- Carina (6/5): Lage und Einrichtung wunderbar, menschlich leider nicht zu empfehlen. - Das Hotel ist wirklich in einer hervorragend Lage: U-Bahn, Einkaufszentrum sowie Strand und Meer. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und stylisch eingerichtet. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Rezeptionistin war einerseits sehr unerfahren, hat extrem lange für den Check-In gebraucht und war zudem noch sehr unfreundlich. Die Wände der Zimmer sind leider sehr dünn, es war sehr hellhörig.

- Efekan (8/5): Güzel konum, kaliteli oda, pahalı fiyat - Konumu şehir merkezine 4-5 km mesafede olmasına rağmen bulunduğu yer şehrin sakin huzurlu ve güvenli bi yerindeydi. Metroya ve otobüs duraklarına yürüme mesafesindeydi. Tesis aynı Fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Oda ışıklandırması, banyo ve oda detayları lüks otel hissiyatındaydı. L4 metroya çok yakın oluşu, sadece metro kullanarak tüm şehri gezmemizi sağladı. Tesis kesinlikle pahalı. Fiyat/performans olarak değerlendirilemeyecek derecede pahalı. Bu fiyatlara daha lüks bir otelde kalınabilir ama zaten barcelonada yatakhaneler bile pahalı olduğundan mecburen bu fiyatlara kaldık. Ayrıca booking’in bize gösterdiği ve bizden tahsil ettiği ücret haricinde gecelik (kişi başı )9€ ŞEHİR VERGİSİ ödedik. Bu konuda rezervasyon esnasında daha dikkat çekici bi bilgilendirme yapılabilirdi. Bunu bilseydik belki başka bir alternatif arardık.

Η άφιξη μου ενώ είχα ενημερώσει ότι θα ήταν 7:00 το πρωί για τσεκ ιν δεν μου απάντησαν ποτέ θετικά ή αρνητικά με αποτέλεσμα μέχρι τις 15:00 να είμαστε περιπλανώμενοι. Ούτε ένα welcome drink δεν προσέφεραν. Κάκιστο ξενοδοχείο.

Ho chiesto di aver in prestito un coltello per tagliare la mela nella camera mi é stato chiesto 5€ di costo del prestito ma non di deposito. Rapporto prezzo/qualità basso per i servizi e la posizione molto lontana dal centro, servono 6 stazioni di metro per il Centro. Area wellness quasi tutto rotto, solo il tapis roulant vecchio e fa rumore forte. C’è tanto da migliorare.

- Dawid (10/5): - Lokalizacja świetna, blisko stacja metra z linią prowadzącą do centrum. Śniadania świetne, zawsze świeże pieczywo oraz warzywa i owoce. Obsługa hotelu na najwyższym poziomie, uprzejma i kompetentna. Pobyt nie sprawił nam żadnych problemów. Z przyjemnością bym powrócił.

- Maria (1/5): Beware!!!!!! Bed bugs on the walls. - It was across from my daughter’s dorm. I noticed small bite marks on my body and forehead after waking up in the morning. I also saw a small bug on my pillow, so I requested housekeeping services. The next day I decided to pull the bed away from the wall and there were bed bugs along the wall. The bed bugs left the trail of marks on my forehead and body. Management came to my room, confirmed the bed bugs along the wall. They acknowledged the bites left on forehead and body. I only showed my arms and legs. We were moved to another room two floors up. My mind was racing, I could not sleep too afraid there might be more in the new room, plus on our luggage and personal belongings. They also gave me free drink tickets, not cool. Management reached out wanting me to sign a NDA should I accept a refund on the monies spent on breakfast. (280 euros) They referred to the bed bugs as an “incident” taking no real responsibility. The compensation was not fair to keep this quite. Be very thorough if staying here. Check bedding, wall, wall sockets.

- Dimitar (10/5): - Хотелът беше чист, любезен персонал, локация близо до метро, трамвай и автобусна спирка. Бърз достъп от и до летището с такси. Спокоен квартал. Вентилацията/климатикът в нашата стая не работеше. Струва ми се висока таксата от 100 евро за нощувка, предвид факта, че хотелът е далече от Саграда Фамилия, къщите на Гауди.

- Bogdan (7/5): - Die Hotellage ist gut und optimal. Das Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich. Zimmerausstattung ist ein bisschen dürftig. Es wurde an einigen Ecken gespart. z.B. ein Nachttisch fehlt, im Badezimmer fehlt einfache Ablage etc.

- Martina (9/5): I like this place. - I always like the rooms, this time the bathroom was also in good condition. I don't like their scrambled eggs, they seem to be made from powder and that's a shame. I would also appreciate a little upgrade, as the breakfasts have been the same for years that I've been going there. But on average it is good.
