• Alberto (3/5): Mah…. - La posizione, davvero strategica Il fatto che le foto rispecchiano solo minimamente le condizioni della stanza. Come le condizioni della doccia con presenza di muffa e mattonelle rotte, oppure come le macchie nei miro della stanza, le regnatele, la porta della stanza in sé molto fragile e gracile tant’è che passava anche la luce del corridoio. Ma la cosa più assurda di tutte è stato il momento in cui la signora va per aprire la porta senza nemmeno bussare o accertarsi se ci fosse qualcuno dentro…..fortuna che avevamo messo il nottolino

• jerome (8/5): - L'emplacement, la tranquillité du quartier, l'accueil, la machine à café à disposition La fenêtre fermait mal, ce qui laissait passer beaucoup de bruit venant de l’extérieur, même si la rue est peu passante. De plus, la porte de la chambre présente un espace en dessous, ce qui fait qu’on entend tous les allées et venues ainsi que les bruits du couloir, et de la machine à café du couloir
• Fjona (10/5): Tibullo made our stay at Rome very nice amd we enjoyed it very much 🥰 - I really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Tibullo Guesthouse. The room was very clean. The ladies who welcomed us were very very lovely and helpful. The location was very good. There was a bus station that went to the airport, just 7 minutes away. The room was near Vatican, and the neighbourhood was not very crowded. The ladies on the property were very helpful and suggested us very good places to eat and were aiming to help us for every need. They allowed us to keep the bagagli there the last day after the check in. This was very good for us since we have a toddler. The bed was comfortable and there was hot water all the time. Bonus was the free coffee 🥰 Nothing, every thing was okay

• Jay (10/5): Lots of fun! - Very nice, friendly staff. Authentic, historic italian guesthouse. Excellent location, Placed right beside the Vatican (5 minute walk) and walking distance to all other monuments. The furthest was the colloseum which was a 30-40 minute walk.

Camera avea un pat foarte mare si confortabil. Dar nu a fost cea pe care am retinut-o pe Booking. Cu toate astea am avut o sedere perfecta si oameni foarte primitori la receptie.

• HANYING (8/5): 性价比不错，如果考虑住梵蒂冈附近，可以考虑住。 - 位置很好，离梵蒂冈博物馆和圣彼得大教堂很近，走路10分钟。去西班牙广场也有巴士直达，属于比较方便的位置。周围看着也比较安全。 1.酒店房间的灯光有点暗，但可能意大利的房间都这样。 2. 酒店没有电梯，需要向上走几节楼梯，如果行李很重可能需要两个人一起抬。
• Ilaria (9/5): Amabilidad y comodidad - La ubicación es fantástica. Muy cerca de San Pedro y Castel Sant'Angelo, a 5 min de la parada de metro Ottaviano. Es sencillo pero tiene todos los confort, secador, hervidor eléctrico, secador, nevera y máquina de bebida caliente gratis. El personal es muy atento y amable. Si tengo que encontrar un defecto, igual necesita alguna reforma para volverlo un poco más moderno.

La camera era davvero ampia e confortevole. Il bagno invece minimale. Non è prevista la colazione, ma h24 è a disposizione una macchinetta automatica per il caffè. Possibile richiedere il deposito bagagli dopo checkout con chiavi dedicate. Estremamente disponibile e gentile il personale che è presente solo al mattino.

• Dylan (10/5): I would stay here again without a doubt !!! - The property was in a perfect location relative to the Vatican. It’s very walkable if you’re comfortable with being on your own feet for 40 minutes traveling to popular location like the colosseum or Trevi fountain. Beds were so comfortable best I had throughout my trip!
• letizia (8/5): Posizione ottimale, camera di dimensioni corrette anche per tre persone, personale gentile. - Quartiere signorile e vivace. Personale gentilissimo. La struttura non offre la colazione ma mette a disposizione degli ospiti (nell'atrio) un distributore di bevande calde. In camera si trova, poi, un bollitore per acqua con tazze, cucchiaini e bicchieri. Ampia scelta di bar e negozi per qualsiasi necessità nelle vicinanze. Posta al piano terra di un palazzo signorile, si affaccia direttamente su strada laterale (fortunatamente non particolarmente trafficata). Il bagno, della camera da noi occupata, pur risultando pulito e fruibile abbisognerebbe di un ammodernamento che ne aumenterebbe il confort.

Aire acondicionado funcionando muy bien, hay plancha de ropa, secador de cabello.. felicitar a las chicas que estaban allí siempre atentas!; volvería a quedarme si. Duda El agua caliente salía poca, es verano y la verdad lo prefería asi; la úbicacion si estás dispuesta a estar en el Vaticano excelente pero a sitios principales de 15-20 hasta 30 min ; a mí me compensaba porque tiendo a caminar.

