Ravi Kumar (10/5): Clean and refreshing! - This was a refreshingly clean and good budget friendly hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean which is very important. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend ties hotel and I will surely return here.
abdallah (4/5): The price is too high for a 3 stars hotel - What's literally not good in this hotel: no iron ,no hair dryer ,only one towel in the bathroom ,the AC has only cold option no heat available and when you try to take a shower after 10 to 15 minutes water turns cold. The price is high for a 3-stars hotel.

Honey Lou (10/5): Great :) - This is my second time to stay in AG. The hotel is a bit outdated but not bad for staying for one night. Bed was comfortable, no bed bugs (compare to my 1st stay experience in here) the Filipina receptionist were both accommodating and the Manager was so warm, friendly and welcoming, positive vibes. The hotel is easy access to the bus stop. The bathroom has hot water and amenities. It was a PLEASANT stay.

Srinivas Mallad (6/5): Located on main road well connected all places. - Very pleasant staff and positive response during my stay. Unlike my last visit, this time I was not lucky to get my early check in request. Nevertheless I was happy as I could keep my stuff and went out for my business meeting. Breakfast is satisfactory though not many varieties for vegetarians. Over all my my stay was good. Still i may stay for my next business visit.

Verified traveler (4/5): AG Hotel - I was surprised from the beginning. They do not have a parking free and this is not mentioned on the site. I spend 10 minutes to obtain a key. They make a lot of copies of your identity card. At the end even if I let them to know that I used some food from room they make a personal check (another 10 minutes). Second morning they start a vacuum cleaning on the hall at 7:20 AM. No comments....
RICHARD (8/5): AG HOTEL - I stayed at this hotel before when the name of the hotel was COMFORT INN. The hotel is only two bus stops to the big AL WAHDA Mall where there is a food court with MCDONALD and Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Star Bucks Coffee, etc. BUS TERMINAL to take bus to DUBAI is within walking distance. Here you can take A1 BUS to/from the airport.

Verified traveler (6/5): YGWYPF- Good for the price - For the price I paid, I was actually impressed. Yes it is a little on the dingy and dark, but the room was clean and the front desk/housekeeping/restaurant really did their best to make us comfortable. It is pretty centrally located and check in/out was easy breezy.
Anthony (2/5): Never again - This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at for a long time. Service was appalling. Room service menu was a piece of pure fiction. Nothing on it was available. After two promises to provide a basic meal of fish and chips within 20 minutes, neither of which happened within 30 minutes, I was eventually provided with a fish and chips dinner but was then told I had to pay immediately. I refused and told them I would pay on checkout. On checkout they said the amount due was 75AED instead of 30AED as per in room dining menu. After much argument 30AED was agreed as the due amount.
Srinivas (8/5): good location and well connected to places - Hotel staff very helpful and cooperative. Accepted our earlier check-in. The location of the hotel best suited for short business trips and attending exhibitions. Overall our experience is good.

Aseebulla (4/5): AG hotel - The customer services was incredibly poor. From arrival until departure we did not feel welcomed, rather it felt more like a hostel place.
Chinelo (8/5): Was more than adequate - The hotel was located in a convenient location for my needs. The pool was not operational and there was a little communication problem trying to explain that I needed a teacup. But all in all, my stay was above average.
Thomas (6/5): Almost - This could be a great place at reasonable cost. I was only in Abu Dhabi for one night. The rooms are rather big with interesting decor, but not everything works. The bathroom looked great, but the hot water did not work, and a shower (as long as you can manage with cold water) makes a big puddle on the floor.) When I asked for assistance from house keeping someone came who was treating me as if I was disturbing his rest. Another one came for the hot water, showing me that if you compare the totally cold water and the "hot" you notice a tiny difference, so it is ok. No attempt to get the water actually hot. (Not all staff were like that). The breakfast was not too great variety but ok. The lights in the room flickered on and off when you tried to dim them to a convenient level. Sort of, someone had thought of everything you need, but did not go all the way to make it actually work fully.
Verified traveler (4/5): Chaos - There seems to ba paper booking system run with a computer system that none of the staff seem to know how it works. This lead to my booking being lost and no room vaialble when I arrived. They upgraded me to a suite after some "discussion". This checking in process took 45 minutes !!!!!!!!. For travel reasons I had to extend my stay for one night which took them 1 1/2 days to confirm if that was possible or not. Which during an Oil show in town was very worrying. The night before checking out I requested a taxi be booked to take me to the airport which never happened. Not a reccomended hotel at all.

