- Hannah (8/5): Fantastic location and comfy beds - It was a 1 minute walk to Trevi Fountain - so well located! The bed was really comfy I requested twin beds (I was travelling with my dad) but this wasn’t set up in our room. We also had no hot water one evening and there was very little communication from the front desk on when this would be restored (it was fixed the next lunchtime).

- Zm76 (10/5): Perfect stay - Perfect stay We are on our last night of a 4 night break here and we can’t fault the hotel. Rooms spotless Yes you can hear street noises but that adds to the charm in our opinion It’s right in the thick of everything near the Trevi fountain. I’ve celebrated my 50th birthday while here and they helped my husband decorate our room with banners, balloons, prosecco and chocolates I was so surprised We walked to most tourists attractions with ease and restaurants and bars within easy reach too. You pay for location here and it suited us perfectly. Thank you Trevi palace luxury inn and suites for making our stay just perfect.
- ianholliday5 (10/5): Great hotel - Cracking hotel stay literally 50 metres away from the fountain. Very good and clean room (drinks in fridge seemingly are part of the deal) good breakfast and great place to get to all the attractions. Deffo bring ear plugs as walls are thin. Loved our stay
- Hitgirl66 (10/5): Excellent stay - Excellent 4 night stay. Booked a triple room, ( twin beds and large sofa bed) . The room was lovely, well decorated , TV ( some channels showing American shows) very spacious, plenty of storage and even a small kitchenette ( 2 rings, fridge and coffee maker) . Fresh clean towels everyday and small bottles of toiletries available. The room overlooked the busy street , but the windows and shutters blocked out a lot of the noise. From the hotel it is a 5 minute walk to the Trevi fountain, 15 min walk to Pantheon and around 20 minutes to The Colosseum. We took a taxi to The Vatican ( 12 euros) but had a steady stroll back around 30 minutes . When visiting The Vatican remember the Pope carry’s out an audience on Sundays and Wednesdays so it is very busy and if you book a tour on these days it can be very rushed. There are ample restaurants as you walk down the street from the hotel with the prices for meals and cocktails roughly the same price wherever you eat. The reception staff were really friendly, spoke very good English and went above and beyond to help with booking taxis and directions. Would highly recommend for location and service from the hotel staff.

I wish I had he cleaning products they used because the room smelt amazing!! Breakfast was lovely, small hot selection and a good selection of continental breakfast options!! All round perfect few days spent in Rome and at Trevi Palace Luxury Inn- Thank you so much guys!!

- S4783EVsteven (10/5): Amazing stay in beautiful rome - After reading some of the reviews I was a little worried, but I needn't of been, greeted at reception by lovely lady(didn't remember her name, but long black hair and glasses) gave us great recommendations for places to eat and not eat, can recommend that's amore pasta restaurant just up the street, otherwise avoid round the trevi fountain, very pushy. Gave us a map and explained where all the sights were, literally everywhere is walkable. Room was clean, was quiet as in middle of hotel (boticelli 1) no noise from street. Only downside was we could hear man in next room snoring as walls were thin 😅. Breakfast was fine, everything you'd expect. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

