• ANNA (10/5): - Расположение, метро и трамвай в пешей доступности мин 8-10. Наличие лифта в отеле, завтраки не разнообразные, но нам его было вполне достаточно (омлет, вареные яйца, сосиски, различные сырные и мясные нарезки, йогурты, хлопья, фрукты, чай, кофе, айс чай, вода, маковый и яблочный штрудель. Кому важно - персонал на ресепшен русскоговорящий.
• Miyet (1/5): Not a relaxing hotel to stay with - The breakfast is ok. The room is clean and spacious. We were assigned in a room on the first floor infront of the main road and beside the laundry. We could hear the cars passing and some ambulance and on the other side the machines from the laundry and the linen room door opening and closing. There was also a strange noise from upstairs, 6 times thud sound every now and then. The beds are not comfortable, it is making so much noise in every move like there is a thick plastic cover under. So you are literally surrounded with noise. Imagine trying to get a peaceful sleep after a long day of walking around the city. The mini fridge is not working. I complained but the reception just said sorry and they cannot do anything about it. If you want to have a relaxing and peaceful stay, don't book in this hotel.

• Ibolya (10/5): Tiszta, jó elhelyezkedésű - A szállás közel van a 22-es villamos megállóhoz, amivel a legtöbb látnivaló megközelíthető, meg a C metró megállóhoz (2 megálló a központi pályaudvar), így könnyű volt a közlekedés. A reggeli finom volt és bőséges. A szobák belső udvarra néztek, így csöndesek voltak. Nem volt ilyen.

• Valentin (10/5): A highly comfortable and well-located stay, with excellent service and thoughtful touches throughout - The hotel enjoys an outstanding location in a central, highly safe, and very convenient area. We reached it quickly from the airport, and given our late arrival flight, we greatly appreciated the exceptional flexibility of a complimentary late check-in around 00:00. This is an especially noteworthy gesture, considering that many other hotels in Prague charge additional fees for this service. The breakfast was truly excellent, offering a wide and high-quality selection that exceeded our expectations. We were also pleasantly surprised by thoughtful touches such as complimentary umbrellas provided to guests during one slightly rainy day of our stay. In addition, we were very grateful for the hotel’s willingness to store our luggage after check-out, which allowed us to explore the city comfortably until our evening departure. We would like to sincerely thank you for your warm hospitality and professionalism. We would be delighted to return on our next visit to Prague. While the overall experience was excellent and the hotel met a very high standard in most respects, there were a couple of minor aspects worth noting. With the window open, the room was noticeably affected by street noise, which could become disruptive at times. That said, this issue was fully resolved once the window was closed, when the sound insulation proved to be very effective and the room became quiet and comfortable. Additionally, the surrounding area - while extremely central and convenient - feels quite tourist-oriented, with nearby shops and services tending to have significantly higher prices compared to less tourist-heavy districts of Prague. Despite these small inconveniences, they did not meaningfully impact the overall quality of the stay.

Die Lage ist ein bisschen weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, und der Parkplatz ist nicht direkt am Hotel, was etwas umständlich war. Die Dame an der Rezeption war zwar professionell, aber ein freundlicheres Auftreten wäre schön gewesen. Außerdem war das Bett leider nicht sehr bequem
