• Anmos (8/5): Günstig übernachten in der Nähe vom Rathaus - Ruhige Lage und die Nähe zum Rathaus, Volkstheater und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Im Hotel kann man im Aufenthalts- /Frühstücksraum selbst mitgebrachtes Frühstück geniessen so lange man will. Es hat eine sehr gut Kaffeemaschiene in diesem Raum, allerdings muss man dafür bezahlen (nur 1.50 Euro.).

• Aleksander (9/5): - Location and very friendly staff. Not that it ruined the trip by any means but the bathroom on the fourth floor felt awkward to use, the sink was weirdly placed in a way you kinda had to twist your arms to wash your hands and in a way it was hard to not make the floor wet.

• Akiko (9/5): 素敵な歓迎 - 立地が良いのに価格が安かったのであまり期待していませんでしたが、フレンドリーで丁寧なスタッフと、古い建物ながらも清潔感があり、とても好印象でした。 壁のパネルヒーターは故障していましたが、代わりにキャスター付きのヒーターが置いてあり、夜も快適に過ごすことができました。 共用バスルームの予定でしたが、専用バスルームにアップグレードしてもらえました。友達と2人だったので透明で丸見えのバスルームには少し驚きましたが、アップグレードには感謝しています。 共用トイレもとても清潔でした。
• Darren (10/5): A Vienna Gem! - A little gem in between Rathaus and Volkstheater. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and my room was like a little home from home. Best of all, it is in a lovely neighbourhood, a short walk from Rathaus Metro with the main Vienna attractions all walkable - staff will help you with a map om where to go. They also let me leave my luggage on check out so I can spend the day in the city. Overall, highly recommended and nice to support a local hotel rather than a big chain.. Nothing from me but some points of note - reception is only open from 8am - 6pm. Some rooms have a shared toilet (as mine did) but don't let this put you off - you actually get exclusive use of it as other rooms around you are en-suite.
• Panteleimon (10/5): Finally, if you want to feel like you're in Vienna of the past, this is the right accommodation; it's reasonably - 1) The location is wonderful, very close to the city center, and with tram line 2 you can easily reach Parliament, the Opera House, and other places of interest. You can also walk to the City Hall. 2) The room is very comfortable and spacious. 3) The surrounding area has very good restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and small cafes for breakfast. Finally, if you want to feel like you're in Vienna of the past, this is the right accommodation; it's reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly. Everything was very good.

• Ansgar (9/5): Perfekt! - Der Kontakt mit dem Personal war sehr gut: Gute Tipps, sehr freundlich. Es gab die Möglichkeit, einen Kühlschrank zu nutzen. Man konnte sich auch einen Tee in der Küche machen und somit ein externes Frühstück zu sparen. Auch die Lage war sehr gut. Insgesamt sehr gut und empfehlenswert, wenn man gut und (für Wien) relativ günstig unterzukommen und kein Instagram-Lifestyle-Hotel braucht. Den Kaffee in der Küche fand ich nicht gut (deshalb würde ich nächstes mal ein paar Teebeutel mitnehmen.

• Henry (9/5): Excellent location, very affordable, comfortable and clean, no complaints. - Excellent location for access to the Rathaus and Parliament, easily within walking distance to the Hofburg and gardens, with several nearby tram and S-Bahn links for travel around Vienna and beyond. Also very close proximity to two affordable supermarkets - Spar on the end of the street and Billa one block over. Hotel was easy to locate on the street with a clear sign. Hotel has a pleasant, clean interior. Room was comfortable and very reasonable for the price, nothing was missing and everything worked as intended. Not a complaint but for others' awareness, the self-catered kitchen is closed after 18:00, so if you're planning be out all day and bring some food back to the hotel on an evening, make sure to grab any cutlery etc. you may need beforehand, as this caught me out on my first night.

Schönes Zimmer, bequeme Betten, sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer im EG etwas hellhörig.

• gardepeche (1/5): TO AVOID ! - - We don't understand the prices of the rooms of this hotel.. 1. No laundry service, we had to go to a laundry station to do it ourselves. The location they proposed was really not nice. 2. No reception in the evening and the night. 3. Not safe ! Someone tried to enter into our room in the evening. We informed the hotel staff and their first reaction was to tell us to leave the key on the door for the night, it was around 6pm and we didn't have dinner yet. After insisting, the night guard inquired for us to offer another room and contacted the manager. The manager simply denied the possibility that someone could have opened our room with a key, he did not believe us even though we saw the door being open and heard a key sound in the lock. They also did not want to refund us for the night because they were offering us another room. Due to the feeling of insecurity, we decided to leave the hotel anyway for a nearby hotel that was much better (Flemings Selection was amazing). 4. The room is noisy, we ear all the people around coughing, talking, walking etc... The floor made a lot of noise.

Las fotos de la web no le hacen justicia a la realidad, terminamos reservando aqui por la buena puntuacion que tenian y es realmente cierto. Habitaciones luminosas, limpias y lindas. Nos dieron un upgrade a una habitacion con baño privado y dimensiones generosas. Ademas, Cuenta con un espacio común con heladera donde podes dejar tu comida y desayunar ahi mismo. La ubicación es buena, conectividad muy fácil y rápida. Sin duda, volveríamos. Nada, nos sentimos muy a gusto.

• Katrin (10/5): Charmant und stilvoll, in guter Lage. - Die Unterkunft hatte Charme. Mein Zimmer war sehr stilvoll und frisch renoviert. Bequemes Bett und sehr ruhig. Alles perfekt. Besonders möchte ich den an der Rezeption hervorheben, der ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit war. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

• Larissa (9/5): Wirklich tolle Unterkunft für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und wunderbares Personal. - Die Lage war super in der Nähe der U2-Station Rathausplatz gelegen. Sehr zentral um auch die meisten Orte zu Fuß zu erreichen, wenn man sich etwas Zeit nimmt und durch die Stadt spazieren möchte. Sehr ruhige Lage. Man traf nur auf freundliches und hilfreiches Personal, bei dem man sich gleich wohl fühlte. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war wirklich überragend. Ich wollte nur eine Nacht in irgendeinem Zimmer günstig in Wien übernachten, aber es hat meine Erwartungen völlig übertroffen und ich habe mich als alleine reisende Frau sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. Keine Mängel :)

• Ana Maria (9/5): A great choice for a short stay in Vienna close to Rathaus and Parliament. - A renovated building part of Wien"s history, situated on a nice quiet street with coffee shops/ small shops. Very good location within walking distance from Rathaus building, tram station on 3 minutes walk, very clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. A Spar gourmet supermarket is just around the corner. I had no view from the room but this did not bother me.

• Daniela (10/5): Super recomendado para quem quer uma experiência autêntica em Viena - Localização excelente, perto de transporte público e das atrações que podem ser acessadas andando. Experiência única em prédio de 1906. Funcionários muito prestativos. Não tem café, mas há um local com microondas, chaleira, utensílios para serem utilizados pelos hóspedes. Há vários mercados e cafés próximos. Adoramos Nada