- tuckerno1 (6/5): Maybe once upon a time this was decent but not now - Our room was dated. Room door wouldn’t open. Shower was broken. Mould all round tiles and silicone. View of an alley way where anything you can imagine that’s dodgy was happening. No English tea at breakfast. Thin walls can hear everything that happens and I mean everything. Shower doors broken. Staff were pleasant and the hotel location was within walking distance of pretty much everywhere you’d want to visit.
- H4605GTtonyl (4/5): Best part of this hotel are the receptionists who go the extra mile - We arrived early and was told our room was not ready, even though it's listed as 24 hour check-in. Location is great for a mid point to lots of tourist spots. We stayed in the Superior Suite on the top floor: room was good, beds were clean and soft, but could still hear the street noise though; on day 2 it rained and bathroom ceiling was leaking over the toilet; during that day of someone going to our room to fix said leak we had food stolen from our room! Air conditioning unit only worked for the first day. My wife said it could have felt like a palace but it no longer does. The shower window is also rotting wood and will soon break. Plus shower water or rain water + marble bathroom floor is a massive slip hazard. Breakfast was supposed to be hot but was luke warm at best and only had scrambled eggs, bacon and hotdog style sausages, everything else was pastries and cakes, fruit and cereals. Hot tub is shown on the pictures but it was not covered and had rain water and algae in the tub. The best part of the hotel was Chiara the receptionist, she actually cared about you and what you can do and her and Tabby were able to help me get a surprise for my wife's birthday at almost no notice, which is why I rated it 2 stars.
- janetaL9827ZE (8/5): Book with confidence - An amazing location! Literally 20 steps from Trevi Fountain. Very clean and modern. The breakfast menu is a buffet continental style and whilst there wasn't a massive choice there was certainly enough to have something different every day! Room was warm and comfortable and shower was good too! Our only criticism was the WiFi wasn't great and we couldn't get in our room. We did speak to the reception who said that they would look at the booster in the ceiling as this may be down as it should have worked.
- Elouise246 (2/5): Avoid at all costs!! - Here now - arrived around 12:30pm. I didn't even want to rate this 1 star - it's not even worthy of that. Paid £2k for 3nts and oh boy! Have I been scammed by Jet2/my travel agent!! Toilet has had to be turned off completely overnight as it just suddenly started flushing constantly by itself and no maintenance onsite until tomorrow. Heating is not working and the room is so cold I am getting cramp in my feet, and we are having to sleep in clothes/coats. Thermostat in room shows a temperature of -5°. Son sleeping on sofa bed in living area where there is zero privacy so he is having to remain clothed anyway as there are residential properties straight across from us who can fully see in the room. The room is absolutely riddled with black mold!!! Hazardous to health!!! Even if we did get the heating working I wont dare use it as the vent/fan is also full of black mold. The noise is ridiculous. We are on 3rd floor and might as well have beds directly on the street. Avoid at all costs!!

Great room that was really comfortable. Some minor cosmetic faults in the bathroom due to wooden windows in the shower that created mould but nothing that was an issue. Fridge, hob and coffee/tea facilities in the room. Breakfast is basic but has bacon, scrambled egg and sausages and more than I was expecting as usually just continental. Coffee is lovely. Staff are really nice and very accommodating. Considering its location the rooms are really quiet. Highly recommended
- Paul-22S (10/5): Wonderful - Stayed here for 5 nights, from 18th Jan to 23rd Jan. Staff at the hotel were pleasant and the hotel itself was clean and well presented. Breakfast was continental and always fresh. The room we stayed in had plenty of storage space and there was a safe in the room which was free. There was also a fridge in the room. The hotel is centrally located and less than a minutes walk to the trevi fountain. There is an abundance of restaurants, bars and gelato shops nearby as well as many amazing sights all within walking distance. We never bothered using local transport as the furthest we had to walk was 30 minutes to the Vatican. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

- Jannmarie (4/5): Very disappointed - We booked our entire holiday through loveholidays.ie and a few weeks before departure they changed our hotel reservation to the Trevi palace luxury inn. Well let me say it wasn’t luxury. We were in room 1 which had a spiral stairs to our room which was very narrow The room was clean but my opinion was it wasn’t suitable for 3 people. The leather couch was the 3 rd bed The large double need was comfortable but no proper duvet covers just a duvet with 2 sheets on it. The Bathroom was functional but the door on the shower only opened half way as the toilet was in the way. The linen and towels were clean as was the room. The room window was just view of other windows in a small covered area. There was nothing luxurious about that room. It was more hostel than hotel The plus side was its location was great beside all the bars and restaurants and the magnificent Trevi Fountain. the staff were pleasant On there website the all the rooms looked beautiful but the room we had was definitely not
- 204kikib (6/5): It was okay - Its not a palace - dont expect it to be and from the word go you wont be disappointed. Location - fantastic! Right in the heart of the action which as so many before me has commented comes with a downside....the noise. We unfortunately were put into a ground floor room - noise from the street and hotel noise of the cleaners and breakfast staff = very undisturbed 3 nights of sleep. The hotel rooms are dated; fittings falling down when opening the fridge; aged curtains which are weather beaten; scruffy marks in the bathroom and bedroom. However the cleaners done alright everyday fresh bed made and towels changed cannot fault them for that. The minibar - 2 bottles of beer; 1 bottle of water and a fruit juice in the middle of your fridge im not sure has a right to call itself a minibar but hey if you get short and cant be bothered walking the 2 mins to the supermarket then happy days for you. Breakfast was suitable for our needs; not overly warm but I put that down to poor guests not ensuring to close hot lids after taking their food. Would I stay here again - no. Would I recommend it - yes but I would manage people's expectations prior to their bookings.

