annyit szerettem volna megtudni, hogy lehet-e egyszerűen lemenni egyet szaunázni vagy esetleg használni a jakuzzit masszázs nélkül, de valahogy mindig a különböző masszázscsomagoknál kötöttünk ki, így a végére sem derült ki teljesen, hogy létezik-e “csak sima szaunázás” opció

- Evgenia (10/5): - От отеля остались только самые положительные впечатления. Персонал такой дружелюбный и заботливый. Утром при заселении нас встретила милая Черен. А Серкан нам помог с выбором номера. Заселение прошло очень быстро. Спасибо огромное Черен за оперативность. После суток в дороге нам хотелось побыстрее прилечь отдохнуть. А вечером в качестве комплимента нас ожидала фруктовая тарелка. Мы выбрали номер без вида на красивую мечеть но более тихую. Окна выходили на соседний отель. Если хочется красивый вид на мечеть то будет немного шумно из-за дороги. Расположение отеля просто шикарное. Трамвай, метро, минимаркеты все в пешей доступности. Ресторан находится на шестом этаже с красивым панорамным видом. Завтрак, кофе, все было вкусным. Воду в бутылках давали каждый день. Уборка каждый день, все было чистым. Спасибо огромное персоналу отеля за такое гостеприимство. Остались только самые теплые воспоминания. Вода из крана в ванной комнате немного разбрызгивалась вокруг умывальника

- NOURA (10/5): Un Séjour familial parfait 👍🏽 - Nous avons choisi cet établissement pour un séjour en famille (quatre sœurs et notre mère), et nous avons réservé deux chambres. Ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié : l’accueil du personnel. Toute l’équipe est aimable, chaleureuse, à l’écoute et très disponible. 🙏🏽 Un grand merci à Sercan, qui a pris grand soin de nous et a veillé chaque jour à ce que nous ne manquions de rien et que tout se passe parfaitement.🤗 Merci également à l’agent d’entretien Hayettin, pour son sourire de bon matin, sa gentillesse, sa politesse et sa discrétion, très appréciables. Nous remercions aussi l’hôtel pour la délicate attention à notre arrivée avec une assiette de fruits, ainsi que pour les bouteilles d’eau renouvelées chaque jour. L’hôtel est propre, joliment décoré, et les chambres sont agréables et bien équipées. L’emplacement est idéal : à proximité de tout (bureau de change, restaurants, cafés, tabac, tramway, Mosquée et métro). Après nos journées bien remplies, nous étions ravies de n’avoir qu’une minute de marche depuis le tram pour retrouver le confort de nos chambres. Le petit déjeuner était bon et varié, avec de petites nouveautés chaque jour qui permettent de découvrir des spécialités locales. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la jolie vue depuis la terrasse où nous prenions notre petit déjeuner. Merci au personnel en salle pour leur professionnalisme : leur présence est discrète, tout en étant efficace et attentionnée. - feng (8/5): - The hotel staff are very warm and friendly, especially Onur. The room is clean. The location is excellent—just 100 meters from the T1 tram stop and 500 meters from the airport shuttle bus stop. It’s very convenient for late-night arrivals and early-morning departures.
- Syed Fazal (9/5): Value for money - The hotel is located near the T1 tram station. You can easily take the tram and visit the famous historical places of Istanbul.You can enjoy good breakfast at the hotel. All staff were friendly & welcoming especially Mr.Serkan Ceren was very helpful throughout our stay. Room cleaning was perfect. I had a great stay at the hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

