• Lionel (8/5): L'hôtel est très beau et bien situé. Quelques fonctionnements et services à revoir - La situation géographique est parfaite. La décoration est très belle. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses. Le service des bagages est parfait. La personnes à été adorable et le service pour se rendre à l'aéroport est irréprochable. Le bar fermé même le week-end aux heures normales d'ouvertures. Soit en rooftop soit à l'accueil. Inadmissible Le lit inconfortable et pas de VMC dans la douche ni de brosse à toilettes.

• Fielmich (10/5): Great mid range stay in an incredible location - Incredible location, tidy, comfortable, excellent access to great cafes, restaurants, and easily walkable to pantheon, trevi, Vatican, piazza novano and others. Very quiet reception, lift or stair access to room, cool little rooftop with a bar that opens in the evening. We loved it. It was probably in its hey day a few years ago, some of the finer details haven’t aged well. The grout in the bathroom, a broken chair, the door handle fell off (lol) , but nothing that ruined our vibe.

Non si può definire un albergo. c'è una signorina alla reception che compare, solo se chiamata, per fare check in e check out. la stanza non era nemmeno 10 mq, senza armadio, senza spazio per posare i bagagli, con 2 finestre che affacciano su 2 cavedi. il bagno è indescrivibile( porta doccia mezza rotta, senza cornetta se no vuoi bagnarti i capelli, lavabo dimensione casa delle bambole). il roof top è una terrazza mal arredata dove a prendere un aperitivo viene tristezza. non c'è servizio colazione e del palazzo antico, che vantano online, non cè praticamente nulla. La cosa che più disturba è che le foto online, sia su booking che sul sito della struttura sono decisamente ingannevoli e non veritiere. Questa attività dovrebbe avere un costo di un 2 stelle cosicchè la spesa sarebbe pari alle aspettative; invece ci si aspetta un hotel con servizi, camere adeguate, pulito e ci si ritrova ad aver speso solo un sacco di soldi.

The terrace was wonderful, especially in the evening. The cleanliness was always excellent, and the linens were top-quality. We'll definitely be back next year.

The hotel felt very cosy, quiet and romantic. We loved the aesthetic. The staff were very friendly. Nothing, it was exactly what we wanted.

• Pierre (8/5): Je reviendrai avec plaisir dans cet établissement. - Personnel très accueillant et très disponible. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre historique de Rome et à proximité de nombreux restaurants typiques et très bons. La chambre était très propre, nettoyée tous les matins et draps changés tous les jours. Quelques détails à revoir: la balnéo de la baignoire ne fonctionnait pas. La contrepartie d'un hôtel situé dans le centre historique est que la chambre ne dispose pas d'une belle vue sur la ville mais sur les rues étroites du vieux Rome!
• Jesse (4/5): Over advertised not shot is this even a 3star hotel - Location was great…….looks like a cute place but completely lacking Claims to be soundproof, but you can hear everyone walking/talking/showering/using the toilets/even had to hear someone vomiting all night. The bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable. Poor lighting. Room didn’t look like what was advertised. Shower had janky door and poorly maintained.

Abbiamo chiesto di aggiungere una notte in loco e ha fatto una confusione pazzesca su ciò che avevamo richiesto. Impensabile che un hotel di questo livello non abbia personale all’altezza delle richieste basilari dei clienti.

Ванна находилась прям в комнате из-за этого всегда было очень влажно в комнате , плесень была по всей стене ,вокруг окна . Также было холодно в комнате и не помогал даже радиатор . Комната была очень близко к рецепции, слышно было все и всех , шумоизоляция отсутствует . Сам отель хороший , но это комната ужасна .

The staff were very friendly and the location was within a 30 minute walk of the most famous Roman attractions. The room was very spacious and the restaurants close by were great too. This room was fantastic value for money. Nothing, everything was great.

We really appreciated how kind they were. Not sure this would be possible during high season, but we slept very well in the new room since there were no neighbors on either side.

• michal (5/5): Do not approach anyone who suffers from respiratory problems and allergies to dust and mold. הוסיפ - The hotel staff welcomed us very kindly. The room is small and clean. As we entered the room we smelled of mildew and mold which made it difficult for us to breathe and stay in the room and ruined our sleep. We also could not open the window because there is no network and there is noise from the street. As for them the price was cheap because we arrived late, to Se is not worth our health

• Amber (10/5): amazinggggg - the lady at reception was lovely, she was very helpful and accommodating. she made the experience even better ! the room was kept very clean, with cleaners coming in everyday topping up supply, making the bed, cleaning the surfaces. overall, i would definitely recommend then place ! nothing, wish i stayed longer :)