- amandabN93PS (10/5): Great stay in great hotel - We have just returned after a short break at Trevi Palace luxury inn. We had a huge room, it was clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing even helped me arrange a birthday cake as a surprise for my sister. It has an excellent location steps from Trevi fountain and surrounded by loads shops, cafe, restaurants. Would book again
- elizabethash77 (8/5): Fantastic location - You cannot fault the location of this hotel, literally around the corner from the trevi fountain, 10 minutes to the pantheon, 20 minutes to the colosseum and 36 minutes to Vatican City. It was a perfect base. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast had a good choice. The room could do with updating, small things like bottom of the doors paint peeling, cobwebs on the ceiling etc. nothing too bad but not a palace or luxury unfortunately. The staff were also very friendly. Unfortunately due to the central location the street noise is pretty loud up to midnight, however the window shutters did a good job of blocking it out and we slept well, probably due to all the walking we did during the day! Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to be very central for a short break in a no frills establishment.

We upgraded to the top floor which if honest wasn't worth the money we paid but the room was clean and outside space large. Breakfast wasn't the best. - Vicky Tsami (9/5): A wonderful stay in the perfect location, made unforgettable thanks to Chiara’s amazing hospitality - Our stay at Trevi Palace Hotel was truly one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had, and a huge part of that was thanks to Chiara at the reception. I’m not entirely sure if I’m spelling her name correctly in Italian, but I absolutely want to mention her because she made our visit exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with a warm smile and genuine kindness. She was incredibly helpful—far more than we could have imagined. Always cheerful, always ready to assist, offering directions, recommendations, and thoughtful advice that really enriched our time in Rome. It’s rare to meet someone so professional and so sincerely attentive. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, just steps from everything. It has that charming, slightly old but very authentic Roman character, which we loved. We stayed as a family—my husband, my daughter, and I—and our room was surprisingly spacious, with two separate areas that made it very comfortable. Overall, Trevi Palace Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. But above all, it is the people—especially Chiara—who made this stay unforgettable. We would return in a heartbeat.

Amazing location, walking distance to most sights, as for the Vatican etc., 8 mins walk to Barberini Metro station and it's a couple of stops! Surrounded by scrumptious restaurants and cafe's selling cannoli and other pastries/desserts. Lovely choices for breakfast. Clean, tidy and presentable room - we stayed in Leonardo 3. Receptionist (really sorry, we didnt get your name! Woman with dark hair, red glasses) was absolutely lovely. Incredibly helpful and friendly. We will definitley be staying again when we next visit and have highly recommended this hotel to friends and relatives. Thank you for a delightful stay 💚🤍❤️

- QBea40 (10/5): A great base! - Perfect location - literally 10 seconds from the Trevi Fountain. Room was an excellent size , very clean with a huge, comfy bed. It is VERY noisy, until the early hours but it's central Rome, you should expect that. Take some ear plugs or AirPods and block it out. Bathrooms are clean, plenty of towels and a mini bar if you want it, but cheaper to go to the fab deli next door, or the liquor store 3 doors up. Breakfast is basic but fine to get you on your way - the one major improvement would be to offer decent coffee. Staff are all super lovely & helpful, can't fault them. A great, clean base if you go prepared for the expected noise and bustle. Would defo stay again. Avoid all the restaurants and bars on the street, total tourist rip off - worst cocktails ever at the bar straight opposite and the roof-top bar down the street (facing the fountain) has only 3 tables facing the fountain and the rest are stuffed in the back - where a cocktail costs €25 and a MOCKtail costs €20! €55 for a White Cab direct from the airport, €60 to go back, when arranged by the hotel - all worked seamlessly.
- peter (9/5): Quiet, spacious place to stay right in the heart of tourist Rome - Our 'room' turned out to be an amazing little apartment right round the corner from the Trevi fountain. Despite how busy the area and street is, the apartment itself was quiet, beautifully clean, spacious, and with a balcony and a little terrace to sit out on (facing inwardss to lots of buildings, which is why it was so quiet). The staff were really nice, and it even had a good breakfast. We loved it!

