- P (7/5): Prima hotel. Locatie is dichtbij bezienswaardigheden - Grote kamer met alle faciliteiten. Er werd dagelijks schoongemaakt en de locatie was op loopafstand van de Aya Sofia en grand bazaar. De straat is erg druk en minder net. Ik had een zee uitzicht geboekt maar we keken op ventilatoren neer en er was veel geluidsoverlast waardoor je het raam niet kon openzetten. Ook het ontbijt viel tegen.

- GERLI (8/5): Overall very good. - Very nice breakfast options, super location, friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Would recommend. They offered airport transfer which I recommend because airport is quite far and the traffic is crazy in highways :) Some days a bad smell was in room, we stayed 4 nights and first day and one more day sometimes like moldy smell, but other days not. We opened the windows when we were out. Maybe from ventilation some days the smell came, dont know. Our friends in other room did not have that problem. We went end of April and our room was quite warm and no air-conditioning was possible. But staff was helpful, they brought big ventilator and we opened the window so it was ok. Other day the wind was in other direction and it was ok even without ventilator :)

- Χατζηιωάννου (10/5): - Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό. Πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν.Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή. Το τραμ σε 2 λεπτά απόσταση.Καθώς και από τον κεντρικό πεζόδρομο. Κι Ήταν λίγο στενό το δωμάτιο. Όμως δεν μας ενόχλησε γιατί γυρίζαμε το βράδυ για έναν ύπνο.

- Janet (8/5): The location of the hotel was perfect for a short stay and is close to attractions and transport. - The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The rooms were clean and well presented. We liked having a coffee machine and a supply of bottled water. The hotel is close to public transport. There was very little storage space. We only had 2 hangers each in a small wardrobe and no drawers. We had a small enclosed balcony which smelt of smoke and looked on to the unattractive back of buildings.

Very friendly and helpful staff in reception. The sauna and Haman were disappointing. Staff use lockers and shower area, not tidy or clean. The sauna had towels laid out to dry or heat…I don’t know, also some shoes left in there. The Haman wasn’t clean. The staff there weren’t very helpful.

- Ivan (10/5): Sve OK - Hotel ispunjava sve sto vam je potrebno, osoblje ljubazno, posebno bih izdvojio na recepciji Ibrahima(oprostite ako sam ime pogrijesio). Jedina zamjerka malo kraci kreveti a jastuci ogromni. Za osobe preko 190cm visine ipak da pokusaju zamoliti za malo duzi krevet ili bez jastuka koji zauzima 30% kreveta. Zbog ovoga ipak ne mogu da dobiju manju ocjenu jer su maksimalno ucinili sve da se osjecamo kao kod kuce.

It is also very central, the breakfast is superb, and the bathroom has a really hot shower. It was very clean, great large towels and a very large comfortable bed. The room had an extra balcony. All was great.

Το δωμάτιο μας στον 5ο όροφο ήταν αρκετά ζεστό για Απρίλιο μήνα και το air-conditioned λόγω κεντρικής λειτουργίας δεν μπορούσε να λειτουργείσει στο κρύο. Ανοίγοντας το παράθυρο βελτιωνόταν η κατάσταση.

- Eren (10/5): - Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Trotz der äußerst zentralen Lage war es angenehm ruhig. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und in der Umgebung gab es viele tolle Restaurants und Cafés. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das sehr freundliche und engagierte Personal, das sich stets große Mühe gegeben hat. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt und waren jederzeit sehr sauber und hygienisch. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Werde definitiv wieder kommen. -

- Nino (9/5): Good location, comfortable and cozy environment, the best staff. - It has a very good location, close to Sultanahmet Square and Hagia Sophia, about 7-8 minutes walk, also near the new bus stop, it will take you 3 minutes from the tram stop to the hotel. The breakfast was varied and delicious, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, they gave us an early check-in and kept our luggage for the whole day. Everything was very comfortable. Highly recommended. I wish the room had been cleaned more delicately.

The reception staff was very friendly, and I especially want to mention Ahmad; he's very kind and cares about your well-being. We also enjoyed the breakfasts. The hotel is located in a convenient area for walking and shopping. I hope to return again and experience the same positive emotions.

- Лилия (9/5): С удовольствием вернемся в этот отель! - Очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Четыре дня нас радовали новые блюда на завтрак. Особенно понравились ежедневно различные запеченные, маринованные овощи: баклажаны, перцы, морковь, брокколи. Детям понравились десерты. Посетили сауну отеля. Классное расположение: из аэропорта добрались на Метро и комфортно докатили чемоданы до отеля (в отличие от нашего следующего отеля возле Галатской башни). Проехались на Т1 до Султанахмет один раз и поняли, что пешком это расстояние по ровной местности очень приятно преодолеть. Остальные дни ходили пешком и по пути ели в Бургер Кинг и Макдоналдсе. Курс в обменниках самый лучший в 3 минутах ходьбы от отеля (на остановке Баязид). Вокруг магазины с сумками, пижамами, одеждой, постельным и полотенцами по лучшим ценам (дешевле Гранд базара). Персонал приветлив и любезен. Один из администраторов говорит на русском языке. Размеры номера не очень привычны. Окна «запотевали»

- Yousuf (9/5): Tolle Adresse in Istanbul! - Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, bereitet sogar Frühstückspakete vor, falls ihr früh auschecken müsst. Der Zimmerservice war zuverlässig und wirklich jeden Tag vor Ort. Das Frühstück war frisch und reichhaltig. Für den Preis wirklich absolut empfehlenswert. In den Zimmern hätte man ganz leicht einen Kleiderhaken oder ähnliches in den Eingangsbereich hängen können, für Jacken, etc. So war der Kleiderschrank immer voll und die Stühle immer belegt, ihr wisst wie das ist :D Das ist aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Top Hotel!

- Ahmed (9/5): - Everything is at a walking distance from here, metro station is close by, it is a very happening place, beiyazat mosque and main road are too close by. Staff is very professional and kind, they even gave me an Istanbul kart to begin with so I don't have to worry about getting one while travelling solo. They helped me arrange my pick and drop facility as well from the airport. Over all a wonderful experience. And the top floor room balcony in March is an amazing experience ! There can be more menu options in room service for lunch and dinner .

- Mirha (9/5): - Lokacija je odlična, hotel je čist i uredan, osoblje je ljubazno. Bili smo u trokrevetnoj sobi, koja je udobna i čista. Doručak je sasvim ok, ima dovoljno izbora i veoma je ukusno pripremljeno. Nedostaje ormara, posebno za trokrevetnu sobu, pa smo najveći dio odjeće morali držati u koferu i to bih navela kao jedini nedostatak.
- Aleksey (10/5): - Цена, персонал, завтраки хорошие. Тонкие стены, мы смотрели телевизор и нас стучали соседи что громко, хотя было не громко :)
- Gargulakova (10/5): - Skvelá výnimočná poloha, ubytovanie pekné, čisté, každý deň upratovali a dopĺňali čisté uteráky. Raňajky veľmi chutné a bohatý výber, personál bol veľmi milý a ústretový. Plánujem sa tam vrátiť. Hlučnosť z izby nad nami... ale to je malý detail. Veľmi sme boli spokojní.
