The area has changed since we 1st stayed around 4 years ago. It now seems a little rough in that part and slightly unsafe .

Rooms were very comfortable and the staff very friendly and accommodating. We arrived in Paris at 6:30am and left our luggage at the hotel till check in. It was the perfect hotel for the first time in Paris and very affordable. Highly recommend

andrew (10/5): Would definitely stay here again on future visit to Paris! - The staff at the hotel were amazing. We didn't speak French very well and needed to call a restaurant to make a reservation for dinner. Not only did they handle everything for us, but they also looked at some other restaurant options in case our destination was full. Also, we needed to post a letter, but didn't have a stamp. They took our letter, purchased a stamp, and dropped it at the post office for us. Can't say enough great things about everyone there. Our stay was amazing!!

It is in a great location and the only issue we had was that the Executive Twin room was a little smaller than we expected. However, we had 2 little balconies, one of which had a little bistro set, the beds were like clouds, and the products in the shower room were excellent.

Good location but should be a 1.5 star hotel at best - Good location, front desk helpful tiny rooms, smaller than what I’ve seen in New York. 4 stars is insane for this place, as is the price. If they advertised it correctly people wouldn’t be so upset. Is Paris just dirty or are all the hotels like this? Room service was unprofessional, wet towels just got folded instead of new ones. No slippers or conditioner in the room. Front desk was helpful but overall cleanliness was bad, they should manage expectations better for travelers.

Anche le scale datate.Nonostante la governante pulisca bene, anche se non sorride, é impossibile ricevere la pulizia della camera al massimo, perché la struttura è vecchia e andrebbe ristrutturata. Climber305605 (8/5): Comfortable but Skip Breakfast - The daytime hotel lobby staff were friendly and helpful. The room was as small,, as expected but it worked. The bathroom was modern, everything was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast, however, wasn’t what I expected for 19 Euro. Food was of very low quality. On day 2, we were 2 of the 3 guests at breakfast. There were empty plates on 4-5 tables and there was no bread. Staff didn’t seem to care. Scrambled eggs seemed to be made from powder, mushrooms from a can & beans stuck to the wall of the chafing dish. Go somewhere else for breakfast.

olivermpath23 (10/5): Great stay - I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. The housekeeping did a fantastic job, even helped when I threw up in the sink (sorry about that). Their amenities are nice; they have a good water system for keeping hydrated during your stay. The location is fantastic for going out at night (go south), as well as being central to the city and close to the train. The buffet breakfast is okay, I think everything warm is microwaved. The eggs aren't very good, nor the bacon and sausage. The waitress is nice and the cheese, bread and meats are good though. Lots of jam options

ממן (9/5): מלון מצוין, חדר מרווח נקי ופשוט - החדר היה מרווח מאוד למרות שלא הורגש שהוא בגודל 20 מ״ר כמו שצוין באתר. החדר היה פשוט מאוד אך נקי ונעים, שדרגו לנו לחדר עם מרפסת זה היה נחמד ממש. המיקום מצוין, 100 מטר מתחנת מטרו ותחנת אוטובוס. הכל היה מצוין כשביקשנו מגהץ או מתאם לחשמל ביקשו מאיתנו לרדת לקבלה לקחת ולא הביאו לנו לחדר.