- Kateryna (8/5): Все прошло хорошо - Расположение удобное, сразу остановка трамвая и ты едешь в центр, но отель находится на развязке, окна выходят на мечеть (где в 5 утра кричит Молитва да и весь день) и шумно от дороги. Завтраки хорошие, каждый день одно и то же но хорошие. Убирают просто супер и каждый день. Мы были рады что нам меняли полотенце каждый день и ставили воду, чай и кофе. Не все лампочки в номере горели. У нас было два номера и везде где-то что-то не горело. В принципе все понравилось. Кран в ванной очень не удобно открывался, в плане там был сильный напор и невозможно было умыться, всё постоянно в воде было. И странная была вентиляция. Постоянно воняло сигаретами или туалетом, хоть нас весь день в номере не было и мы не курим. Приходилось включать кондиционер чтоб хоть как-то запах сигарет ушел. Еще были не сильно удобные подушки, хотя мы за 4 дня привыкли, но до этого спали то без подушки то с подушкой. И еще смесители в душе были поломаны, текла вода со всех сторон. Если вы спите чутко, то окна выходят на дорогу, а там как раз транспортная развязка и слышно машины 24/7. В принципе, все понравилось кроме мелочей. Но главное было число всегда, каждый день убирали и нам это очень понравилось. Персонал очень любезный и отзывчивый. Всегда помогали и были приветливы. Отель 8 из 10

- Nur Elfarina (9/5): - Great location. Many shops around although most of it close pretty early. We got a room with the mosque view which is lovely. Metro tramway is right infront of the hotel. Bus to the IST airport is also nearby. Love the breakfast! Lots of options. The staffs at the hotel were all friendly too. The toilet had a weird sewage smell. Room felt a little stuffy but not an issue as we can open the big window anytime.

Apropierea de inelul de circulație, motivul principal pentru care nu puteai să deschizi geamul pentru că erau multe gaze de eșapament, la etajele inferioare și zgomotul infernal al traficului. Nu funcționa bazinul dela SPA. Mic dejun saracacios si nediversificat. Curățenie superficială. Camera era aglomerată cu 3 paturi in contiile in care rezervarea a fost făcută și specificată pentru 2 persoane si selectia a fost pentru etajul superior. Unii angajați draguti, barbati, insa doamnele cu mai putina disponibilitate catre curtoazie.

Не се налага гостите да ги търсят за помощ, те предварително се уверяват, че всичко е наред. Добре е да се почиства по-старателно банята и да се помисли за по-разнообразна закуска. Тези забележки не са отразени в оценката, защото нищо не може да заличи отличното обслужване, включително и на момчетата в ресторанта.

Le personnel était très accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible, ce qui rend l’ambiance chaleureuse et agréable. Les petits déjeuners étaient variés et à volonté, avec de bons produits qui permettent de bien commencer la journée. De plus, l’hôtel est très bien situé, proche de toutes les commodités, ce qui est vraiment pratique pour se déplacer et visiter. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir !

- Ellen (7/5): Für einen Kurztrip nach Istanbul die richtige Wahl! - Zentrale Lage. Die großen historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Hotel mit einem schönen Einrichtungsstil. Von zwei gebuchten Zimmern war eins sehr geräumig. Sehr freundliches Personal. Beide gebuchten Zimmer waren sehr dunkel, da der Blick aus dem Fenster lediglich in einen Schacht bzw. in einen Mini-Hinterhof führte. Manche Bestandteile des Frühstücks waren schnell vergriffen und wurden nicht mehr nachgelegt.

Hotel was clean and beds were very comfortable. For such a central location there was also very little noise. Could have done with an extra pillow, but that's a minor issue.

L’accueil du personnel était génial, particulièrement Mr Serkan qui était d’une très grande gentillesse et d’une aide plus que précieuse. Merci beaucoup à lui ! Chambre un peu bruyante mais la belle vue en vaut la peine !

Услужливый персонал Высокий уровень шума с улицы, очень скудный завтрак (голодными не останетесь, но завтрак состоит из закусок, яиц, мучного), невкусный кофе. Персонал пару раз предлагал ненавязчиво хаммам. Не понравилось, что в этой ценовой категории нет бесплатного хаммама, в других отелях поблизости поновее обстановка и дополнительные бонусы (фрукты, шоколад в номере и бесплатный хамам). Второй раз выберу другой отель. На завтраке на террасе место для курения, будьте готовы к этому

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay.
