• Verhaaren (3/5): Poor - Don't go to this hotel. The room itself is okay for the price, but the air is really bad inside (I was sick after the first night), and it is very noisy so I had to sleep with earplugs in. Some of the staff is really friendly. Others, however, were rude, very pushy and made me feel very uncomfortable. One guy kept coming into my room uninvited everytime I opened the door.  Made me pay 20 MYR for printing one paper for my visa, which is a scam.  I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are way better options nearby in the same price category.

I booked 3 nights and stayed 1 extra night. - I can highly recommend the Inn! - The inn is located in Bukit Bintang, a lively area with many restaurants and amazing street art. - You can reach KLCC and the Petronas Twin Towers on foot (it's a 20 min. walk).

• Pamela (4/5): I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. - It was cheap. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. It was secure. The room was small. The door didn’t seal so light entered the room from around the door jamb. The window looked on the corridor and only had a light curtain which didn’t block light from the passage way. I had to sleep with eye shades on. The wifi kept dropping out and I had to stand in the passage to get any signal and as soon as I went back to my room which was 2 meters from the transmitter it would drop out again. The shower head was broken. I couldn’t work out how to get the tv working and there were no instructions. There was strange tapping sound coming from upstairs every evening and into the night. Whenever someone closed their door the sound was extreme. No tea or coffee facilities. This was advertised as a superior room, but even by the most optimistic assessment it was very average.

A small corner near top right of the bed is very dusty and looks like is has not be cleaned for a long time. Free parking provided = street parking which you have to test your luck if there is any.

All the guys working at the reception day and night were very nice and friendly I didn’t like the big roaches and the cockroaches that were coming to my room day and night time. plus, the hotel doesn’t have any internet. No Wi Fi, no little fridge and no kettle as mentioned in their hotel info. I got the kettle that I requested but not the fridge and no way to get the Wi Fi

• adri3ntravels (2/5): Run from this Crap Hole - I stayed at Lacomme Inn. The hotel is listed as a 3 star, but it should be a half star or no stars. It is a dump. The first night, they gave me a filthy room with a leaky sink and dirty sheets. I had them changed the sheets and in the morning they changed my room. When I returned to the hotel, the hotel had no power. It was 1230 am and I had to sit around until after 2 am with no power. I asked to speak to the manager so he could book me a room some where else and the staff would not let me speak to the manager. They were also rude. One person told me to stop complaining because I only have one more night at the hotel. Then later that afternoon when I returned to the hotel, while taking a nap, the power in my room went off. only in my room because the breaker was tripped. Early morning the next day at about 5 am, I was sitting outside the hotel and a huge rat come near the table I am sitting at with friends. 10 minutes later, my friend looks up and the rat is in the open hold in the ceiling on the wires (which would explain why the power kept going out). This hotel is not a 3 star. It offer 0 amenities for a 3 star and it is very un-kept and filthy . Also, the room they changed me to, the toilet leaked when I flushed it. I am so disappointed and grossed out and couldn't go to sleep because I was traumatized by the whole rat experience. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL Additionally, the owners nephew (or so he said he was) is a little creep that tried to invite himself up to my room. The housekeeper spent over an hour trying to ask me how he can get a job in American with his experience in cleaning and cooking. He doesn't clean the hotel he currently works at good, why would I help him get a cleaning job somewhere else cleaning with his sub-par skills???

• Christopher (6/5): This Hotel - - staff was good and with the many pitfalls of this hotel, although I had one unpleasant encounter. The staff member with the blonde highlights blamed me for not having the room cleaned for two day because I didn’t tel them. I’ve stayed at many hotels and I’ve never had to tell them to clean the room, if I do it’s not a problem but don’t blame me for not letting me know that. -staff helped when WiFi wasn’t working and hot water didn’t work and put me in a better room. -Free breakfast for all the problems for a day was good. Every time I complained of cleanliness, which was my main issue with this hotel, they always helped Speaking of cleanliness, this was my main issue. Although everything about the hotel was average for a hotel of this time ammenity wise, this hotel certainly wasn’t kept like the others I’ve stayed. This hotel should come up with a clean up card that hits all the areas. Drawer was initially dirty with god knows what in it. Mr Potato bag left behind drawer that drew bugs ( don’t really blame) Also I had to renew card every day, which is fine but after climbing 3 floors of stairs realizing he key didn’t work and going to tell them. I thought it was coincidence, but not until the third go did I know that it was a procedure. Recommend coming up with some 100 point procedure that includes cleaning behind furniture and dusting to get the cleanliness of the rooms because I could write more but there’s not enough time. For the price range it was ok.

