• Deborah OBERON (8/5): 4 jours à Rome - La propreté des lieux, le petit déjeuner à disposition 24h/24, par temps de canicule comme on a eu c'était plaisant en rentrant l'après midi ou le soir de boire un jus frais. La gentillesse du personnel. La possibilité de laisser nos bagages avant notre arrivée en chambre ou après notre départ. Le lit était inconfortable. Le matelas beaucoup trop dur...

• Jose Manuel (10/5): Perfecto para Roma - Ubicacion muy cerca de una parada del bus. Es una zona tranquila pero con restaurantes cerca. Lo mejor de todo la atencion y trato de las dos chicas de la recepcion del hotel. Tambien la rapidez en solucionar un pequeño problema. Lo solucionaron muy rapido aun siendo domingo Por encontrar algo en lo que mejorar, hoy en dia la television ya podria ser smart.
• Magdaléna (8/5): Ideální pro lidi kteří mají rádi soukromí. - Ubytování v klidné části. Naproti přes cestu malý obchod, kolem kavárny a výborná restaurace. Snídaňový kout byl přístupný celý den. Bohužel WIFI nefungovala. Pro holky které mají delší vlasy doporučuji si vzít fén, tím který byl na pokoji budete vlasy foukat tak hodinu. Ručníky se každý den neměnily, takže kdo se sprchujete více denně tak vám ručníky neuschnou. Na snídani bylo opravdu jedno a to samé každý den. Žádná změna. Pouze sladké pečivo, jogurty nějaké cereálie. Kávovar moc dobře kávové kapsle nepřetlačil.

Nice cafe and restaurants a few doors away. Elevator is really small and sometimes the wait was long even though it wasn’t in use. City centre was in walking distance but could be difficult in the heat.

• Christian (7/5): Notre séjour à Rome. - Accueil chaleureux et réactif, chambre moderne avec un grand lit confortable et une salle de bain très correcte. Emplacement très bien situé à proximité des transports en commun pour visiter Rome. Pas de pression ni d'eau chaude le premier jour du séjour. Draps et serviettes changés au bout de 4 jours au lieu de 3 jours. Manque une deuxième chaise confortable dans la chambre pour déjeuner. Bouquet des chaînes télévisions très restreint : aucune chaîne française ou anglaise , y comprise les chaînes d'information. Petit-déjeuner moyen à base de produits secs emballés, grosso modo sans produits frais. A noter tout de même, la mise en place d'une panière de fruits par la propriétaire des lieux pour répondre à notre attente et ce, sans surcoût. Contrairement à la présentation sur internet, il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel mais d'un appartement hôtel à 5 chambres avec un espace commun composé d'un sas d'entrée et d'une cuisine uniquement pour préparer les déjeuners de type AIRBNB.
• Rhaiane (7/5): Excelente custo-benefício! - A localização é boa, é possível ir a pé nos pontos turísticos e também ir e voltar a pé da estação Roma Termini. O quarto é bom, tem frigobar e as roupas de cama são de boa qualidade, macias e limpas. A limpeza do quarto estava ótima, a climatização funcionava perfeitamente, tanto frio quanto quente! Também disponibilizaram chá no quarto, com uma chaleira. Além disso, tinha o café disponível 24 horas, com opções de biscoitos, cereais, leite, suco, iogurte e café em cápsula (muito bom). Perdemos o código para acessar o quarto, porém rapidamente a situação foi solucionada com o auxílio da recepcionista do hotel parceiro (Porta Pia), que a propósito, foi uma querida, muito gentil. Também foi possível deixar as malas na recepção após o checkout, sem nenhuma cobrança adicional. Pontos a melhorar: chuveiro com a queda d’água muito fraca.

• Dóra (8/5): - Számunkra nagyon kellemes környék volt. A szobánk mindig tiszta volt és szerettünk visszaérkezni, a személyzet rettentően segítőkész és aranyos! Ez nem negatívum, de fontos, hogy le legyen töltve a whatsapp, mert ott küldik meg a belépéshez az útmutatót becsekkolás után, (ami egy másik hotelben történik) de segítséggel sikerült elfoglalni a szállást.

• italo remo (7/5): - La posizione è comoda , in un quartiere bello, con molti servizi e dal quale ci si può muovere facilmente verso il centro città con una bella passeggiata o con i mezzi pubblici. La struttura è pulita e ben tenuta. Gli spazi, tanto in camera quanto nelle zone comuni sono sacrificati. La colazione (abbondante e sempre disponibile) la fai i camera e lo spazio in camera per le valigie è poco. Con un trolley, 2 zaini ed una borsa computer abbiamo già dovuto arrangiarci.