- Paul (1/5): Very disappointed - The location We booked the Deluxe Rooftop spa and veranda Apartment, which was expensive. Very unhappy with the apartment as it was very tired looking, curtains falling off their tracks and very old, dusty. The small kitchenette was unusable as the light above did not work nor did the exhaust fan and as it was in a very dark part of the room you just couldn’t see. The spa was very dirty and didn’t work. It wasn’t fixed until the last day of our trip but still couldn’t use due to it wasn’t hygienic. The reason we booked this apartment was for the spa. Rome is a walkable city and thought after a long tiring day a soak in the spa would be great. The whole apartment wasn’t up to a 4 star rating. To top it off the lift wasn’t working towards the end of our trip.

Very clean and immaculately cleaned each day with fresh towels. The reception gentleman on our arrival was helpful and very friendly allowing us to drop our case early (sorry we did not get your name!). Chiara on reception for the following 2 nights was delightful, so informative and welcoming...she is an asset to the hotel! Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for the location, the welcome and the variety of breakfast foods....you will not be disappointed 😊
- 3AlisonF (6/5): Dont be fooled. basic - This looked luxurious on paper from the 2016 photos.... It was basic to say the least. felt a bit shabby.... Certainly needs a bit of refurbishment if you are looking for a bit more comfort and class. Breakfast was continental but the hot food was poor. ie not hot and poor selection.

The room was just what we needed as we literally only slept there but it was clean and spacious with a lovely, firm mattress for sleeping off the 20,000 steps a day, limoncello and pasta. Would stay here again and have already recommended it to someone
- hollylT7949GM (4/5): Wouldn’t recommend this hotel! - We stayed in The Trevi Palace Luxury Inn. This hotel was a great location and friendly staff. However the room wasn’t how it looked when booking. The walls were damp and mouldy in the shower. There were scratches and marks on the walls and window ledges. In the bathroom it smelled of sewerage and wasn’t very pleasant when showering. The air conditioning left a funny smell, it got very warm in the room but with the bad smell we had to keep the fan off at all times. When we first entered were having troubles operating the fan so a staff member kindly came to help. The remote wasn’t working so he ripped the unit out which seemed fairly unprofessional. The opening door to the balcony only opened to a certain distance and we struggled to fit through. We were not promised outside space when booking the holiday which was a bonus when we arrived, but the space was not private in any way. For the 3 nights we stayed there we could hear everything going on in rooms above and beside us. Lots of banging, clattering and shouting which kept us awake and restless. We were away for an anniversary break and tried to make the most of this trip, this wasn’t very possible due to all the factors I have listed above. We didn’t have a great overall experience and for this will not be visiting Rome again.

- lauracH8626AM (2/5): Not a luxury stay - This room was despicable, on the ground level with a city alley next to it. We understand it's a busy area - but there was nothing in the room to rectify it (no sound proof). So noisy until after midnight, then at 0600 the noise restarted with the clanging of dishes, carts rolling, etc. Curtains did not cover the windows so we had the light from the alleyway in our room all evening. I did not feel safe in there, and my daughter and I avoided going back to the hotel until later at night. The room was musty smelling. The TV was not in the bedroom so if you wanted to be in your pajamas and comfortable in your bed, it wasn't happening. Breakfast, really? Scrambled eggs and hot dogs with very dry, stale bread and pastries. Worst coffee I have ever had. If you are placed on the ground floor, ask to be put on the higher floors. I really feel like I was done a disservice with the amount of money we paid, we were definitely ripped off. This is not a luxury hotel.

- 589leisag (10/5): Trevi Palace Luxury Inn - Brilliant location!! 2 min walk to the Trevi Fountain and 10 mins to the Spanish Steps!! Clean towels every day and rooms cleans daily also. Happy to book taxis whenever you wanted to go out. We had room Leonardo 1 which was an excellent room and looked out onto the main street, the main window shutters kept out all the street noise below. Breakfast was limited, same every day. Staff very friendly and always willing to help. We would happily visit again!!

