- Len (10/5): Home away from home. - I always choose the Grand Four Wings BangKapi initially arriving here in Thailand. I have stayed her many times 5 to be exact. I also held my wedding reception for 70 guests at the hotel Aug 1st 2024. I have traveled the world globally I in my opinion this is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. 10/10. ***** stars.

The room was perfectly clean and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. The shower was powerful and the bathroom was packed with all the supplies needed. The swimming pool is fabulous with a fantastic view across the city. All staff were courteous and helpful. I cannot comment on breakfast as we didn't take it given the extortionate price!

Aircon pretty slow to get cold, even when set the temp to 18, it will go to 20 at lowest. Not too convenient to go around anywhere. Other then that all really good.

- Lacy (10/5): A Place to Relax - Stayed here one night and a full day before having to be at the airport for a 21 hr flight. I felt it was the perfect place to be able to relax after the hustle and bustle of our 2 1/2 week trip in Thailand. The room was clean, cozy, big and so was the hotel. I always saw staff cleaning especially at the breakfast and by the pool area. The breakfast had a lot of choices from thai and western dishes. Assortment of juices, pastries, bread, salad bar and a soup bar that was very good. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Only Con would be is that the pool area looked like it used to have a swim up bar but was closed for renovations but there is a menu and staff up there that you can place an order with.

- Roger (8/5): Nice hotel let down by restaurant - Very clean and modern hotel. Rooms big and in great condition. The pool is a bit strange with many steps and levels. The food is average and the restaurant lacks character. They have a policy of no shorts in the restaurant which is not enforced so clients can look a bit over casual and scruffy. Charge net too so beware!

During check-In process staff should ask for Credit Card /Some deposit to avoid these kind of issues. Also when we order food second time room 2029 we were supposed to pay the service guy about 440 THB as per bill amount and gave him 1000 THB and he told he is getting back the balance cash amount and we never got that amount and due to early check out we skip to notice and just notice when we were in the flight During check out at 4.50AM the lady sitting on front desk behavior was very much arrogant and she was not even talking properly. when I handover room key she told I can wait and then I told concierge to wait for shuttle 5AM as we are on check out process .Have waited for 10 minutes even though no one was in check out Que but still she took long time and when after 10 minutes I ask her my flight getting delay she told in a rude tone that checkout already done why I am waiting. Every one expect a polite/welcoming behavior

My room was over-sized with a glass enclosed bathroom. Everything was fresh and clean in the room. And the hotel is a rock's throw from a Skytrain station that will take you all over the city for about $1.25 U.S. This is a tremendous value!

My partner is vietmanese and given she had checked in with me and there were other oriental people staying at the property this was disgusting behaviour

They did not have a transformer to provide me to use my laptop (110 voltage). The hotel is further away from downtown Bangkok. But I would highly recommend this hotel for everything else. Great value. A nearby 7-Eleven with is a couple minutes walking distance from the hotel entrance. An ATM can be found near 7-Eleven as well.
- Nok's (8/5): Reasonable price for acccomodation - Places are clean and comfort but a little be far away from city center. Taxis not much and need to be waited. It had better to use Grab for transportation
