Friendly helpful staff. Older small tiny room. Limited bath room facilities but I guess you are paying for the location. Room also a bit stuffy. Bath room door don't close properly and shower is pretty small.

- Christina (10/5): Hotel boutique no coração de Roma - O Relais Giulia é um encantador hotel boutique na área histórica de Roma. O quarto é ótimo, com aquecimento adequado para as noites mais frias. O chuveiro é bom, mas o box, de fato, é pequeno. Tem frigobar e cafeteira com sachês de café e chá. A limpeza diária é excelente. O café é básico, mas bom. Se for tomar café fora do hotel você pagará o dobro pelos mesmos produtos. O Staff é solícito e atencioso. Jonathas foi muito simpático em tentar entender nosso italiano macarrônico que queríamos praticar. O hotel tem uma localização privilegiada, a poucos minutos a pé dos principais pontos turísticos de Roma, e perto de ruas para pedestres repletas de lojinhas, restaurantes e cafeterias. Gostamos de tudo.

- Bertrand (9/5): - Charmant petit hôtel situé dans une rue calme mais proche de nombreux endroits à visiter et de rues avec boutiques, bars et restaurants. Nous avions pris la chambre familiale qui a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes. Nous avons également pu choisir de prendre le petit déjeuner (d'un bon rapport qualité/prix) ou non selon la journée ce qui n'est pas le cas partout. Horaires d'accueil à la réception restreints pour un hôtel mais c'est compréhensible par rapport à la taille de celui-ci (impossible d'avoir du personnel en quantité).

El staff es muy amable, siempre muy educados y efectivos. Las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño (hemos reservado el triple y el doble). Hay ascensor para quienes tengan mobilidad reducida o maletas pesadas y la decoración es muy bonita, preservando aspectos preciosos de la finca. Eres bastante autonomo para entrar y salir, ya que te facilitan codigos para las puertas principales y las habitaciones. Todo super bien!

The team surprised us with a room upgrade, and they made my daughter’s birthday truly special by offering a cake and singing for her — a very touching gesture that we will never forget. A huge thank you to Jonathan, who was outstanding from start to finish, as well as to his colleague (whose name I unfortunately can’t remember), who was equally kind and attentive. Gute Lage (sehr Nahe der Engelsburg, alles zu Fuss erreichbar) in einer ruhigen Gasse gelegen, Zimmer zum Innenhof, also wirklich ruhig. Zimmer geräumig mit Minibar und sogar einem zusätzlichen begehbaren Schrank. Das Fenster war etwas klein und ging zur Stiege/Hof, somit nicht so viel Tageslicht, aber es gibt genug Lampen, also kein wirkliche Problem.

- Angelo (10/5): Splendido soggiorno nella Città Eterna. - Struttura di classe e ottimamente posizionata (vicinissima a piazza Navona), stanza (S4 al secondo piano) enorme e ottimamente arredata, bagno grande e vivibile, in tre siamo stati comodi. Consigliatissima. A voler cercare il pelo nell'uovo la vista dalle finestre non era all'altezza della struttura e della camera dove abbiamo soggiornato, ma questo non ha assolutamente cambiato il mio ottimo pensiero della camera e della struttura.
