- Bettina (8/5): Wohlfühl-Ort bei jedem Wetter - Gute Lage (direkt an der Tram, Supermarkt um die Ecke, viele Restaurants fussläufig), geräumige Wohnung, Fahrstuhl, gute Küchenausstattung, gemütliches Sofa, Balkon, sehr guter Wasserdruck (eine Freude zu duschen), Waschmaschine. Auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet. Super gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Butterweiche Matratzen, sehr durchgesessene, ungemütliche Küchenstühle, hellhörig (innerhalb des Hauses, weil Altbau - aber auch zur Strasse)

- Mandy (7/5): - Es war alles in bester Ordnung nur die Schlafcouch war sehr ungemütlich aber sonst hat alles gepasst. Würden immer wieder kommen.
- Marjam (3/5): Viel zu aufwändige Buchung und unnötige Probleme für einen kurzen Trip. - Die Lage war super, großes Apartment, schöne Küche Die Kaution wurde unrechtmäßig einbehalten. Das Personal war in der Kommunikation äußerst abweisend und drohte mit zusätzlichen Kosten, falls ich weiterhin auf mein Recht bestehen sollte. Die telefonische Mitarbeiterin kannte offenbar weder die eigenen Hausregeln noch die AGB, und das Gespräch wurde beendet, ohne dass mir weitergeholfen wurde. Die Buchung war sehr aufwändig. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war (abgesehen von Bad und Küche) alt und schlicht. Zudem war die Wohnung extrem hellhörig, sodass wir nachts mehrfach wach wurden und dadurch sehr unruhig und schlecht geschlafen haben.

- Gilbert (8/5): - Slaapkamer niet aan straatkant dus redelijk rustig. Goede waterstraal in douche. Veel eetmogelijkheden in de buurt. Midden in de wijk dus je voelt het Berlijnse leven. Supermarkt vlakbij. Communicatie vooraf was goed. Borg 300 wordt ook genoemd. Tip: jüdisches Museum en Haus der Wannsee Konferenz. Bed 140 breed en 1 matras. Kan warm zijn in appartement. Toen wij er waten was het 16 graden, maar ik vond het al warm. In bad douchen. Geen ard en zdf op tv. Is vreemd....allen commerciele zendets.

Coffee machine was a fantastic extra too. Shower was powerful, bathroom was big. Loved it. Nothing at all, it was perfect for us.

- Matthew (6/5): Great other than beds and pillows - The bathroom was great, shower powerful and hot water abundant. Check in and out was easy and the location was good It was the beds, or worse the pillows. The main bed was small, seemed a bit smaller than a double. The sofa bed was about as comfortable as a sofa bed usually gets which is fair enough. Maybe I’m just used to a big bed at home and it would be OK for others but for us it was too small. The pillows were the worst. They were big but squashed to flat, and there were no other options. No neck support for me means bad shoulder and no sleep. If you like feather pillows don’t let it put you off but I barely slept and found I was dreading going to bed.

- Astrid (8/5): - Alles gut organisiert, ein hübsches, etwas geschützt liegendes Apartment, zugleich sehr zentral im alternativen Friedrichshainer Ausgehviertel und fußläufige Anbindung auch zu Nahverkehr und Supermärkten. Die Wohnungen liegen in einem Berliner Altbau und sind von daher relativ hellhörig, aber zum Glück hielten sich andere Mieter / Reisende an die Ruhezeiten. Dadie Wohnung zugleich so zentral liegt, hört man auch Partys, die gar nicht im Haus, sondern sonstwo in der Umgebung stattfinden, aber damit muss man in dem Viertel eben einfach rechnen.

Great location near public transport and with plenty of restaurants around and stores Unfortunately the apartment I was in was on the 4th floor in a building with no elevator access. Might not be ideal if you have mobility issues or if you have heavy bags. The apartment had a lovely kitchenette, well equipped with essential kitchenware and appliances. Sadly the one thing that was missing was a MICROWAVE which I actually needed. Had to improvise warming my food in the oven - not convenient at all.

The upfront payment and check-in process is complex and a bit of a pain. Descriptions follow after you reserve at Booking. Then second round of deposit blocking. Very different when you are used to receptions desks.

- Neil (7/5): Very nice and in a "fascinating" part of east Berlin. Its quirky - read vibrant and very liberterian - Apartment has 2 double bedrooms, plus additional sleeping, yet a kettle and toaster for 2 persons, meaning a bit of a wait for tea and toast if coffee isn't your thing...?

- Daniel (9/5): - Küche, Lage und der Balkon waren Klasse. Das Personal in der Support Hotline war super freundlich und hat geholfen wo sie nur konnten. Leider ist der Fernseher ein recht altes Model. Hier wäre ein moderner Smart TV schön gewesen um Abend noch entspannt ein wenig Netflix zu schauen. Die anderer Sache ist das Bett. Hier wäre eine großes Bett statt 2 einzelnen schöner für uns gewesen, aber das wussten wir ja auch schon vorher.
- Reinate (8/5): mooie, schoon appartement! - via de mail kreeg ik in de middag de toegangscode van de deur. Werkte makkelijk en snel. Je hoefde dus niet op een bepaald tijdstip je aan te melden. Mooie grote/ruime kamers en super schoon! Appartement zit vlakbij de metro dus je kan gemakkelijk hiermee naar centraal station/underground e.d. waardoor je goed Berlijn kunt ontdekken! Leuke eettentjes om de hoek, dus prima locatie bank en eetkamerstoelen zijn wat ouder, waardoor ze minder lekker zaten. 1 'nadeel" was dat toilet ook in de badkamer zit, maar goed verder geen klachten!

- ELISABETH (9/5): Très bel appartement - Appartement très confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de soin. Les informations pour accéder à l'appartement étaient très claires. Quartier calme avec restaurants, cafés et supermarchés à proximité. Les métros ou gares sont à environ 15 minutes à pied, ce qui ne peut pas plaire à tout le monde mais qui n'a pas été un problème pour nous. Attention aux personnes à mobilité réduite, nous étions au 4e étage et il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur.
