- Yusuf (2/5): - The rooms had old food under the sofa. The furniture was badly stained and the sinks had a sewer smell coming from them.
- Dilek (8/5): Great service, would return ... - It was a perfect location for our visit. Couple of minutes away from public transport stops. Very, very wellcoming helpfull staff from our check in to check out time. We arrived early to the hotel, as our room was available they let us check in early. Breakfast had great selections in open buffet style. You would not leave the place hungry. Staff regularly cleaned tables, get rid off empty containers and refilled the buffet area. House keeping ladies were great with our enquiry about a shower head- I didn't know how to use it! When I break my mobile phone's charger - late evening- a young gentleman at the lobby, charged my phone for me. We stayed in a double room, shower area may have slight design fault, even with screen, water ends up going everywhere ! Luckly house keeping team gave 2 floor mats. Over all, good hotel and great team with great Turkish hospitality. Thank you.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive (9/10), and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. I really enjoyed the breakfast – great variety and quality (9/10), definitely a lovely way to start the day. The location is perfect (10/10), close to everything you might need, whether it’s shopping, dining, or sightseeing. I 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’m sure you’ll love it just as much as I did!

- Ezra (4/5): - The woman at the reception desk is the rudest person i have ever encountered she does not look at guests and yells at them ehen they ask any questions. The male staff were friendly and kind though. Other than that the ac in the room barely functions and it is extremely hot all the time. It times out after 20 minutes so you need to keep resetting it throughout the night and it only spits out air that I wouldnt even call cool. Breakfast is okay 5/10. You can hear through the walls and the ceilings of the people on top of you. Total third world conditions. Oh and the toilets dont flush properly and make noise for house

- taghreed (4/5): Place needs to improve - -Some of the staff were nice and some were care free! -overuse of chemicals and harsh cleaning products(bleach specifically) hoping to whiten their very old sheets! for someone who has asthma or lungs sensitivity/ disease, ,that’s not ok! The sheets were very old and had stains and rips i asked to bring new sheets (never washed before ) they said we don’t have any I asked to wash the same sheets with water only so we can get rid of the bleach that’s sticking in the sheets (the answer was NO)! I had to cover the pillow with my clothes so i can sleep.. -the single bedrooms are so small,,check the size of the room in the room description section in their website so you don't get surprised! -the rooms on the 5th floor can be noisy in the early hours of the morning because the cafeteria is on the 6th floor and you will be hearing all the noise If you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in,don't get a room on that floor. -breakfast is repetitive every day it's the same it was generally ok but it could be better The breakfast place is so nice and clean.. -the hairdryer in my room was not working properly probably I called several times to get the issue fixed and i was asked to wait for 10 minutes for it to restart working again and it never worked again I have migraine headache and when my hair stays wet for a long time it's a big issue for me and the weather also was so cold that day After i kept calling they dragged me to another room to dry my hair :( - last but not leas

Personel her zaman gülümsüyordu ve bize çay servisi yapmaya veya bize şişe su vermeye hazırdı. Eve yorgun döndüğünüzde iyi karşılanacağınızı bilmek çok hoş, burada güzel bir atmosfer oluşuyor. Bir nokta, 506 numaralı odanın klimasını kontrol edin. Mart ayında pencereyi açık bırakabilirsiniz ama bu yaz hava çok sıcak olacak. Teşekkür ederim ve belki yakında İstanbul'da görüşürüz.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Centrally located hotel with kind reception - The hotel is centrally located, close to Osmanbey metro station, with numerous shops in the surrounding area. The reception staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, allowing us to check in earlier than expected and providing helpful assistance throughout our stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a wide variety of options. The only point to note is that the rooms are quite small. However, overall, it is a very good hotel with friendly staff and an excellent central location.

I had to share my bed with the suitcase because there was no room for it even on the floor. Size of the rooms must be clearly indicated on the description of the hotel. It was not a pleasant stay at all. Aysel, at the front desk was helpful but it was not enough.

- A A (8/5): Good value for money - The stuff is extremely friendly and the rooms were very friendly. However, the room is very small and it should be such a room. In order to move to the other side of the room , you need to jump over the bed.
- MA (6/5): - To be honest the hotel is good but the France room is small i don't recommend this type of room if you are not single and want to stay with your wife. Clean room and furnished is new and nice. Attention don't stay in fifth floor because you will get noise from restaurant floor is in sixth floor also smell of cooking it will reach you.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Clean, comfortable and great service. - After a late flight, we checked in at 3am and no problem at all - welcomed by very helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean and service was excellent throughout our 2 night stay. However, breakfast did not suit our tastes, as it catered for more Turkish and European tastes, so didn’t bother getting up for it on the 2nd morning.
