Maar alles zeer lekker en verzorgd. de rooftop-bar was vooral heel luid en ook de muziek in de lobby stond vrij luid vond ik. (We hadden er totaal geen last van op de kamer)

- Segelstein Zvi (1/5): - המיקום מצוין. אבל יש המון מלונות במחיר זהה ואף זול יותר והרבה יותר נקי וללא רעח של עובש שילוב קטלני של מלון שכולן מעוצב בשחור, עם תאורה חלשה = חושך תמידי. החלונות בחדרים לא נפתחים, בשילוב עם עובש בחדר האמבטיה = ריח חריף של עובש בחדרים. החדרים היחידים שניתן לפתוח בהם אוורור הם החדרים עם המרפסת בהם ניתן לפתוח את דלת היציאה למרפסת כדי לאוורר את החדר. אבל גם שם ריח היובש חזק מאוד דומיננטי. לא מומלץ בכלל אם הבריאות שלכם חשובה לכם.

The view from the roof top bar was lovely The hallway to the rooms are too dark. The room we stayed in had a smell of damp. The service at breakfast is terrible. There was only one waitress serving the food and couldn’t keep up, all the food was coming out at different times. You also had one person serving drinks so again there was a massive line of hot drinks with know one to hand them out. Guests were complaining making it an unpleasant atmosphere.

However , we were given an accessible room ie seat in shower low light switches and high toilet without prior notice . Also, whist the room was classed as accessible, there was a step up to the balcony, which would certainly not be suitable for people with mobility issues

- Cathy (5/5): Staff excellent but renovations & repairs needed! - The hotel is actually lovely some interesting design aspects but the rooftop restaurant is great and staff were all wonderful, trying to help at every opportunity. The reception staff were wonderful! Sadly the marble & tiling in the bathroom was cracked & badly stained, rusted fixings and filth in corners of showers. All in need of a deep clean and seious repair, also a deep musty sweaty smell in the room the cleaning staff assured me this is simply due to zero windows and aircon circulating the awful smell. I asked to be moved to another room they kindly found another room on the same floor, not as nice but same £(?) and importantly close to my other family members. This room also had an awful smell but marble floor in tact. Still some filth in the corners, mold on shower head and wobbly jaunty angled loo roll fixing ? After discussing with staff that these rooms were not meeting the criteria / value of £320+ rooms they explained that the hotel is in midst of bathroom renovations & repairs. So hopefully end of this year 2026 will see a truly great Me/Melia as i trust most of this chain to be. Not sure I will be back again but trust they will deliver.

Every detail was handled with great care and we genuinely felt welcomed throughout our stay, specially my kids. I definitely recommend ME London Hotel and we are looking forward to returning in the near future!!!

Daniel and his staff were amazing to my family as my son came down with the stomach flu. We had to stay an extra night and they accommodated my family so we could stay in the same rooms. The food was amazing and everything was super clean. Great location central to the best parts of London. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Once again, the ME Hotel surpassed all expectations. The staff was very professional, kind, attentive and helpful, the rooms are beautiful -- and the views of the Strand area are spectacular. I can't wait to return!

Had to speak to 4 different people up to the chain + 5/6 visits in the room to have an appropriate solution found and a different room at same floor given to us (after attempt to relocate us on the 2nd floor close to the Strand traffic/or having us pay extra for the Suite...). Had a comp offer from the FO manager but at check-out people were not aware. Fortunately it was applied though. Hotel clearly lacks of desks' procedure in what seems pretty common circumstances. We stayed over friday and saturday nights and unfortunately on Saturday night there were a number of drunk young people in the lobby starting from 5/6pm, shouting and even fighting outside. Despite security presence this place is clearly not appropriate with young kids. Would had expected better from hotel in that price range. Location is great but there are many other hotels on that street which i'm sure would have been better.

Individual staff are lovely, but on occasion there seem to be a lot of people around and some confusion about who is taking responsibility. The gym is really disappointing for such a clean, modern hotel. A small room in the basement with dated equipment lacking in features: no integration with Apple Watch on the treadmills, and no rowing machine. The rooftop bar is very nice, but the ladies at the front desk seem concerned that it might not be cool to be friendly or smile. 😉

Very comfortable and the location is great; central to a lot of fun places to check out and not too far from the shopping hubs. Hanaa at the front desk was so nice and helpful when I wanted to extend my booking. Everyone as well was so nice and accommodating and I'm sorry I didn't get to learn everyone's names.

- EmiliaCadenasso (10/5): Jezabel and Diana are the best! - I had the most wonderful experience at my stay with my friend Maya. We had the most amazing girls night and enjoyed the breakfast. But honestly the best thing was the guest experience. Diana and Jezabel from Aura team prepared the most delicate and elegant setup and wrote a mirror message that I read every once in a while just to remember how a queen I felt by their care and attention to detail. Honestly one of the best nights of my life and thanks to Jezabel and Diana who made us feel as if we were the most loved and important persons on earth!!! I will be definitely be coming back as a guest. Thank you Aura team!!! <3 London has become a great experience because of you girls!

Főleg ez volt a szempont, ami miatt őket választottam, de a személyzet is nagyon kedves volt. Nem volt annyira tiszta, mint vártam, de főleg az elhasználódásnak tudom ezt be. Így is kellemes volt megszállni itt.

- BritBoyInGA (8/5): Almost perfect - I feel uncomfortable about providing a 4 star rating, when many elements of my stay were 5 star. But, there were a couple of minor “irks” that means I just can’t provide a 5 star rating. What was easily 5 star, was the service. Every aspect in every part of the hotel was excellent. Also, the location was excellent. One thing that annoys me is hotels using two beds to create one large one. You can never truly make use of the entire bed, as the join is uncomfortable to sleep on. Everything else in the room was close to perfect(the TV service on the last night was choppy & pixelated, presumably from a temporary internet issue). Lighting controls excellent, AC perfect, bathroom beautiful, linens and mattress (firm) very good. The other issue that missed 5 star was the ‘cooked to order’ breakfast. The English breakfast (other than the eggs) is pre-cooked and finished to order. This often result in sausages that are tough on the outside, or slightly chewy bacon. And also, toast orders will sit under the hot light and often arrive at the table being barely warm and dried out. Quality of ingredients was very good, but having some ingredients sat around prior to being finished, took the gloss off the breakfast experience. These are minor grumbles and I would stay at the hotel again.

Whether you’re walking along the Thames or heading to nearby landmarks, everything feels conveniently close. A true highlight is the beautiful rooftop terrace with a bar, offering a great setting to relax, enjoy a drink, and take in the city vibes. The only downside for me was that most rooms have windows that cannot be opened, which might be a small drawback for guests who prefer fresh air. Overall, though, this is a top hotel experience that I would happily return to and recommend to others visiting London.
