• Tang (9/5): - Very near to both Taipei main station and Ximen station. Walking distance to Ximenting. Family Mart just below the hotel. A lot ot eatery nearby. If there one additional mirror on the door way would be perfect.

• Annika (4/5): - Zentrale Lage in der Nähe des Hauptbanhofs. Sehr in die Jahre gekommene Zimmer. Die Lärmbelastung durch die Strasse ist gross, auch andere Gäste hört man durch die Wand. Im Badezimmer war zudem eine Schabe unterwegs.

• Nguyen Thu An (10/5): - My family really enjoyed our stay here. The room is not big but clean and cosy. It’s just 5 mins walk to the main station. The staff are very friendly.
• irene (8/5): Overall a very basic and no-frills hotel that offer decent value. - Hotel was located within walking distance to Taipei Main Station and Ximending. Family mart next door and 7-11 opposite. Staff were friendly. Free coffee tea and biscuits at Level 2. We booked a room for 3pax and stayed from 8 to 16 April 2026. Very basic room. A bit worn out but for the price, we are not complaining. It would be perfect if they have inhouse laundry facilities within the hotel property. We went to a nearby laundromat located about 5mins walk away which wasn't too bad after all. Bed & pillow were too soft for my personal preference. Bath towels were old. After a shower the water will flow all the way to the toilet bowl area and whole toilet will be very wet.

• Shalini (9/5): Pleasant stay with helpful and polite staff - Great customer service. The room was small, but had everything needed for a short stay. It was less than a 10-minute walk to the MRT station which was our mode of transportation. The location was safe and ideal. The safe in the room spoilt on our last day and the hotel staff immediately helped replace to a brand new safe although we were leaving the next day. Housekeeping was done daily when requested and we had a nice waiting area at the reception on the 2nd floor. Nothing. Everything was good. Except for the toilet maybe, because it's frosted glass so be informed if you need privacy.
• Hour (5/5): - Location This is my 2nd time and we got room 601 which was dusty, had crumbs on the floor and COCKROACH DROPPINGS. I didn’t complain to the reception as we’re so tired so decided go for first night. Then we asked to clean our room, and in our disappointment, they only tidied the bed, dry the bathroom floor. Those droppings and crumbs still there, I still sneeze due to dust. Again, we came to our room late n tired, and we plan to check out early morning so we just tolerated with this. Hopefully the cleaning could be improved.
• Dariusz (9/5): Przyjemne miejsce na pobyt w dobrej lokalizacji niedaleko dworca - Bardzo dobry hotel za przyzwoitą cenę, w dobrej lokalizacji niedaleko dworca kolejowego Taipei Main Station. Tuż obok sklep FMart. Pokoje przyjemne, skromnie urządzone, ale czułem się w swoim dobrze. Łóżko było wygodne, a łazienka wystarczająco duża. Na specjalną pochwałę zasługuje obsługa hotelu, bardzo przyjazna i zawsze chętna by pomóc.

• Hoa (5/5): An outdated hotel room. Don’t expect anything fancy. - Unexpectedly spacious for a room in taipei, they are usually really small. The room was clearly outdated with some cosmetic updates(mostly the bathroom). But everything else was clearly outdated. Had no power outlets by beds and actually seems to have two by the desk.
• Dora (7/5): - A szálloda nagyon jó helyen van: a város minden pontja, a repülőtér és a városon kívüli részek is könnyen elérhetőek. A szálloda mellett; boltok, kávézó, éttermek. Nincs reggeli, de kávé, víz, rágcsalnivalók egész nap elérhetőek, ingyen, a recepciónál. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. A törölközők már nagyon régiek, az ágy kényelmetlen, a szoba párás (a páraelszívó nagyon hangos). A falak papírvékonyak: a szomszéd szobában a horkolást is tisztán hallani, ahogy az utcáról is minden zajt!

The lounge area has a good coffee maker and snacks and the rooms are good. Staff is helpful and there are so many great restaurants and interesting destinations within walking distance.

Je kunt voor het inchecken niet zomaar naar binnen lopen. Je moet op een bel drukken en dan moet er iemand op een knop drukken.

• Bao Ping (10/5): Impressive hotel! - Perfect location ! Very convenient for shopping and various restaurants . It’s just about 8 minutes walk from the hotel to Taoyuan Airport MRT which is between Beimen station and Taipei Main Station. The service is top class - the hotel plumber is at call even at midnight ! The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel provides tables and sitting area for free coffee and many snacks , guests can also have their own instant noodles and foods there . Guests can enjoy different programs from the TV channels. The reception is on the 2nd floor, but the receptionist is very responsible.

• Thi Mai Hien (5/5): Overall, our stay here was disappointing. - The staffs are very friendly and the location is good. The soundproofing is really bad. We were unable to sleep due to constant traffic noise at night, along with noise from neighboring rooms. Additionally, the room design-particularly the toilet-is very uncomfortable and poorly thought out. We booked a family room, yet the toilet door has a large open gap and is placed directly next to the beds. This setup is extremely awkward and unsuitable, even for family members.