AMANDA (6/5): You get what you pay for. - The room had a very comfortable king size bed and a large bathtub--though it was not the garden tub that was in the photograph of the room. The downside: The hotel is old. The entrance looks very run down. The hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. The area where the hotel is located is not convenient for single women because there were lots of men hanging around and staring.

NONITO (6/5): ONE NIGHT STAY - I HAVE A GOOD NIGHT STAY. NO NOISE. THE PROBLEM IS ONLY IN THE TRANSPORT TO THE MAIN CITY CENTER WHERE YOU NEED TO CROSS THE STREET TO WAIT FOR THE BUS AND OR TAXI.

Dan (6/5): Decent price point, ok front desk service. - The place had good rooms for the price it charged. Location is walkable to the bus station, and near enough to a bus stop. There were some problem administratively with my renewing stay, which is to say they got ok front desk service.
jss (8/5): Fair place for the price - Fair quality for the price. The rooms are good but the windows sound isolation aren't good. If the room is positioned to the main street there's the car noise which can be trully annoying (specially early morning). There's not so much things around the hotel. The wi-fi on 4 floor is good in the 2 floor is not so good.
James (6/5): Stay for the price - not for the service - Dated hardware was surprisingly decent with nice bed sheets, floor to ceiling windows, and 1000 channels on satellite tv. Food was cheap and acceptable quality. Traffic was quite loud because of a window that didn't fully close. Service could be improved. I asked for a room change twice because of the noise and was ignored. When i checked out, they charged me for a breakfast buffet that i didn't have and it took literally half an hour to resolve. when i complained, the manager unapologetically and aggressively said "i don't understand why everybody is so aggressive - we are only human. you should clear the bill half an hour before you check out so you don't have to wait." i don't think he fully grasps the concept of hospitality. with that said, it is the cheapest hotel on hotels.com and worth the price. If they only provided better service, then they could charge more... and i would be willing to pay it. but for now it is only worth the $45+ tax i paid.

Robert (4/5): Do yourself a favor stay some where else. - Old Rundown bath towels tattered and worn out. Maids came to clean my room at 9:00 pm I was already getting ready for bed I get up early. They had all day. no Parking just a terrible experience. However I must say that the workers there the staff were very nice and tried there best to be accommodating. Their staff is their biggest asset if they loose the staff they should close the doors.

Shyam (10/5): Cheap and best - If you are looking for aliw cost accommodation at Abu Dhabi, this has to be the one. Located near the center of Abu dhabi, clean place, good service. The smallest room itself is well maintained with a double bed, TV, AC and all general amenities. Please know that breakfast costs 35 AED. Surroundings of the hotel could have been better. All in all, this is a cheap and best getaway for people who are looking for a place to be while they roam around the city during the day.

Richard Ng (8/5): - The location of Comfort Inn is good. It's near AL WAHDA MALL and the Main Inter-City Bus Terminal. A smaller LULU Market is nearby. The Afghanistan Restaurant is right next door, the food there is good and price is very reasonable. Oasis Chinese restaurant is nearby also. My only regret is the room carpeting is worn out. Bottled water is not provided daily but only once when checked in.

Saleh (2/5): Worst hotel ever - The worst hotel ever: 1- the room AC smelled and sucked big time. 2- the staff refused to change the room. 3- keys weren't working 4- no free parking 5- they don't replace the water bottles on daily basis. Just once you check in. 6- the room cleaning comes at 11 pm!!!!!!!!! 7- hot water runs out after 6 mins in the shower 8- there is a free wifi, but the room couldn't catch and signal. I stayed in room 502. Never ever use it!

MC (4/5): NEED FOR IMPROVEMENT - STAYED FOR PURPOSE OF BUSINESS. THIS HOTEL MUST IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE FRONT DESK PERSONNEL WEARS A FROWNING FACE DAILY. ROOM SERVICE PERSONNEL WERE MUCH MORE FRIENDLIER AND WELCOMING. APPARENTLY THE CONCIERGE HAS NO JOB DESCRIPTION.HE STAYS PUT AT DESK AREA ON HIS CELL PHONE WITH HIS BACK TURNED TO DOOR ENTRANCE WHERE GUESTS ENTER. ON MY ARRIVAL I HAD LEAVE MY LUGGAGE OUTDOORS TO COME IN A ND REQUEST HELP ANDROID HE JUST STOOD THERE. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO START MANAGING THIS HOTEL PRO PERRY AS THERE IS POTENTIAL TO DO WELL.