- LGJ1588 (8/5): Excellent service handy location - Amazing service by all the staff from checking in, to wake up calls, early breakfast, taxi bookings etc. Stated in a three person suite with large terrace and two bathrooms. All nicely laid out with toiletries and towels replaced daily. Good location a few metres from the Trevi Fountain but even with the crowds, we couldn't hear anything in our room so gad a good sleep each night. Good air con, plus mini fridge and safe. Breakfast was good too. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for the warm welcome and excellent service. Grazie!

Allocated the loft room which is ground level plenty of space in the room , little noisy up to around 11pm with street noise and from 6:30-7am but didn’t really affect us as we were all tired with exploring Rome , shower was fabulous ,air con was much needed seeing as rome was between 37-40 degrees . The restaurant straight opposite the hotel is lovely as is that’s Amore which is at the end of the street away from the fountain

- A6898QQanthonys (4/5): Disappointing- Not as advertised - Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised We stayed at this hotel from July 15th to July 19th and were placed in a room called "The Loft." Unfortunately, it was far from what you'd expect a loft to be. The room layout was poorly designed: the A/C unit blew directly onto the person sleeping on one side of the bed, while the person on the other side—separated by a half wall—received no airflow at all. To make matters worse, the room was located on the first floor facing an alley, and there was a persistent sewage smell throughout our stay. The breakfast was very disappointing, with a limited selection and flies swarming around the food. Staff interactions were equally underwhelming—unhelpful and inattentive. Despite being marketed as a luxurious "palace," the experience was anything but. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- Hunter (10/5): - Overall a great stay! The hotel is in an absolutely prime location! Right in the heart of the old city, pretty much all the major attractions of Rome are in walking distance, from the Vatican to the Colosseum, you'll have no issues walking out the front door and going wherever you'd like. The area around the hotel is absolutely bustling and its absolutely surrounded by different shops and restaurants. The night life is great too, if you're into that! The staff at the hotel were also extremely helpful. I ran into an issue while on my travels and the hotel did absolutely everything they could to help me. I was extremely impressed! Overall very happy with my choice to stay here.

- kimmP8684ZT (8/5): Perfect Location for the Trevi Fountain – Would Definitely Return! - If you’re planning a trip to Rome and want to be right in the heart of it all, Trevie Luxury Hotel is a great pick! The location couldn’t be better – literally a 2-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. You can pop down any time of day (or night), and that’s exactly what we did! My top tip: visit the fountain really early in the morning or super late at night. We went at 3am and had the place almost to ourselves – it was peaceful, magical, and a totally different experience compared to the daytime crowds. As for the hotel itself – it’s basic but clean, and that’s all we really needed. The room was tidy and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It’s not super luxurious despite the name, but it’s definitely a solid choice for the price and unbeatable location. I would absolutely stay here again – it made our Rome trip so easy and memorable!
- S593NYsuet (6/5): Certainly not luxury - The hotel is in a brilliant location .The hotel for me didn’t not feel very luxury.Room was very dated .On entering the door was catching on the floor makings horrendous noise we stayed in Bellini 1 on first floor.Overlooks the side street .Was very noisy at all times of day but you are in a very busy location..Breakfat was poor .Although there were options wasn’t a nice experience.Coffee and tea were hidden behind a door..You were lucky to get a hot coffee as in a stone kettle..Both cups I had were barely warm .Most of the staff are very good and helpful..We had to wait at hotel as our flight was not until 10pm at night .I asked could I keep the room on but told no as it was booked .Understandable but wasn’t even given the option of an hour which wold have made a difference.We waited in the hotel in the back room by the breakfast room .It was thundering and very heavy rain .We had to move seats as the rain was coming through the ceiling and down the walls.The patch that was on the glass on the ceiling was coming off hence why rain was coming in Would I stay here again No

Serviced every day. Location was excellent for getting out and about Lots of bars and restaurants nearby with wonderful food I had a wonderful week and will definitely stay here again I was very sad to leave this wonderful hotel.
- carlb679 (10/5): Great stay - So I booked this week as a surprise for my wife . All I can say is the surprise was on both of us. The staff at the hotel couldn’t do enough for us and were very polite and friendly. Even when breakfast area couldn’t open one morning due to a problem the management paid for us to have it else where close by . A big thank you to Luliana who worked in the breakfast area who had the biggest smile and wonderful personality. . The location of the hotel to us was spot on . Next to the fountain and places to eat . But not far to walk to other attractions . The room was basic but kept very clean . We was very lucky to have a room with a great view . Would I stay here again of course . Great stay sad to go home thank you everyone at the hotel