A bejelentkezéssel kapcsolatos nem várt nehézségek ( máshol volt a recepció , mint ahova a cím szólt ) , ez nagyon megnehezítette és megkeserítette a szállás elfoglalását ….főleg egy hosszú utazás , egy fárasztó nap után ez nem esett jól …ezt a kellemetlen szituációt , az előre!! ( és nem utólag ) megadott pontos információk közlésével, el lehetett volna kerülni . ..( Reception is in via messina 25 Hotel porta pia second floor)

Poco caudal de agua caliente en la planta 1. Al tener subcontratada la recepción al hotel Porta Pia que esta cerca, es difícil hacer llegar las peticiones. Solo fuimos un fin de semana así que no fue problema.

• Erik (7/5): - Raňajky (bábovka, koláč, cookies, cereálie, džús) boli prístupné po celý deň, takže po celodennom výlete sme sa mohli hocikedy občerstviť. Bolo treba čakať viac ako minútu, na to kým začne tiecť teplá voda. Naviac tiekla veľmi slabým prúdom.

Lokalizacja trochę na minus bo jednak do większości rzeczy jest spory kawał np Watykan 4.5 km, coloseum też pół godziny drogi, trzeba się nastawić na dużą ilość chodzenia W pokoju nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji/toalety Trochę słaba komunikacja miejska do tego pensjonatu

• Jasenka (7/5): - The rooms were neat and clean, cleaned daily. The neighborhood was safe and pleasant. Bus close by. Breakfast was served all day but there was only one chair and a small table in the room so we had to put the food trays on the bed to eat. We contacted the hosts exclusively via whatsapp. It was a little strange, aldough everything turned out fine. There was no reception, we only saw a cleaning lady .Their partners are in the hotel around the corner, but they didn't want to book a taxi for us, they told us to contact the hosts from Home 77 via Whatsapp for that service. Finally we downloaded itTaxi app and did it ourselves. Didn' t like their approach though.

• Natalie (8/5): Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden es weiter empfehlen. - Die Lage war super. Ein Supermarkt und die Bushaltestellen gleich ums Eck. Tolle Bars in der Nähe und nur 20-30 minuten mit dem Bus zum Stadtzentrum war mega. Der Service war super. Wir hatten ein kleines kaltwasser Problem und sie haben uns direkt ein alternatives Zimmer angeboten. Das war super cool. Das Gepäck wurde von ihnen dann umgezogen. Echt super! Der Kaffee war von Kapseln, aber so lecker!! Auf den habe ich mich jeden morgen gefreut. Leider waren Bauarbeiten vormittags (Ausschlaftag) zu hören. Aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür.

• Joel (5/5): Rome Eternal City... mi amore - The hotel is conveniently located right by a bus stop, making it easy to get around. The building itself has that classic, charming character you’d expect in Rome, but the interior is surprisingly modern—I really loved that contrast. The surrounding area is fantastic, offering a more authentic experience away from the crowded tourist spots. There are plenty of great local restaurants nearby, as well as a market, which adds to the overall appeal. Our room was a good size for three guests, and the bed was comfortable enough for a pleasant stay. The kitchen and breakfast setup were also very enjoyable, with a nice selection of pastries, cakes, cereals, and coffee-making facilities. It was a relaxed, self-service style, which made it easy to help yourself and start the day at your own pace. They left a bottle of wine as a gift for my sister's birthday which is very thoughtful of the staff. Grazie Mille! While the stay had its positives, there were a few drawbacks worth noting. There is no staff on-site to assist upon arrival, as communication is handled via WhatsApp. Although this is understandable for a B&B-style setup, it would have been reassuring to have someone available in person—especially for first-time arrival—given that there is a sister property just a few steps away. The building’s age is part of its charm, but unfortunately, the drainage system leaves much to be desired. The shower cubicle, in particular, drains very slowly, which was quite inconvenient. The water is also noticeably hard, leaving hair feeling dry and coarse. While I appreciate that this can be typical in an ancient city like Rome, it was still a noticeable downside. Another point to consider is that there is an additional charge for extra or fresh towels. While I understand the intention to be environmentally conscious, it does feel a bit restrictive, as basic hygiene and comfort should come as standard during a stay.

