Bischuhe (4/5): Eine grosse Enttäuschung, nicht zeitgemäss...... - Das Bett war angenehm zu liegen und schlafen und es war ruhig. Das ganze Zimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, ziemlich abgewohnt.Einige Sender beim Fernsehen funktionierten nicht, das WLAN fiel immer wieder aus (für mich als Geschäftsreisende nicht ideal) Beim Badezimmer kam ein Geruch aus dem Abfluss, im Waschbecken lagen noch Haare. Frühmorgens (6.30 h) wurde bereits lautstark geputzt oder irgendwas war lautstark am Gang unterwegs,......jedenfalls ist hier das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis (99€!) ganz und gar nicht in Ordnung. Hier wird man mich nicht mehr antreffen. Wenn es nicht nur eine Nacht gewesen wäre, hätte ich dieses Hotel wahrscheinlich verlassen

Trotter (10/5): - The free breakfast everyday was amazing. I also loved the location because it was so nice to take walks in that area. I felt very safe as a woman going alone at night. I loved the restaurant next to the hotel and dined there a couple times, the food was great. The staff was so, so friendly. They wash your laundry. One time I left my laundry and it wasn't washed the next day. When I complained about this to staff, they made sure my clothes were clean the next day. I looked forward to sleeping there every night. What else can I stay. It was lovely. I'll remember my stay there for the rest of my life. Great sunsets.

The warm and welcoming atmosphere can be felt right from the start, and the staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or enjoying the spa. Our little daughter had an amazing time, enchanted by the surrounding nature and absolutely delighted to play the piano in the lobby—a lovely touch that made her feel truly special.

We ask to have pool rearanged for indoor pool due to colder weather in summer and it was done right away. Room was very comfortable and perfect for short stay. Breakfast was great. The fact that you can select seperately milchschaum and or decafe Coffee in the Coffee Maschine was a Highlight! :) Very nice Restaurant few steps away

Eszter (5/5): Not value for money. Do not recommend in winter. - The staff was very helpful, they immediately trued to tacke the problems with the rooms, started the sauna for us. The restaurant was good. We went there because it had an internal pool - it was closed, of course we still had to pay the rather high rates. In one room the heating was not adjustable, it was 27 degrees. In an other room guests smoked before us (although all rooms are non smoking). The breakfast offer was not fresh, not the bread nor the other offers.

Tripsdrill (5/5): Unpleasant disappointment - Good location with spacious clean room. Very comfortable bed. Nice walking/running paths around the hotel, with course selection and description. Helpful Hungarian speaking waiter at breakfast. We chose the hotel based on reviews and nice wellness area (sauna and swimming pool). Unfortunatly, we were not informed in advance that we could not use the wellness area and the restaurant would be closed. :( We arrived around 3pm on Sunday and there was no one at the reception. We activated room key via Skype support. Disappointment#1: the room card was not prepared in advance, even though we already booked the accomodation on 15th of Nocember for 19th of November. Disappointment#2: The wellness&SPA area is closed, Dissapointment#3: the hotel restaurant is closed. On Monday, we tried to clarify the issues, and got some explanation, but nowhere could we find the information that the pool is not open in winter or that the sauna is only open from Monday to Thursday. If we know this in advance, of course we should not choose this hotel, because it is a bit overpriced in terms of value for money without services.

Internet was not really good, curtains were broken and too small to cover window, not pleasant if you like a dark room. I also had diner, the meat and potatoes were good, but both warm and cold vegetables terrible. Cold salat was way too sour, not the most fresh and served in a flat plate? Warm vegetables was nothing more but a handful frozen vegetable undercooked for 10 minutes, so very hard, and not seasoned.

Ivanka (3/5): problems with heating in the rooms and in the breakfast. - Location Room was cold- the heating in the room and the bathroom was not working . we informed the staff at the reception and they put it on from the computer on the front desk. on the second night happened the same. but when we informed about the problem , there was no reaction . we left the hotel without staying the second night , though we have paid for it. The room where was the breakfast was even colder. I would say there was no heating.
