Away from noisy streets but right about a block from the water taxis Zattere. The food at the restaurant is fantastic. And the attention really good as well. They all work hard to accommodate customers needs and requests. Very helpful with information on use of water taxis as well as places to go visit We would have liked to have a small coffee machine with capsules instead of instant coffee and a kettle.

• James (9/5): Great location, friendly staff, recommended! - Small simple hotel, a lovely little reception area as you walk through the door and friendly staff to welcome you. Check in was easy. Breakfast simple fare but perfectly lovely for us (we only stayed two nights). Location for us was perfect - slightly less busy area but very easy for water bus, water taxi and a 2 minute walk to Academia bridge and access to the main tourist hot spots. Dorsoduro area - more than enough bars, restaurants and shops. Recommend in particular San Trovaso (2 min walk) for evening meal, Osteria Al Squero (4 mins) for snug casual drinks and Cicchetti opposite a gondola building area. N/A

We had 2 bathrooms. Both were quite small. It felt like a small stateroom on a ship. The staff who checked us in and out didn’t seem to be glad to see us or concerned about the quality of our stay.

• Elisabeth (10/5): Perfect days in Venice—lodging, staff, location couldn’t be beat. - Best location possible—easy access from the ferry to and from the airport. Easy access around Venice. Great staff who are always pleasant and helpful. Have been coming here since 1995 and will continue. Our room was on the front of the building so the foot traffic was noisy. However, the shutters and windows muted the noise at night so sleeping turned out not to be a problem. Next time, though, I’ll ask for a room on the rear of the building.

Large and well appointed room, access to roof terrace and great restaurant for breakfast and also had a couple of suppers during our stay. Great location: very quiet but also really central and near a bridge across to centre. The staff made the place: warm and welcoming and very kind about my appalling Italian! Nothing it was great

• Maciej (10/5): Świetny wyjazd - Doskonała lokalizacja tego obiektu to najważniejszy atut tego hotelu o którym trzeba powiedzieć, większość najważniejszych punktów znajduje się w odległości 500 - 1000m które można pokonać pieszo lub taksówką wodną. Dodatkowo spotkanie tam bardzo miłą obsługę.

Також місцерозташування просто супер, дуже близько до мосту академії. В кімнатах було тихо, тобто шуму з вулиці не чути. Також є доступ до тераси на останньому поверсі. Ми були дуже вдячні, що нам дозволили залишити свої речі до заселення і також після виселення. Все було чудово.

• Sonja (10/5): Very pleasant impressions of the hotel - The location is simply perfect! Easy to find, close to the vaporetto stop. The Accademia Gallery is just steps away. Beautiful views, a wonderful terrace. You feel welcome. The staff is welcoming. The room is clean, absolutely spotless. The shower is spacious. Thank you for the compliment on the room! They even checked us in early, thank you again! There's an elevator, but the staff is always ready to help with luggage. You can feel the hotel culture! The breakfast was a delight with a selection of cold cuts, fresh produce, delicious pastries, and aromatic coffee. A good Italian breakfast. My only criticism is the cat, who screamed so loudly at night that it seemed like he was under our bed. :)))

Son personnel est très poli et aux petits soins pour les clients. Un merci particulier au monsieur de la réception qui nous a donné d'excellentes adresses pour découvrir les spécialités vénitiennes et des conseils précieux pour faciliter nos déplacements.

• Xavier (7/5): Venecia es la joia d'Europa. - Molt bona ubicació, a tocar de la parada del vaporeto i a l'hora tranquila. L'esmorzar correcte, sense més. En algunes ocasions quan voliem fer una parada per descans cap a mitg dia (entre les 12.30h i les 13h), no podiem accedir a l'habitació per que encara hi havia el servei de neteja. Nos l'haviem deixat cap a les 9h-9.30h.

• catherine (7/5): Bien situé. Propre. - Bien placé près des vaporetto, assez prêt du centre ville et facilement accessible avec valises et visites des sites. Hotel propre. Bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner qui se termine tôt 9.30. Et qui est très décevant. Peu de choix et produits bof, plutôt bas de gamme. Les volets qui ne se ferment pas !

• Marie France (9/5): - El hotel está casi frente a la plaza San Marcos, en una zona mas tranquila y con menos concurrencia de venecia. Hay dos estaciones del vaporetto a dos minutos del hotel, y también el puente de l'Accademia, que permite cruzar a la zona de la plaza San Marcos está a dos minutos. Nos dieron una habitación mas grande por ser temporada baja, el personal es muy amable, y las camas son cómodas.

• Juan Ignacio (7/5): Buena situación, baño recien reformado, caro (pero venecia es caro) - La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Junto al puente de la Accademia y la parada del vaporetto. Hay cerca restaurantes, pizzerias y un supermercadillo. El baño estaba recien reformado. Amplio y muy limpio. Daba gusto. Tiene arriba una terraza a disposición de los huéspedes para llevarte algo de fuera y comer o cenar alli. El desayuno, sin grandes pretensiones, no está nada mal. Las instalaciones comunes son un poco limitaditas la verdad. Mi habitación olía a humedad. Abríamos la ventana y aireábamos un poco, pero ciertamente, era un poco desagradable. El hotel es caro, pese a que era de lo más barato por tres estrellas que encontré con 4 meses de antelación. 250€ por noche con desayuno. Venecia es precioso, pero es carísimo
