- Verified traveler (2/5): Extremely unpleasant stay - Bad experience staying in the hotel. Thought this hotel offers 24h check-in hence I book the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel around 2plus am (late flight), the staff insist that I can only check in at 12pm.Being left with no choice since I was misled by the information on the internet and no other hotels available, my family and I stayed at the lobby for about 3 hours (getting biten by lots of mosquitoes ) before the staff decide to give us a standard room for us to rest and telling us that we will only get 1 deluxue room in the noon. During the 3hours at the lobby,the staff even show us attitude.Despite me insisting that I had book 2 deluxe rooms, the staff keep telling us the hotel is full.
Thus the whole family of 5 was squeezed inside a standard room with no alternative.
The bath tub in the deluxue room that was given to us later on had a disgusting red stain that nobody dare to use and one of the table lamp was spoilt. The light was quite dim in the room. And I don't like the idea of a fan blowing inside the toilet. Imagine one standing underneath without any clothes....
The food there was not very nice too. Though the breakfast buffet is until 10am,there was not much food left when we went down around 8.30...
The wi fi was not very good too.
To sum up, it was not a good experience for me.
Would not be going back to the hotel again.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Hotel OK in Bangkok - Not really what we got in Thailand for the same price. The breakfast was not for European Foreigners but more for Asian Too salty. We had some problem with the room, it was smelling really bad. they offer us to change room.
The area is not too bad is really close from all the shopping. I will still not recommended this hotel.

Very small Elevator and until 7th floor , but double room at 8 th floor . Feel tired to walking up floor.

My flight was delayed and even if I had prepaid my room they cancelled my reservation and I had to wait a whole day to get another room. not a place I will go back to at any time
- GODWIN (8/5): BUDGET HOTEL WITH AMPLE COMFORTS. - HAD JUNIOR SUITE FOR 3 DAYS IN THIS HOTEL.CLEAN BUT NO FRILLS LARGE ROOM WITH LARGE TWIN BED AND A CAMP COT FOR THE DAUGHTER.MINI FRIDGE AND A KETTLE WERE GIVEN.ROOM CLEANED DAILY BED LINEN AND TOWELS CHANGED DAILY.COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST BETWEEN 7 AM AND 10 AM THOUGH MONOTONOUS WAS SUMPTUOUS [RICE,NOODLES VEGETABLES,SAUSAGES,CHICKEN,BEEF, EGGS ,FRESH FRUITS, BREAD ,BUTTER ,JAM,COFFEE AND ORANGE JUICE] .DELHI DHABA IS IN THE BACKSTREET IF YOU MUST HAVE INDIAN FOOD.TOILETS WERE CLEAN AND WAS NOT SMELLY.ELEVATOR SMELLED OF COCKROACHES AND CORRIDORS OF SPICY FOOD.STAFF THOUGH HELPFUL HAD DIFFICULTY COMMUNICATING IN ENGLISH.ALL THE MALLS AND SIAM OCEAN WORLD ARE QUITE NEAR.

- Traveller (2/5): Most miserable hotel service i have ever seen - My stay at Ten Star Inn was one of the most miserable experiences ever encountered. I have written the same as a feedback to the hotel and i wish to share the same here so that others can benefit from my experience. We had booked a triple occupancy room, but unfortunately one of my friend could not make it. So it was just two of us in one room. When we asked for drinking water on the first night, we were informed that only 2 bottles are complementary irrespective of the number of people residing. To add fuel to the fire, there was no room service, and we had to go down our self to get a bottle of water. The second day since we were out of the hotel exploring Bangkok, our room was not cleaned. On inquiring with the reception, we were informed that since no one was in the room the room was not cleaned. Now i wish to ask fellow travelers here,,, how many of us stay in the room so that room service can clean it ?? This was told to the reception at 5pm and still when we were back at 7pm the room was untouched, Second day was without water or soap or clean towels. The staff is extremely rude and keep talking amongst themselves in Thai, ignoring our complaints. Trust me friends... this hotel is surely not worth even a single star!!!