This is a vibrant area, and the afternoons and evenings are fun, with lots of foot traffic (the Trevi Fountain is about 100 feet away) and music. Unfortunately for us, we stayed in June and the air was not working. While they did provide us with fans, that was no match for the June heat. We were out most of the day so the fans were somewhat ok but just unacceptable. Its also kind of tricky to find as the signage is very small, we literally walked past it TWICE.
- Niurbis (2/5): - The room has mold in the corner of the door and the AC despite being on the correct temperature, it was hot inside and was not cooling at all. He has to sleep with no covers of how hot it was inside. The room had a strong smell of cigarettes.

Just to note the main pictures are of a roof terrace and a hot tub.- these are only available to one room at the hotel. which was a real dissapoinment. Didn’t offer to move our room. They didn’t charge for our mini bar, 1 water and 1 coke. I’ve reached out twice asking for a refund for 2 of our 3 night stay. I have not received any response.

- Charles (2/5): - Very disappointed with this hotel. The pictures look very different from reality. My room was dusty, even the phone had old dust, dirty and even stained walls, they obviously don’t clean well or often. The doors don’t close properly, the “pretty terrace view” from the pictures look nothing like the real thing. Bags of laundry in the hallway and even the reception was poor looking, I didn’t see the “luxury” part anywhere to be honest, very unimpressed, wished I could get my money back.
- annfA8238FR (10/5): Fabulous central location for sightseeing - The hotel is literally a few yards from the Trevi fountain so the narrow cobbled streets are very busy but such a great atmosphere.We had a room on the front but the street noise wasn’t a problem.The hotel was very nice.A good clean bedroom and bathroom.A nice choice of food for breakfast.The staff were all pleasant and helpful.The area around the hotel has has many restaurants,ice cream shops,souvenir shops and many more.It is lovely strolling about as well as sightseeing.

All in all room good 2nd time around ..rest mediocre

- M1150SDcraigg (8/5): Great hotel for attractions and a warm welcome - Location is spot on for attractions but can be noisy at night. Rooms are adequate for the time you need to be in them I.e. sleeping and a shower, but they do need some tidying and a lick of paint. Air con works perfect. Buffet is small in choice but again adequate with small breakfast area. Staff are brilliant, nothing was an issue and always smiling and a hello. It's not a glamorous hotel BUT its location, great staff make uo for the not so perfect parts. Would we stay again? Yes for a short break, probably not for a week or more stay.

The breakfast is very good continental plus bacon/sausage/egg etc. The staff are fantastic particularly Fardeen. Our room was on the front facing the alley leading down to the fountain, it is very busy all day and most of the night.We killed the noise with the air com, but it might not suit everybody.There is a pizza rest that people que all hours for opposite the hotel.

The bed was very hard and the shower was small. However, it was a historic building and the staff was very very nice.
- Janey040 (8/5): Comfortable hotel in a great location - We stayed for 4 nights and had a lovely holiday. The room was a reasonable size with a nice king size bed. Wardrobe with drawers had plenty of storage but remember to bring coat hangers as there were only 3. Free safe in the wardrobe and free aircon which was appreciated. Cofee machine in the room with pods supplied. Breakfast was the basic continental with the addition of scrambled eggs hotdog sausages and bacon. Nice orange juice. The staff were very helpful and you could request a taxi if required. The only criticism would be the name. It is not a luxury hotel but a perfectly comfortable hotel in a decent location.

