• Ximena (7/5): Gran lugar para conocer San Telmo - Buena relación calidad/precio, sin embargo falta mantención a la habitaciones. Es un precioso lugar premiado como ejemplo de restauración de sitios antiguos, pero hay que mantener y esto falta en las habitaciones. De hecho tuve que pedir cambio de habitación asignada al inicio porque estaba claramente mal: óxido en el baño, mala iluminación, papel mural despegado, sábanas que parecían usadas. El cambio estuvo mejor. Las áreas comunes lindas y bien, inmejorable ubicación para caminar y explorar San Telmo. detallado mas arriba
• Myriam (8/5): Perfecto para trabajar, lo repetiría. - La ubicación es perfecta para viajes de trabajo. Solo caminábamos 4 cuadras para llegar a UADE que estaba en la 9 de Julio. También estaba muy cerca el mercado de San Telmo y la famosa Mafalda. El barrio al parecer es un poco peligroso de noche, o al menos eso nos decáin los taxistas, aunque no tuvimos problemas, vimos mucha gente durmiendo en la calle.

Last minute cancellation from hotel left us somewhat stranded. We booked on 3rd March so adequate time for hotel to know their situation regarding the reservation.

• JeroV (6/5): Precio calidad y ubicación excelentes - El barrio es lindo y la ubicación muy cómoda, y el hotel (con sus particularidades) tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia no muy prolongada. Las arquitectura de las habitaciones es obra de un genio, han logrado comprimir toda una suite en una antigua habitación. La relación precio/calidad es sorprendente. El espacio está justo, pero se puede dormir, trabajar o ducharse con comodidad. Internet podría mejorar. Los colchones también se beneficiarían de un upgrade.

• Daniela (4/5): No volvería - Buena cama La atención del personal no fue buena, desagradables, las chicas del aseo pasaban la aspiradora muy temprano y golpeaban la puerta, muy incómodo. No tenía aire acondicionado y la primera noche fue terrible, mucho calor y al abrir la ventana el ruido tampoco dejaba dormir. En la reserva decía tina con hidromasaje y no tenía. Se escuchan los ruidos y pisadas de las otras habitaciones, no se podía descansar tranquilos producto de esto y de la gente que hablaba fuerte por los pasillos. Les planteamos los problemas al personal y solo evadían las respuestas, sin dar soluciones. No volveríamos. Buena ubicación e instalaciones limpias.

• Acosta (9/5): Great comfort and breakfast; minor room and bedding fixes needed. - The experience was very good overall. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was even better than during my last stay. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. One area for improvement is the availability of extra blankets for those who aren't used to the cold or prefer not to rely solely on heating. Although the staff searched everywhere and eventually found a couple, it was clear they were struggling to find them. Additionally, the heating didn't seem to reach the temperature we set. ​Regarding the bathroom, the shower head is too close to the wall. This leads to water being wasted because you have to turn the faucet on high just to get enough distance from the wall/fixtures to shower comfortably. Moving it about 15 cm away from the wall would easily solve this.

• Stéphane (6/5): Besoin de travaux. - L'emplacement. Le prix. À part Matias qui a été d'une grande aide et a pris en compte nos demandes à la réception, les autres personnes n'ont pas été efficaces. La première chambre attribuée ne s'ouvrait pas car la batterie du boîtier d'ouverture était hors-service. Dans l'autre chambre proposée la fenêtre ne se fermait pas car mécanisme rouillé et n'avait donc pas d'isolation phonique. L'inclinaison du sol de la douche était opposée à celle de la bonde et donc gênait l'évacuation de l'eau, créant un débordement. Parquet et lit grinçants...

• ANDREI (8/5): - Красивый дизайнерский отель в стиле местной архитектуры- было здорово остановиться в таком необычном месте. Номера небольшие, но есть все необходимое. Можно дойти пешком до всех главных достопримечательностей и до аэропорта примерно полчаса. На крыше есть бассейн, жаль было прохладно и не получилось там поплавать, выглядит презентабельно. В номере стоит покрасить потолок - видны следы бывших протечек.

• Dinah (7/5): A nice hotel near San Telmo - This was our 3rd stay at the hotel, but the first through Booking.com. Beds v comfortable, good shower, good breakfast, nice staff. Good price. I asked for an early check-in but was informed it wasn't available. Im not sure whether my request was really considered. The lighting in this room wasn't very good. The balcony rooms are better for lighting and layout.

Llegamos antes del horario del check in y al estar lista la habitación, no permitieron entrar más temprano, luego lamentablemente tuvimos que cambiar la habitación por una ventana que no se podía cerrar correctamente y nos cambiaron sin problemas a otra habitación. Las habitaciones silenciosas y tranquilas.

• Cuevas (9/5): Estadía impecable en un hotel hermoso, con excelente atención y algunos detalles menores a mejorar. - El hotel me pareció espectacular. La atención fue 10/10 y la limpieza impecable; todo estaba muy cuidado. El lugar es hermoso y muy agradable para quedarse. También destaco el desayuno: está bien, correcto y variado. En general, la experiencia fue excelente y me encantó haber ido. Me gustaría volver en verano para disfrutar la piscina. La calefacción no funcionaba del todo bien, aunque no consulté en recepción, así que no puedo asegurarlo. También esperaba que hubiera pantuflas o bata y no había, pero tampoco lo pregunté, por lo que podría ser un servicio disponible bajo pedido. El desayuno es bueno, pero no especialmente destacable.

