The room itself was bigger than the average to Japan, very comfortable and great bathroom as well. The only thing I’ve missed were more hangers on the walls, for coats and towels (none inside the bathroom).

Le lenzuola avevano un odore strano. I piumini erano macchiati e le prese USB non funzionavano. Ci siamo fatti cambiare la stanza ma il problema delle USB persisteva il resto meglio.

韻安 (6/5): 整體上還是很舒適！ - 櫃檯人員都很友善，大廳有提供咖啡跟果汁房間算大，可以放下兩個行李箱（另一個藥力起來），高級雙人床房型的浴室是浴缸跟淋浴一起的，提供的洗澡用品很好用！潤髮乳很讚！飯店旁邊就是一間全家，走路大概三分鐘就有Lawson，離淺草寺也很近，是一個很方便的地方！辦理入住的時候櫃檯有說三天打掃一次房間，我有點嚇到，但其實房間門上都有請整理房間的小磁鐵可以供大家使用（還是可以請他們每天幫忙整理房間），如果真的這麼久才打掃一次房間的話建議垃圾桶可以給大一點：）房間燈光有點暗，如果要化妝可能會有點尷尬，看不清楚自己到底在畫什麼，也有可能會有粉底沒抹好的尷尬慘案

Camera non gigantesca ma ci si organizza aprendo le valigie in maniera alternata. Fantastico il servizio di deposito valigie. Sulla prenotazione di 3 notti ci è stata data la possibilità di scegliere solo un giorno per la pulizia della stanza

Elizabeth (7/5): An excellent and good value hotel. Although rooms are small, staff are pleasant and the the atmosphere is friendly. Some - Good location, helpful and welcoming staff. We also really appreciated that they stored our ski gear during our stay and kept our bags for a few hours after we checked out and before leaving for the airport. Our room (203) had a few issues that really should be addressed. The shower leaked through to the wardrobe. Consequently the room had a rather musty smell. The drawers in the wardrobe were broken. The safe door wouldn’t shut so couldn’t be used. However, we put up with these small annoyances rather than ask for a new room and have to move. If these small maintenance issues were addressed I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel more wholeheartedly. Naturally the rooms are very small. But people, this is Tokyo, and you get what you pay for! So the cramped room size wasn’t an issue for us.

Debra (5/5): Pleasant enough but uncomfortable - Very close to transport and easy to find. Reasonably clean So small. Could barely move or open your suitcase. Pillow was hard.