- caironm (8/5): Lovely time in Rome - My Husband and I have just returned from a 3 night stay over the Easter weekend. Lovely little authentic Hotel 2 minutes away from the Trevi fountain. Perfect location to walk to many places of interest. The staff were all lovely and made us feel very welcome. Room was big, comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast is quite basic but was fine for us. Would definitely stay here again 😊
- lesleym396 (2/5): Shocking disgusting room. Nothing like the pictures - Arrived to a shocking smelly disgusting room called the loft (which wasn't even in the loft). No air con ( we were told it wasn't working) and couldn't open the French door as it was out to an alleyway. Someone was sitting outside on the doorstep to the door. We also saw rats in the alley so no way could we open the door. Did not unpack and complained to reception. The lady couldn't have been more helpful. She understood and she gave us another room which was lovely and had windows to open. That first room should no way even be offered to anyone. Breakfast was awful. A few pastries and stale bread. Sausages and scrambled eggs were always cold. Had to keep asking for milk, fruit (only ever had melon).
- 519tracya (8/5): Great location and warm welcome - The hotel is in a fantastic location, especially the Trevi fountain. The staff were very friendly and helpful, from checking in, the guy who took our suitcase up, the breakfast staff and importantly the cleaner. Our room was spotless everyday! Our room was very warm on arrival, but we called down to reception and had a fan delivered within minutes. If I had one gripe, it would be the breakfast... On 2 of the days we were on early excursions. so went to breakfast at 7am, but there was no hot food for around 20 minutes on one of the days and had to give up waiting on our last day as we needed to get transport home. I would recommend this hotel due to the great location and staff.

Rooms are reflective of an older property with quirky shapes and some areas needed a little attention. Ie missing wardrobe handles to access safe etc, shower jets target the gap in the door and soak the floor. All fixable but it is a pricey room that is a little dated but you are paying for location.
- Trevola (8/5): Great hotel with very friendly staff in a good location - Stayed here for 7 nights, end of February/March 2025. The staff on reception were excellent, especially Sarah who was so bubbly and helpful. I forgot the name of the chap on reception but he was always welcoming and polite. The hotel is quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is a continental and there's plenty to choose from. We had a range of times we were having breakfast due to trips/early starts (7 am as breakfast starts) and later (8:00+). There were always plenty to choose from so I'm wary of the review that suggests there was nothing left, they probably went down after 10... Breakfast staff always polite and said good morning - very helpful too. One of the recent reviews says this is in the middle of a tourist trap and whilst that's correct don't let it put you off - It's a very busy area because it's only a minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, but at night the music in the restaurant opposite stops at 11:00 - the windows are very well insulated anyway! Speaking of which, the restaurant opposite is very good - it's HUGE inside and there's a great selection of dishes (pizza, pasta, steaks etc). Back to the hotel - the room was cleaned and towels changed every day, something which I'm not used to (the last 2 times I've stayed abroad I've had to ask for towels changing!). I can really recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
- LondonDragons (10/5): Rugby/Birthday Weekend - This is my favourite hotel in Rome, in fact we have stayed here three years in a row. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay, and, it is within walking distance of most of the main sites in Rome. The hotel itself is small and compact but the rooms are really comfortable. It serves a nice breakfast as well to set you up for your days sightseeing. It is is a small side street near to the Trevi Fountain so is in a busy area but as such you are not far from some great places to eat. Walk a few street back form the hustle and bustle and you will some amazing trattorias. Will be back next year for sure. Mr and Mrs B, Peregino 1 ;-)

- Gem189 (6/5): Good Trip small improvements - We really enjoyed our trip to Rome staying at the Trevi Palace Luxury Inn for 3 nights. We found the staff were amazing and could not do enough for us and were very helpful. The location of the hotel is good however it is on a very busy tourist route to the Trevi Fountain so the moment you step out of the hotel you are met with lots of people and encouraged to go into local restaurants. However there was not really an issue with noise when we were in our hotel room. We rated the hotel a 3 star as we found that the breakfast really let it down. We went for breakfast each morning at varying times but on each occasion we found that there was not much choice, there was limited options available, we had no hot items one day. The bread rolls were nice but the coffee and tea were not great. Quite often there was no juice. There was limited fruit available and not a lot of other items. There were lots of cake items available but we prefer not to eat cake for breakfast. The hotel was clean and our room was cleaned daily. We did feel that it needed a bit of tlc. Several items in our bathroom were a bit wonky but we put this down to it being an old building. It was also slightly dusty. We had an apartment type room so had plenty of space and storage and full length mirror inside the wardrobe door. The hair dryer in the bathroom was good. We felt that the photos we saw online were not quite reflective of what we received as there is no terrace available to us and also no bar in the hotel which we assumed there would be from some of the photos. Overall we enjoyed our stay but felt the hotel could have been slightly better.