No breakfast but there are a lot of eatery open as early as 4am in the morning. It's a tourist neighborhood near jl Alor. Got disoriented few times since the surrounding is hilly and winding with turns. Better to check location with google map to look for. Need to walk awhile to find mrt or bus.

• Detsada (8/5): Nice to sleep - Nettes Unterkunft zum Übernachten. Ideal für Leute, die die meiste Zeit damit verbringen Kuala Lumpur zu erkunden. Leider keine Slippers. Abgenutzte Handtücher mit flecken. Fenster zum Flur ausgerichtet... Deswegen lieber keine Wertsachen da lassen. Die Umgebung ist toll zum Ausgehen :)
• Verified traveler (6/5): Für den Preis ok, aber... - Positiv: nettes Personal, tolle Lage Negativ: SEHR hellhörig. Laken riechen zwar gewaschen, sind aber fleckig. Im (Nichtraucher-) Zimmer steht ein mit Zigarettenkippen gefüllter Becher, der Geruch nach kaltem Rauch bleibt dauerhaft im Zimmer hängen. In den Zimmerecken sammelt sich Staub.

• Hamza (8/5): Friendly Staff and good location. - Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The hotel staff is very friendly and you can also sit with them and have a nice conversation if you like. The location is very good. You can walk to the Petronas Towers and the KL City Center. There is also a free bus stop wich takes you to multiple places around KL. Even in the evening it's very busy and there is a nice atmosphere.

Cons: Noisy night shift staff. They were talking loudly until around 6am in the morning. It was really disturbing. Couldn't sleep at all.

• Hirmee (8/5): Good Location. Value for money - Perfect location in golden triangle. 3-5 minutes walk to Lot 10, Pavilion, Sungei Wang. A lot of food surrounding area. Good budget hotel. Room is ok. Very soft comfy bed. Air-con is good. Water heater not function ended up cold shower. Parking first come first served. You just park at the front porch, Breakfast given is opposite the hotel at Mamak restaurant. OK laa.. Overall good budget hotel for singles and bachelor/couples.
• SamanthaJade25 (4/5): If your on an extreme budget, it'll do! - Arrived at this hotel last week, only intended on staying 3 nights but moved on after 1 as didn't feel safe or happy. The staff on the front desk were unaware of our booking (made through booking.com) when we arrived and due to the language barrier, took a while for them to identify our booking. Granted we did book it that day however we had our booking confirmation on email, so really should have been an easy process. The hotel itself smelt quite bad, so immediately felt as though we had made the wrong choice. The room itself wasn't too bad, apart from a small hole in the door. The window didn't shut or lock so could hear a lot of noise from outside (which after a 15 hour flight was not fun) the shower is just connected to the wall in the bathroom and is a trickle of water, but did the job. All in all, if your a budget traveler looking for a cheap place to stop, it's not the worst, however there are better in the area for not too much more! One good thing, amazing location, right in the middle of a busy street with lots of bars and shops!
• iamkhameels (8/5): Good location, good customer service, room is nice. - Located at bukit bintang, very very close to changkat road, a lot of bars and pubs to choose from, there is also very nice place to wine and dine. very accessible to anywhere. There is all types of food to choose from, Indian, Western, Vietnamese, Local. The guy in the reception was very accommodating, he even let us check in without giving the exact deposit. we had some issue with the bank and all but they checked us in anyway. I would recommend this place. I will definitely come back here as well,
• Aiden (6/5): 왜 좋다는지 모르겠는곳 - 저와 여자친구는 정말 잠만잘 수 있는곳에서 아무곳에서나 싸게 자는거를 선호합니다.(발리,보라카이,오키나와 등) 이곳이야 말로 정말 아무대나 였습니다~ 좋다고 추천하는 댓글들 신빙성이 떨어지네요.. 경유지여서 그냥 저렴하고 중심가에서 잔거였는데 침구류 상태 불량. 화장실 상태 불량. 2만원짜리 수준이고 짐 직접 가지고 계단으로 3층 까지 올라가야 합니다. 부킷빈땅 바로 앞이고 트윈타워랑 가까운편이에요.
• sj (8/5): 잘란알로와 창캇부킨빈탕에서 정말 가까움 - 잘란알로와 창캇부킨빈탕에서 정말 가까움 위치적으로는 최고 파빌리온이랑도 가까움 마사지 거리도 잘란알로와 창캇사이라서 위치가 굉장히 좋다 호텔 앞도 새벽 몇시고 간에 가게들이 환하게 켜져있다 부킷빈탕 모노레일에서 도보로 5분 7분정도? 잘 모르면 헤맬수도 있으나 시설도 괜찮고 기대 안하고 갔는데 엄청 만족!!