• Anahi (9/5): Volvería a alojar con seguridad - La ubicación excelente, desayuno variado y rico, la habitación cómoda y bien climatizada, el personal de la recepción muy amables, nos ayudaron todo el tiempo con nuestros panoramas El aseo de la habitación durante la estadía era más bien básico, no malo, pero creo que es lo que podría mejorarse.
• Carlos (6/5): Mala llegada - Estaba limpio y el personal de aseo muy amable La primera noche tuve una discusional llegar conel responsable de noche por que le solicite que no cobrara el iva del pasajero extranjero lo que es legal como promocion para el turismo y se encapricho que no se podia por que la reserva en booking la hizo un nacional. No se que tiene que ver la reserva con la forma de pago y a quien se le factura pero eran 300 de diferencia. Finalmente al dia siguiente con el otro encargado se pudo resolver por que estabamos listos para cancelar e irnos. Mala experiencia iniciar con una pelea. Desayuno regular habitaciones demasiado pequeñas se muestra una mas grande que el resto en las fotos. Ubicacion no muh buena de noche mucha gente durmiendo en la calle.

• Artur (9/5): - Hotel położony w samym centrum, dobrze skomunikowany. Na przeciw duży sklep, dobrze zaopatrzony w podstawowe jedzenie, alkohole. Pokoje czyściutkie, ja miałem z dostępem do patio - bardzo ładny Wyjeżdżałem w nocy, miałem opłacony pokój ze śniadaniem. Nie dostałem breakfast boxa na wynos.
• Rhys (1/5): Pleasant hotel, but poor treatment on departure - The room was a decent size (though the pillows need replacing) and the hotel is located in a pleasant part of the city with many bars and restaurants nearby. The shower was awkward with the shower head very close to the wall and water leaks across the bathroom floor. Our email to the hotel: I'm saddened to have to write this as we've had a good stay till our checkout. We checked in the 13th April with 2 male members of staff on the front desk. We asked for a late check out at 3PM and offered to pay. The staff member with the dark hair and beard said 'no problem' regarding the extention and disregarded our offer to pay with no costs ever being mentioned. With any late check out we've had previously, its either been waived (which was in this case) if a few hours or if there is a charge, its paid upon request. If there were a charge in this case, we would have paid upon check in. Three days later on our check out day, we received a call to our room a few minutes before 12PM stating that we had to leave where no mention of our late check out had been mentioned/documented. The hotel was not full (there were lots of empty rooms). The person on the desk over the phone became argumentative insisting that we leave. No quotation was even mentioned of how much it would cost to extend the stay by 3 hours. I ended the phone call on the premise that there has been a miscommunication and an error in relaying this information to no fault of ours and that the agreed extension at no cost should remain in place. We felt chased out of the hotel last minute with the phone call to our room followed by banging on the door arguing with us to leave. I repeated my thoughts. We decided to leave, however, as we were made to feel uncomfortable, harassed and concerned that they would attempt overcharging our card in any case. Upon checkout, I asked the person on the front desk how much the extension was as nothing had ever been quoted. Initially said 15%, then later said 50% with nothing in writing. I've never heard of a 'percentage'. Its usually a fixed fee or waived where we've stayed in many hotels around the whole to know what the usual process is.

• Carmen (9/5): Soggiorno piacevolissimo - L’hotel si trova in un vecchio edificio parzialmente ristrutturato molto bello. Le camere sono confortevoli con doppi vetri quindi anche quelle sul lato strada sono silenziose. Lo staff è gentilissimo. Tutto l’hotel è pulitissimo.Gli spazi comuni sono gradevoli. San Telmo è un bel quartiere a 10 minuti da Plaza Mayor. Il buffet della colazione è molto povero e le brioche non sono di giornata

• Thomas George (10/5): Clean and great value for money. - It was very clean, the staff were lovely. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool on our stay. There is plenty of outdoor space for sitting in the evening before going out for dinner. We went to El Refuerzo just round the corner for dinner, you can book and it is great value for money. We would stay again. The area is a little on the dodgy side but once you have walked 5 minutes away from the hotel it felt very safe.

• Kristinn (3/5): - Starfsmaðurinn í lobby, sem tók á móti okkur 23. mars var mjög ófaglegur. Þegar við báðum hann að geyma fyrir okkur ferðatöskur þar til við gætum tékkað inn, gekk hann ekki frá þeim með því að merkja þær og færa þær í geymslu. Þá ruglaði hann herbergjum þegar við tékkuðum inn. Almennt virtist hann ekki starfi sínu vaxinn. Hinir starfsmenn í lobbýinu voru hins vegar góðir. Herbergið sem við fengum passaði engan veginn við myndirnar af því. Öll húsgögn orðin mjög þreytt. Morgunverðurinn var fremur fátæklegur.

• Christina (8/5): Enjoyable and excellent location for San Telmo - Location is great for proximity to San Telmo and markets, just a few blocks away, we spent alot of time walking around. Staff were great and very helpful. The hotel has an informal cosy feel about it. There was a light outside the room which made it light at night, we had to pinch the curtain closed with a clip to make it darker. Breakfast was good but cereal options could be better with granola and more fruit.

• Leire (4/5): No lo recomendaría. - El agua de cortesía que te ponían en la habitación al llegar. Las personas de la recepción eran amables. Durante toda mi estadia el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba, me tocó dos días de 30 grados en Buenos Aires. La comida del desayuno tenía mosquitos, al coger una rebanada de pan de molde, salían revoloteando los bichitos de la fruta que estaba excesivamente madura. Hablé con la camarera, ella misma me dijo que estaba indignada pero que ya lo había comentado con su jefatura y que la respuesta fue, no puedo hacer nada porque los velintadores están en las habitaciones de los huespedes a los que no les funciona el aire acondicionado. Hotel de 4 estrellas le queda grande la categoría.
