Kate (1/5): Never going back! - There was good security. We booked a twin room and when we arrived it was set up as a king. The receptionist did not believe us when we told her we booked a twin and neither did the manager. It was already late and she was not apologetic at all that they had messed up. It took them 45 minutes to get the manager to decide that housekeeping should be called to reset the beds as twins and a further 50 mins for that to be done. No apology for the fuck up let alone an offer of anything comped to make up for their mistake. The room was not according to the pictures and had broken counter tops in the bathroom and shitty tiny shower mat that just let the floor of the bathroom flood when you opened the shower door. The pool was dirt and didnt look like the luxury pool facilities advertised in the pictures.

Doug (10/5): Excellent place, great value, very handy location (near Melrose Arch area). - Huge space at a great value. Very clean. Very comfortable bed and AC. Not a “dislike” but a suggestion: it was wonderful to have a washing machine, but there was no detergent to use with it. Having enough detergent to do a few loads would be a big help. Not a lot of places nearby within walking distance (that we could find) to buy a little bit of laundry detergent.

Allan (10/5): - I travel a lot for business, and the apartment was perfect!. 24 hour check in was great with no pressure to check in at a certain time - good for business travel. The unit was VERY clean ... spotless in fact - very comfortable bed, I slept straight through on both nights which is unusual when I travel. TV and aircon worked well without any glitches. The shower pressure was great - one of my pet hates. Very spacious. I will used this property again and happy to recommend to other business traverlers. No breakfast option - had to walk across to Melrose Arch. No coffee machine and fresh milk - instant only.

Luigi (8/5): - Position , very near to Melrose Arch. The location is very safe and the kindness of personal deserve a 10! Perfect daily clean service. In Melrose Arch (10 minutes walk by feet) you can find everything you need for a relaxed stay. If you rent an apartment, you will have Woolworth supermarket very close, you can cook whatever you want. In Melrose Arch anyway there are restaurant of all kinds and international. When is cold the AC pump didn't warm enough even at max power, maybe cause i had the Apartment at ground level. In the sleeping room the AC pump is placed directly on the Bed over the head. But for a trip in the warm season this would not be a problem.

Equipe muito boa, alegre e atenciosa, com exceção de um recepcionista, cujo nome não sei, infelizmente... Cheguei ao aeroporto e havia dois taxis me esperando... Desconfiei que um deles queria aplicar um golpe... Acabei optando pelo motorista que me foi informado ao fazer a reserva no "site" do Booking... Quando cheguei ao hotel, o recepcionista me tratou muito mal, dizendo que eu deveria ter tomado o táxi que o hotel enviou... Pior: eu pedia minha chave e ele não dava, repetindo insistentemente:_ You have to understand blá, blá, blá....... Ele só me deu a chave após no mínimo meia hora de discussão, e só o fez quando eu liguei para o outro taxista pedindo que ele chamasse a polícia... Isso não aconteceria se uma das meninas estivesse na recepção... Elas foram muito gentis, educadas e amigáveis...

Was generally pleased with almost everything except for the lack of a bathtub in my executive room. Only a shower is available in what they call an executive room. Not everyone is a fan of taking showers. Lack of a bathtub in my booked executive room - definitely nothing executive about that.