• Dominik (10/5): Idealny do odwiedzenia Watykanu - Świetna lokalizacja do odwiedzenia Watykanu oraz spacerów wzdłuż Tybru. Bardzo blisko przystanku, na którym zatrzymują się autobusy z lotniska. Przemiły personel i darmowy automat do kawy. Mieliśmy ze sobą stroje ślubne, a gdy wróciliśmy czekała na nas niespodzianka od personelu.

• Isabella (10/5): Sweet and large room for an incredible price - The sweetest staff, kind about check in time, very available for any questions, great location very close to St. Peter’s and many delicious restaurants and gelato places, was able to leave my luggage for a little after check out which was so very helpful, coffee machine always available and free, very comfortable and large bed. Nice windows in the bedroom! Slightly thin walls but great respect from fellow guests regarding quiet hours so it was not a problem at all :)

Beds are quite comfortable, the staff is amazing, altough she couldn’t speak english nor spanish she tried her best to explain what we needed to know. Lights in room were dim and small shower, but for what I’ve read almost all accomodations in rome are like this.

• Ana (4/5): - The property manager was very nice and attentive, but when we got to the guest house no one was there to welcome us, had to wait like half hour to have someone showing up, the pictures and the actual room are very different, they wanted to charge extra money for using a pullout bed for my 4 yo, the checkout felt like they were rushing me to leave earlier, hot water wasn’t enough for two people to shower, had to wait one hour to have warm water, there was no remote control for the a/c the first night and was very hot.
• Brianna (4/5): - We loved the location and management of this property! The room was beautiful. However, we barely slept due to noise inside the facility and outside on the street. We could hear the rest of the guests coming and going at all hours (including 1-2am). We could hear people yelling outside and honking horns. It was so loud that neither my husband or I could rest making our trip a little less enjoyable and more frustrating. I would recommend maybe a curfew for guests when they stay… that would mitigate some of the issues.

• Beatriz (6/5): Great until it wasn’t lol - The lady that received us for check-in was extremely nice, even though she didn’t speak english, we managed to communicate since Italian and Portuguese are similar languages. She showed us and explained everything perfectly. City Tax could only be payed by cash, which is weird but we didn’t mind and they were actually very nice about it because we initially only had enough for more than half of it and needed to go to the ATM to take more cash out, but only did it the next day since it was late when we came back at night. The free drinks for 24h hours was also nice. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room did not look like the one in the pictures but we didn’t mind, it was nice enough for us two. The location was also amazing. Having a fridge and a kettle was also really great! Once, the hot water stopped working while I was in the middle of my shower, but with the kettle we managed so I could finish it. There was no staff around at the time and we messaged Michelle through booking. But honestly, what makes us give only 6 points was the fact that, on the day of our checkout, it was only 9:30am (checkout is at 10am), a staff member started knocking, I didn’t immediately respond because I was still waking up (I have sleeping issues and take a lot of medication so it takes me a while to come to) and my partner was in the bathroom. To this, the staff member, which we had never seen or talked to, proceeds to go get the keys to our room, opens the door and tells us that it’s 10am and that we need to leave immediately because that was what was agreed. That since we weren’t leaving, she had to come in. This is not only a huge invasion of privacy, but also not true, since it was only 9:30am and we still had 30 minutes till checkout. We had even packed most of our things the night before so we could pack the little rest of it (pajamas and higiene things) in the morning only. This has never happened to us, ever, no matter the type of hotel, guesthouse, whatever it might be. I find this incredibly disturbing and disrespectful. It is not our responsibility that the check-in and check-out are both at 10am and that there’s only 4 rooms available in this guesthouse. We should not be rushed and practically kicked away 30 minutes before checkout because of poor management. Most hotels and guesthouses have 1 hour between check-in and check-out precisely to clean the rooms and prepare them for other guests. Honestly our stay would’ve been otherwise perfect if it wasn’t for this, we didn’t mind the other things because things like that happen. But this, is completely violating and it ended the trip pretty nastily.
• Julia (10/5): Made our stay in Rome even more unforgettable <3 - The location was PERFECT, the staff were the sweetest people, as a couple we felt very safe in their hands! Even though with some staff we didn’t share the same language everything was explained perfectly and communicated clearly, If we ever come back to Rome we would definitely stay here again, i highly recommend❤️ As it is a guest house its not a very „private” room if you are a couple, but it was still very lovely and safe!

• Samuel (10/5): - It's a ten minute walk to the entrance to the Vatican museum or St. Peter's basilica! Head in the other direction and you can get to Piazza Navona or even the Pantheon. The room was fine and the hosts were kind (provided sparkling wine and a panetonne to celebrate New Years eve), but the location is the big draw. You won't be disappointed.

• Min (10/5): - Everything is perfect, The staffs are so nice and helpful, and the location is good, Lots of good restaurants around, walkable to everywhere, will definitely stay again next time.