• Maroš (3/5): Nadšenie strieda realitu - sklamanie - Páčil sa nám bonus v podobe raňajok a najmä veľmi dobrá káva. Oceňujeme aj rýchlu a ochotnú komunikáciu cez WhatsApp, napríklad pri riešení problému so vstupnou bránou na kód. Spoločné priestory boli čisté a udržiavané bez výhrad. Po príchode do izby nás nepríjemne prekvapil silný zápach z odtoku v kúpeľni. Ten sa dal zmierniť iba pri úplne otvorených oknách. Okná ani balkón však nebolo možné nastaviť na vetračku – iba úplne otvoriť alebo zatvoriť, čo je nepraktické napríklad pri odchode z apartmánu alebo pri daždi. Fotografie izby uvedené pri rezervácii ani tie v rozhraní https://app.scidoo.com/ nezodpovedali skutočnému stavu. Najväčším problémom bola kúpeľňa, ktorá bola zjavne dlhodobo zanedbaná. Pleseň sa nachádzala prakticky po celej kúpeľni + v izbe – v rohoch stien, okolo okien, na stenách aj v ďalších miestach. Pôsobilo to tak, že problém je dlhodobý a neriešený. Sprchový kút navyše nemal časť zatváracieho krídla a bol nahradený starším závesom. Voda zo sprchy odtekala veľmi pomaly, takže sprchovanie bolo dosť komplikované. Ubytovanie má potenciál, no kvôli výraznej plesni v kúpeľni, zápachu z odtoku a rozdielu medzi fotografiami a realitou bol celkový dojem z pobytu výrazne horší, než sme očakávali.

• Natashia Maria (8/5): - Buona posizione, bella struttura. Non è colpa della struttura, ma di qualche inquilino del bed and breakfast che ha suonato spesso il campanello anche di notte, forse perché aveva dimenticato il codice di accesso.

• Davide (9/5): - La struttura dista 5/6 minuti di taxi dalla stazione termini… il centro è facilmente raggiungibile sia in taxi che con i mezzi pubblici….Stanza pulita e molto ordinata , spazi condivisi curati e con tutto ciò dicii si ha bisogno ….letto comodo … colazione abbondante .

Prima di tutto, vorrei sottolineare l’eccellente comunicazione prima del viaggio – il personale è stato molto disponibile, ha risposto rapidamente a tutte le domande e ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie. La camera era pulita, ordinata e accogliente, quindi il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. Inoltre, la posizione è molto comoda – ben collegata con il centro città, e la stazione Termini si trova nelle vicinanze, il che rende facile spostarsi o arrivare/partire. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole a Roma.

• orlando (6/5): Pas plus de nuits - Emplacement impeccable et proche des transports de bus, le restaurent associé pour les dîners très bien et bon. Salle bains exigu et pas de pression d eau à la douche et problème d arrivée d’eau chaude. Petit déjeuner très basique et produits de qualité médiocre pas top du tout.

• Deborah (9/5): Great location, very comfortable older style hotel, - Location is great. Close enough to walk to main sites but far enough away from the crowds. Also easily accessible by bus or metro. Rooms were good size. And the all day snacks and breakfast were very good. It was a very good visit. TV was a little old so couldnt want streaming services, but it wasnt a bit deal as we were in Rome so there were better things to do.

• Petra (6/5): - The design and equipment was very nice, bed was comfortable and the lady who is cleaning the rooms was very helpful and gave me the blanket I asked for. Thank you again. The room was cold, smelled strange, we got one blanket for two people and when I texted the owner and asked for second one he/she didn’t even reply. There was nothing for breakfast, only cheap cake from grocery store in front of the building. The same with the tea - not even green or mint tea, just black and fruit tea. The coffee machine didn’t work well as well… so much to learn how a good and comfortable apartment should look like.

• Helmut (8/5): Stadttrip Rom - Gute Lage, Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof in der Nähe. Preis Leistung war ok Geräumiges Zimmer Kommunikation über WhatsApp mit dem Management, zeitnahe Reaktion. Frühstücksbuffet stand ganztägig zur Verfügung, Croissants und Kuchen gab es im Laufe des Tages neu. Ital. Frühstück etwas spartanisch, kein Frühstücksraum mit Tischen und Stühlen. Wir haben auf dem Zimmer gefrühstückt — gleich daneben.

• Adriana (8/5): Przyjemny pobyt - Apartament położony jest w odległości 40 minut pieszo od głównych atrakcji Rzymu, ale blisko Galerii Borghese. W pokoju znajdowała się mała lodóweczka oraz zestaw do kawy i herbaty. Codziennie pani sprzątająca wynosiła śmieci i lekko sprzątała. W obiekcie dostępne słodkie śniadanie (codziennie to samo: płatki, mleko, sok, dwa rodzaje ciasta, rogaliki, ciasteczka) oraz kawa i herbata bez ograniczeń. Łatwy dostęp do apartamentu, przyjemna okolica, szczelne okna (mimo sporego hałasu na zewnątrz bez problemu się wysypialiśmy). W okolicy supermarkety, ale także restauracje oraz pizza na kawałki jako alternatywa dla słodkich sniadań. Bardzo długo trzeba było czekać na ciepłą wodę, plus ciśnienie było bardzo bardzo słabe (apartament mieści się w starej kamienicy). Kołdra powinna być mimo wszystko obleczona, bo obiekt jej raczej nie pierze (śpi się pod prześcieradłem, a na nim jest kołdra).