• Rachael5568 (2/5): Bad experience - 3 nights stay in family room , we were arranged in family room with 1 queen sized bed and 1 single bed. (as i booked is a queen sized and a king sized bed) i called the reception counter but the receptionist said that is the one that i booked, so there might be something mistake on your website info( pls make it clear). The stay is not that happy, not comfortable at all. We were arrange on the third floor with no escalator. Luckily we only got two luggages but we suffer after we finish shopping. The free breakfast is at the mamak stall opposite to the hotel. The linen that they provided in the room were totally dirty. On the pillow case itself you can see the dust clearly not only a small spot but the whole surface. After that i decide to take out the pillow case. They do provide the towels but it also dirty. The " white" towel they provide had became grey color(dirty). Brown colour towel with yellow spot. 2nd and 3rd night was raining heavily, in our rooms we saw the watermark appear when raining heavily and also the ceiling of the corridor outside was leaking. Luckily we saw that, we wre trying to tell the staff but when we went down no one there.( might be going out for toilet or food). When we watch the tv it off by itself and my boyfie go and check the plug came out. We tried to use our own extension to plug in it seems the same as the tv plug. Management shud make sure all the socket can be used. Cause one of it cant be use when we charge our phone and there is a " tick tick" sound. At last we banned that socket. This is totally a bad and sucks experience for us.

Otherwise a good basic budget hotel, but there was a lot of noise until 3 am from a newly opened bar nearby. For that reason, if you aren't a heavy sleeper this hotel is not right for you. Hotel is located in walking distance from the Golden Triangle and malls. There is a very good Indian restaurant on the opposite side of the street!
• peter (6/5): on Special - value for money - small room - but on an internet special it was value for money. The surrounds are noisy, but that is standard for the area..
• Christina (2/5): - I understand the term "you get what you pay for", but I did NOT expect it to be as bad as it was. The neighborhood is horrible, the building and buildings surrounding it are disgusting. We were going to leave and go somewhere else but we were exhausted and couldn't fathom having to carry our luggage back down 4 flights of stairs after a long day of walking. The breakfast included is a voucher for the restaurant across the street, which was also horrible. on top of how old and nasty the neighborhood was, it felt extremely unsafe, especially as a female. NEVER AGAIN.

• stefan (8/5): short stay for KL stopover - twin room. beds were very small. bathrom is ok and clean but very basic. a lot of restaurants and streetfood around. petronas towers in walking distance.

• natv1493 (8/5): Convenience, Wifi, Friendly Staff - Very convenient location, a 5 min walk from the Bukit Bintang station (currently 15 because of the construction). Small minimart in the vicinity. Excellent wifi, excellent customer service. Clean room and en-suite bathroom, and hot/cold water dispenser in the corridor. Free breakfast voucher for the restaurant beside, though I'd recommend elsewhere if possible.
• hachi (8/5): 繁華街に近いホテル - 私はシングルルームに滞在したのですが、値段もそこまで高くなく、部屋もわりと快適で清潔感がありました。冷蔵庫にエアコン、テレビ完備です。ただ、私の泊まった部屋のテレビはノイズだらけでした。また、電源は一括管理らしく、電気を全部落とすと冷蔵庫の電源まで落ちてしまっていました。それから、ユニットバスではなく、トイレの横にすぐシャワーがある感じなので馴れていない人には少し辛いかもしれません。わりと一般的なもののようですが。バスタオルの換えも用意してもらえますがシミがついてるものもありました。 けれど、従業員の方は親切で、朝食も何種類から選ぶことができ(場所はホテルの目の前のお店)、クアラルンプールの街に出るのにわりと楽な場所にあり、特に不自由を感じることなく滞在できました。 ホテルの前には小さなスーパーもあるので、飲み水等の確保もできます。 細かい事は気にしない方であれば滞在するのもありだと思います。

Positives- - Good location in Bukit Bintang close to tourist street/Low Yat/Monorail - Breakfast was very nice - Clean rooms Negatives- - We had laundry done and it was not ready at the times indicated - No elevator (stairs are fairly steep) - Room requires card to have power cant use something in the shape of a card (this makes the fridge pretty much useless as it turns off when you leave) -The room curtains are very thin and let a lot of outside light in Overall not bad for the price
