• Ali (8/5): Short and sweet. Amazing people at the reception. - Shin and Rafiq, excellent at their job, in fact they are the reason why I stayed longer at the facility. The rooms are not well kept, needs renovation and at least a carpet can do the magic.

• Andrea (7/5): - La ubicación está bien. Para una noche nos gustó y esta cerca de la estacion de autobús. La luz de la tv no se podia apagar y daba mucha luz por la noche. No tiene ventanas con vistas como tal, pero para una noche nos daba igual.

• David (6/5): - The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was an excellent location. It is an old hotel with a lot of noises, so people who prefer a quiet night might not like it too much. The room was very basic and no window, but you get what you pay for.

• shoon ngen (4/5): Budget hotel for short stay - Hair dryer provided, drinking water can get from water filter(not just limited to 2 bottles like most other hotels provided), kettle and 3 in 1 coffee provided. A lot of eateries nearby but mostly open late (early bird won't gets the worm). No slipper provided, bath room not properly designed after shower the toilet paper easily get wet. No cabinet to hang cloth, no private control for air-cond. Lavender MRT station is a bit far (10 - 15 minutes walk) and some distance without cover.

When we asked for a blanket, the staff member responded rudely and entered our room in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner. This stay did not meet basic hospitality standards. My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room and hallways were not clean, and there was a lot of noise, making it hard to sleep. • Greg (6/5): Good location and great staff - The hotel location and staff were wonderful. Awesome place to base exploring the centre of the city. Unfortunately there was a problem with our room. We were offered a change of rooms but opted to let them fix the problem. Should probably changed rooms as the issue was not resolvable despite their attempts

• 笨大喵 (7/5): - It's good to find a hotel in Singapore at this price. The location is really good, everything is within walking distance and you can save a lot of money. The receptionist can speak Cantonese and has a good attitude. The windows of the room were sealed.
• Jargon Jade (10/5): it was excellent! - I like that the receptionist named Sir Chris was very accomodating! and even if our check-in time was 3pm, we went there early around 11am, He Let us stay and check in without paying extra amount! and that is I think a good customer service! none so far
• Samy (1/5): A déconseiller même pour un court séjour ! - Pas grand chose Malheureusement, les conditions dans la chambre étaient extrêmement décevantes et ont rendu le séjour très inconfortable, voire invivable. Un bruit incessant provenant de l’évacuation des eaux et un brouhaha constant dans les couloirs, même à des heures très tardives, ont considérablement perturbé mon sommeil. La chambre ne disposait d’aucune fenêtre, ce qui est très problématique en termes de confort et de sécurité. Une forte odeur d’humidité permanente rendait l’atmosphère irrespirable. Dans ces conditions, il a été quasi impossible de dormir. Très déçu de cette expérience
