Pour être venu plusieurs fois ici, je peux vous assurer que vous avez tout à proximité , tant sur le plan visite culturelle que festif. L'hôtel est d'un excellent rapport qualité prix. Rien de spécial , si ce n'est que le petit déjeuner peut être amélioré.

It was a little bit of a bumpy start with the safe not working and we had some questions about the room, but the staff was on hand, helpful, and fixed all things right away. In the end we quite enjoyed our 1 week stay.

Plenty of nice food nearby, and multiple convenience stores close by as well. My room's safe didn't work, one pillow was dirty, and there was an issue with one of the lights. Thankfully, the staff were very helpful and changed my room for me. No issues with the new room thereafter.

Wygodna możliwość rozłożenia bagażu. Miły personel. Super lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko - punkty gastronomiczne, sklepy, komunikacja miejska, dzielnica rozrywkowa, historyczne centrum. Śniadanie mało urozmaicone. Odpływ pod prysznicem był lekko zatkany i podłoga w łazience często pływała.

Room was a good size Area is too noisy with lots of bars and hostels around. Bathroom was a disaster!! After taking a quick shower we would have a “pool” on the floor for hours.

Michale1111 (10/5): I just had a short stay at the hotel and was truly impressed with everything here! - My room was a Superior type — not too spacious, but very clean and tidy, with a comfy bed, fragrant sheets, and especially a lot of complimentary amenities set up in the room. I was really impressed by the hotel’s thoughtfulness. The staff here are definitely the highlight — from the receptionists, security guards, to the kitchen lady, the cleaners, and the housekeeping team — all were cheerful and enthusiastic, always ready to assist with any request I had. Sometimes I wondered how they could maintain such a high level of service spirit all day long while being constantly busy. Breakfast was delicious, cooked just right by the kitchen lady. I even saw they offered both American and Intercontinental breakfast sets — no wonder this small hotel still attracts so many outside guests. Oh, and the coffee was exactly my taste too! ^^ Another plus point is the strong and smooth Wi-Fi — I could work in the room with no issues at all. Overall, everything was so well taken care of that even though I was on a business trip, it still felt just like home. If I have the chance to come back, I’ll definitely book this hotel again! Matt (3/5): Disappointing. The room was not satisfactory and the hotel manager showed the he only cared about money in the bank and - The staff at the hotel were amazing. They could not be better even with the language barrier. During our stay we booking a twin room. This room was reasonably tidy and the beds were comfortable, unfortunately that is were the positives end. Please note that this review is solely to do with the twin room, no other part of this establishment. Also note that the shared photo has the flash on. I am trying to be fair here. There is a poorly fitted aluminum window on the wall at the foot of the bed that allows a lot of light in throughout the night. Additionally, a continuous beeping from the stairwell can be clearly heard every 20 seconds, making it difficult to sleep. During our stay, one member of the night staff decided at 12:30 am to play a movie loudly in the room next to ours with the door wide open. Needless to say, we managed to get only an hour of sleep. At 2 am, I asked for an alternative room, only to find all twin rooms seem to be fitted with the same window arrangement. Upon asking for a discount due to the substandard room, I was told the manager declined the request, feeling it was a fair price. This one star review comes down purely to the twin room experience. Despite the good location and exceptional staff, the poor room conditions made our stay very disappointing.

Al (2/5): Worst ever experience of a hotel. - Just the location. And they provided some useful things like thread & needle, sissors, nail cutter, face wash etc. But rooms are tooo much conjested. Rooms are too much small i can't even put my luggage there. And there's no proper space down to sit and relax properly. Only two chairs and half the space is occupied by parked bikes inside. We try to change the hotel. But we just booked is almost for 1 night so we didn't. Drainage system in bathroom was not proper. Basin drainage is also very very bad. It always got full. Hotel was literally not maintained.
